There's no risk of damage to the insulation of power cord.
Copper cord must be inserted into the pillar terminal hole, and make
sure all the cords under the terminal are inserted into the pillar
terminal completely.

PREPARATIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION
A. Preliminary Installation A.
1. Drill the hole of the Outlet Window
Fix the positon of outlet window hole (above the suspended
ceiling and below the bathroom heater outlet to prevent the
water from coming back to the machine via the pipe), and
then drill a round hole on the wall.
2. Window Outlet Installation
Fix one end of the air exhaust pipe to the window outlet on
the wall with a clamp and seal the pipe and the outlet
window with foaming agent. Then connect the other end
with the bathroom heater by a ventilation outlet assembly,
and then fix it with a clamp.
3. Make a Mounting Hole
Fix the position to install the bathroom heater and then drill
a (275 *275 ) hole with an install template. And the draw
the power adaptor wire and the ventilation outlet assembly
to the plasterboard hole.

INSTALLATION
Caution before installation:

The installed product must be 200mm or above away from
curtains or other combustible materials.
The distance between the ceiling where the product is
mounted and the roof shall be 200mm or above.
Ensure that the gap between the product edge and the
wall is 300mm or above.
The power cord to the product shall have enough length
for the installation.
The distance between the product and the air outlet
window shall be 1000mm or lower.
Cut the screw rod(M6) to suit the distance between the
ceiling and the roof.
Plaster ceiling is required to afford at least 25kg in load for
batten installing method.

1. Installation of Main Body for Plaster Ceiling Method
One(Suggested)
Step One:
Take out the install template. Bend the template till 90 and
push it from the two sides of ventilation outlet assembly to
the cement board at the point of which the M6 screw rod is
marked. Finally, based on the marked point of M6 screw
rod, make the hole at the cerement board.

Step Two:
According to the position of the labelled boom, fix the M6
screw rod on the cerement board, and attach the hanger to
the M6 screw rod. (The hanger is required to flatten the
plasterboard, shown as the below figures)

Step Three:
Remove two M4 screws and the panel from the side
surfaces of the machine (by pushing the panel shaft from
one end where there is a hatch hinge, and push the other
end next). Demount the decorative screw case from the
base.

Step Four:
Take down the wiring cover plate. Insert the power cord
and 2 signal lines into the wire terminals. Tighten the
terminal screws and fix the lines. Finally, mount the wiring
cover plate.

Step Five:
Put the ventilation outlet assembly onto the plasterboard
celling, and push the machine into the install hole. Hang
the ventilation outlet hook over the rut inside the machine
body. Put the hanger inside the flanged sinking groove of
the machine.

Step Six:
Use 4 BTP4*10 triangular self-tapping screws to lock the
machine and mounting hanger. Use one ST4.2*10 self-
tapping screw to fix the machine and ventilation outlet
assembly. Next, cover the decorative screw case.
Step Seven:
Install the panel and tighten the two M4*10 screws, which
were disassembled in Step Three, to fix the panel and
machine. (Installation Finished)

2. Installation of Main Body for Plaster Ceiling Method Two
Note: Plaster ceiling should afford 25kg in load at least.
Suggestion: The gap between the keels should be above
400mm to accommodate the battens.
Step one:
Place a batten (suggested size - 30mm*30mm or
30mm*40mm, and 450mm in length) on the two sides of
the ventilation outlet assembly and on the plasterboard cell
with a drilled installation hole. (Shown as the figures)

Step Two:
Fix two hangers on the batten with M4 cross countersunk
head self-tapping screws. (Shown as the figures below.
The hanger should cling to the plasterboard cell.
Step Three:
Remove two M4 screws and the panel from the side
surfaces of the body (by pushing the panel shaft from one
end where there is a hatch hinge, and push the other end
next). Demount the decorative screw case from the base.

Step Four:
Take down the wiring cover plate. Insert the power cord

3. Installation of Main Body without Suspended Ceiling
Step One:
Take out the install template. Bend the template till 90 and
push it to the cement board at the point of which the M6
screw rod is marked. After that, based on the marked point
of M6 screw rod, make the hole at the cerement board.

Step Six:
Tighten the M6 screw to install the machine body. Use one
ST4.2*10 tapping screw to fix the machine and ventilation
outlet assembly. Next, cover the decorative screw case.

WALL CONTROLLER INSTALLATION
Fix the wall controller frame and the base with two screws.
Then connect two signal lines with the wall controller and
tighten with signal line screws. Finally, fix the wall controller
on the frame.

Under the heater mode, there is a delay of 20 secs after
the heater mode is stopped or switched to fan or
ventilation mode.
Under the fan mode, there is a delay of 3 secs after the
fan mode is stopped or switched to heater or ventilation
mode.
Under the ventilation mode, there is a delay of 3 secs
after the ventilation mode is stopped or switched to heater
or fan mode.
The defaulted duration time of heater, fan and ventilation
mode is 2 hrs.

TROUBLESHOOTING

IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION
1. When AC power unit is connected to 220V AC power
supply, corresponding protective measures should be
taken.
2. Please confirm no water penetration at the connection area
of AC wire, and the connection area is not easy to be
affected by damp.
3. The head AC power supply must be protected with
appropriate fuse.
4. Please confirm the AC power supply should be shut off
before maintaining the products with AC power related.
5. All electrical connection must be compliance with related
regulation and codes.
6. All installation staff should be well familiar with installation
instruction.
Notice: Troubleshooting needs to be done by
professional of KOHLER CHINA. Users are not suggested
to do this without help. Please remember that the
checking and repairs done by users themselves could
easily cause damage to the machine or cause physical
harm to the person.

1. Turn off power supply before maintenance or cleaning. If
Casing or Air Louver are covered with dust, do not splash
water onto it. Use only damp sponge or cloth to wipe dirt
off.
2. Do not use eradicator, abrasive powder or oil, acid or alkali
liquid detergent to clean casing or air louver.
3. Never try to put a small screw-driver or any other object
into the holes of air Louver from outside. This might cause
damage to the interior parts, and electric shock may occur.
4. Shut off the all-pole switch.
5. Wipe the front panel and the panel base with a soft cloth.
6. Remove the filter from the louver.
7. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt from the
filter.
8. Reinstall the filter assembly.
9. Turn on the all-pole switch.
