This product must be installed safely. Connect only to dedicated 220V~, 50Hz , 10A circuit protected by
Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupters (GFCI’s) or Earth-Leakage Circuit-Breakers (ELCB’s).
The installation should be subject to the instructions before the power is connected.
Do not use any hard setting material (cement mortar) while installing the toilet. Thermal expansion of
hard setting material (cement mortar) will damage or crash the feet of toilet. Kohler will not be responsible for
any damage because of using hard setting material (cement mortar) for toilet installation.
Risk of product damage. Do not throw into the toilet what that will cause the toilet to block such as
newspapers and sanitary towel. Do not bump the vitreous china with great force as it will cause damage and
leaking.

For those children and the elderly who are unable to adjust the temperature, they should ask for help to
adjust seat temp, water temp and wind temp of toilet cover to proper gears.
Prevent any exposed skin contact with heated seat too long to prevent low temperature burning.
This device complies with the method described in the manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by
Kohler Co. such as angle valve etc.
Do not lean on cover when use this device to prevent product from damage.
Following the installation procedure and install the product properly.
This product shall be repaired by professionals only. The warranty will become invalid if you try to repair this
product by yourself.
When install the product in the room, a stop valve shall be installed in a close proximity. For emergency
circumstances, the water inlet valve shall be stopped without using any tools; otherwise unexpected failure
may cause the loss to the customer.
Do not drop or insert any substance to pipeline or any opening holes.
Do not use this product outdoor or in a place where a particle mist spray device is used, neither at a place
using oxygen supply.
UV sterilization devices should be installed and maintained by qualified servicemen.
Please use the water supply hose accompanying with new machine. The old hose assembly shall not be used
again.
Used provided angle valve to ensure enough water supply so to satisfy toilet flush performance requirement.
When user cut power supply off, if reactivation of power supply is required, please wait until the end of
“beep……” indication, and then turn on power supply again.
Confirm if water inlet valve is open before initial use.

Toilet
□ Auto flushing – when enabled, this feature automatically flushes the toilet after the user stands up, unseated,
or leaves the area 60 seconds after use. (when seat is open); auto identify proper flush mode (flush full or
ECO). The toilet arrives with this feature enabled which could be deactivated by mobile APP.
□ Auto cover flip – when auto cover flip function is enabled, front motion sensor shall be able to detect moving
objects in front of the toilet and auto flip cover. The sensitivity of the sensor shall be adjusted by mobile APP.
The toilet arrives with this feature enabled which could be deactivated by mobile APP.
□ Auto open side sensor – when enabled, this feature automatically opens or closes the seat by using your
feet into blue light projected zone.
□ Smart flush – when enabled, the front and rear wash will be provided, so as pulsation, oscillate, and pulsa-
tion + oscillate wash. Wand position, water temp and force shall be adjusted by mobile APP. Water force
shall be adjusted by remote.
□ Dryer – wand will deliver warm air, air temp shall be adjusted by mobile APP.

□ Remote docking station – The remote controller will be attracted by magnet or fastened by screws. Install
batteris inside the docking station which will provide power for remote when remote is sitting on docking
station.

□ Ambient lgith – Light located on the left and right sides, the buttom of the toilet. Color light display.
□ Bowl light – Light located on the end of the cleansing wand. The light will only activate when the room is
dark to illuminates the bowl. Setup auto illuminate by mobile APP. The toilet arrives with this feature
enabled.
□ Welcome mode – When enabled, the ambient light will automatically turn on when the toilet is activated.

Auto cleansing

for wand. The default setting is UV sterilization activated. During UV sterilization process, if customer open
cover and sit down, or press STOP button on remote, UV sterilization function will be terminated.
□E-water*– after front or rear wash, toilet will auto activate E-water sterilization for nozzle.
Emergency flush
□Backup power (backup batteries) – in case of AC power failure, press and hold left side flush button for
more than 2s to enable emergency flush. When backup batter is insufficient, alarm will display insufficient
battery by mobile APP.
Emergency cover flip
□Backup power (backup batteries) – in case of AC power failure, flip cover front tip manually, cover will auto
open under the power supplied by backup battery and remain in OPEN position until the AC power supply
is restored.

Deodorizer block and backup battery replacement
Note: Replace deodorizer block when deodorizing effects is not sufficient and odor occurred. Replace backup
batteries when it shows insufficinet in mobile APP.
1. Unplug power cord from receptacle.
2. Dismantle left/right hex head screw by 2.5mm wrench.
3. Open side panel.
4. Push the glass forward about 5mm.
5. Then hold and move glass out upward.

Scan the QR code to order the replaced part with the part number 25866T-NA.
6. Mount cover back, pull deodrizer block out; reinstall new block. Pay attention to deodrizer installation direction.
7. Pull backup battery out, pay attention to disconnect the connector in the middle of the battery connecting line.
Replay new backup batteries and plug in connector back in original direction properly. Note: battery connecting
wire is placed in the space outside the battery box.
8. Refer to step 1-6, install glass properly with reversed operation steps. Fasten screws.

Filter clean
Note: the filter screen is divided into inlet valve filter screen and deodorization air inlet screen. Contact aftersale
service to perform following operations.
Inlet valve filter screen
□Unplug power from receptacle, close water inlet valve.
□Insert the side plate key short end into left side squre hole, push in about 10mm, meanwhile, pull side plate
bottom until side panel bottom disengaged from bottom. Then move the side plate downward to remove it out.
Remove filter
screen anticlockwise
□Pull the plug out from the toilet receptacle which connecting side panel with toilet. When pulling out the plug,
it is necessary to press buckle on plug and place at side properly.
□There’re two filter screen need to be cleaned. Please use a flat screwdriver or a dollar coin to loosen and
pull out the two plastic plugs anticlockwise.
①Insert side panel key and push in about 10mm.
②Pull side panel bottom out by hand.
③Move side plate downwards.

Deodorizer air filter
□ Flip cover and seat up, pull filter screen by neddle nose pliers and clean dirts by discarded toothbruch.
□ Reinstall filter screen. Note: insert bucklet at the back into the square hole during installation to prevent from
falling out.
□ Clean stainless steel filter screen with discarded toothbrush.
□ Please install properly according to the reversed steps above after cleansing.

Wand maintance
Wand and nozzle maintanance
Note: mineral deposits in the water will block the nozzle, so it should be cleaned regularly. The interval of
cleansing is depend on the water quality. Clean nozzle when its performance is decreasing.

□ When unseated and cover is open, press Wand Clean function on APP and wand extends.
□ Manual clean wand.
□ Remove the wand spray tip by inserting a small thin object into the hole on the underside of the wand,
dismantle nozzle.
□ Inspect nozzle. If there is mineral buildup in the nozzle, remove the minerals by soaking the nozzle in a
cleaning solution until the minerals are gone.
□ Remove any mineral deposits from the spray tip opening in the cleansing wand.
□ Replace the spray tip if needed.
□ Reinstall nozzle after cleaning or replace new nozzle. Ensure the nozzle is below the upper plane of wand.
If the wand is higher than the upper level of wand, the nozzle may be damaged or influences the retraction
of wand.
□ After the completion of cleaning, press Wand Clean function on APP and wand retracts.

Maintenance and cleansing precautions
Trouble shooting
Note: for best effect, keep the following in mind when maintaining your Kohler product:
□ Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. Wipe
surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately.
□ After applying cleaner, rinse and dry any cleanser and dirt sprayed on the surface.
□ Do not allow cleaners to soak on surfaces.
□ Do not use decontamination powder, grinding powders, corrosive detergents such as oil, acid and alkaline
to wipe the remote control.
□ Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to
clean surfaces.
□ No instructions are provided for people who has physical, sensitivity or mental disability, including children,
as well as persons who lack of experience and knowledge.
□ In case the power cord is damaged; to avoid danger, product should be replaced by the manufacturer or the
professionals from its maintenance department or similar departments.
□ Open cover or add water inside the toilet might avoid the plastic parts yellowing problem caused by backflow
air from discharge pipe after residual toilet water evaporated during long-term idle status.
□ Clean surface with neutral soap water, then wipe entire surface with clean soft rag. Many detergents such
as ammonia water, decontamination powder and detergent etc. will cause surface damage. Do not use.
Note: When the remote control is not in use, it will enter standby mode. Press any key on the remote control
screen to activate the screen.
Aactivate
□ When the toilet is first installed or the power fails, when power is restored or turned on the toilet will automat-
ically go into start-up mode.
□ If the toilet does not function correctly upon completing the start-up sequence, or it fails to start, contact the
Customer Care Center for further service.
Blockage
□ To clear the toilet when there is a blockage, a standard plunger with an insert works best.
Children
□ The automatic flush and cleansing features are activated by a sensor located under the seat. Small children may
not be tall enough (taller than 122cm) to be detected by the sensor. Smart flush and auto flush function will not
operate properly.
