care and maintenance of your new product. Thoroughly read the
instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects

3. This heater may get hot when in us e. To avoid burns,
DO NOT let bare s kin touch hot su rfaces . If provided, us e
handle(s) when moving this heater. DO NOT place it
agains t walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
4. Keep combus tible materials, such as furniture, pillows ,
bedding, paper, clothes , and curtains at least 3 ft from the
front of the heater and keep them away from the sides ,
top, and rea r. DO NOT place towels or other objects on
the heater.
5. E xtreme caution is neces sa ry when any heater is used.
6. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged c ord or
after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or dam-
aged in any manner. R eturn heater to authorized s ervice
facility for examination, elec trical or mechanical adjust-
ment, or repair.
7. This heater is not intended for us e in bathrooms , laundry
areas, s howers or swimming pools and s imilar locations.

ards, DO NOT immers e in water or other liquids .
8. DO NOT touch the control panel or plug with a wet hand.

over.

heated surfaces and open ames.
13. Always plug heaters direc tly into a wall outlet/receptacle.
Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap
(outlet/power s trip).
14. To avoid re or shock hazard, plug the unit direc tly into a
120 V AC electrical outlet.
15. To dis connec t heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove
plug from outlet. Pull rmly on the plug, DO NOT unplug
by pulling on the cord.
16. Always unplug the unit before moving or cleaning, or
whenever the heater is not in use.
17. Us e only for intended hous ehold us e as desc ribed in this
manual. Any other use not rec ommended by the manufac -
turer may caus e re, electric s hock, or injury to persons.
The us e of attachments not rec ommended or sold by
unauthorized dealers may cause hazards.
18. Always use on a dry, level surface. Us e on oor only.

It is normal for the power cord to feel warm to the touch; however, a loose fit between
the outlet and the plug may cause overheating of the plug. If this occurs, try inserting
the plug into a different outlet. Contact a qualified electrician to inspect the original
outlet for damage.
THIS APPLIANCE HAS APOLARIZED PLUG (one blade is
wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet.

Tip-Over Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with a shut-off safety feature. Once the
heater is tipped over, an internal switch will automatically shut the
heater off. Once the heater is restored an upright position, the
heater will reset. To continue operation, press the power button
on the control panel or remote control.
Overheat Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with an overheat safety feature. When the
heater’s internal components reach a certain temperature that
could cause overheating and possible fire, the heater will automat-
ically shut off.

It is normal for the heater to cycle ON and OFF as it maintains
the preset temperature. To prevent the unit from cycling, you
need to change the thermostat setting.
NOTICE
NOTICE
may be present. This is normal and should not occur again unless
the heater is not used for an extended period of time.

1. Place the product on a rm, level surface.
2. Plug the unit directly into a 120 V AC electrical outlet.
3. Rotate the POWER KNOB clockwise to select
between (fan only), (low heat) or (high heat).
LOW position operates the heater at 750 watts conserving
energy and HIGH position operates the heater at a maxium

1500 watts.
Turn the THERMOSTAT KNOB clockwise to the highest
setting.
5. When the room reaches a comfortable temperature,
slowly turn the THERMOSTAT KNOB counter-clockwise
until the heating element clicks OFF.
6. This is the point at which the Thermostat setting equals
the room temperature. At this setting, the Thermostat will
automatically turn the heater ON and OFF to maintain the
selected temperature.
7. Turn the POWER KNOB to OFF and unplug the heater
whe ished using.

MAINTENANCE
STORAGE
1. Turn the POWE R KNOB to the O (OFF) position.
2. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
3. To keep the heater clean, t he outer shell may be cleaned
with a soft, damp cloth. A mild detergent can be used if
neces s ary.
4. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
5. Wait until the unit is completely dry before us e.
S tore the heater in a cool, dry location when not in us e. To prevent
dus t and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the
unit.
WARNING
• DO NOT let liquid enter the heater.
• DO NOT use alcohol, gas oline, abras ive powders,
furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater.
This may caus e damage or deterioration to the s urface
of the heater.
• DO NOT immerse the heater in water.

If the heater will not operate, pleas e check the following:
1. C heck if the power cord is plugged into an electrical
outlet. If not, plug in unit to appropriate outlet.
2. C heck if elec tricity to the outlet is working
3. E ns ure power is turned to ON pos ition.
4. Make s ure heater is plac ed o solid surface.

The product is equipped with tip-over switch inside. When the product
tips over abnormally during its use, it can cut o power automatically.

motor turning slowly or not at all).

1 Year Limited Warranty: Konwin warrants this heater against
defects in materials and workmanship on functional parts, for a
period of one year from the original date of purchase. Your sales
receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your
proof of purchase. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.

All Konwin products are manufactured with the highest quality
materials and are warranted to be free from defects in material
and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty
applies to products manufactured or distributed by the Konwin
brand name, are delivered in the continental United States, and
extends to the original purchaser, or gift recipient. This warranty

Lorsque vous utilisez cet appareil électrique, les mesures de sécurité
de base suivantes doivent toujours être respectées pour réduire les

1. Lire TOUTES les instructions avant d’utiliser cet appareil.

3. Cet appareil de chauffage peut devenir chaud lors de l’utilisation.
Pour éviter les brûlures, ne PAS toucher les surfaces chaudes
directement avec la peau. Si il en est muni, utillser les poignées
pour déplacer l'appareil de chauffage. NE PAS installer contre
un mur, un meuble, des rideaux, etc.

examen, réglages électriques ou mécaniques, ou pour réparation.
7. Cet appareil de chauffage n’est pas destiné à être utilisé dans les
salles de bains, les salles de lavage ou d’autres emplacements
similaires. Ne JAMAIS placer l'appareil de chauffage là où il risque

brancher l'appareil directement dans une prise de 120 VCA.
15. Pour débrancher l'appareil de chauffage, tourner les
commandes à la position OFF (arrêt), puis débrancher de la
prise. Tirer fermement sur la prise; ne PAS débrancher en
tirant sur le cordon.

16. Toujours débrancher l’appareil avant de le déplacer ou de le
nettoyer, ou quand l'appareil de chauffage n’est pas en marche.
17. Utiliser uniquement pour les usages domestiques décrits dans
ce manuel. Tout autre usage non recommandé par le fabricant
peut être la cause d'un incendie, d'une électrocution, ou de
blessures corporelles. L’utilisation de branchements non
recommandés ou vendus par un vendeur non agréé peut
présenter un danger.
18. Toujours utiliser sur une surface sèche et de niveau. Utiliser

sortie appropriée.

Cet appareil de chauffage est équipé d'un dispositif de sécurité
d'arrêt. Si l'appareil de chauffage se renverse, un interrupteur
interne éteint automatiquement l'appareil. L'appareil de chauffage se
réinitialise lorsqu'il est remis en position verticale. Pour remettre
l'appareil en marche, appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation situé sur
le panneau de commande ou la télécommande.
Cet appareil de chauffage est équipé d'un dispositif de sécurité
contre la surchauffe. Lorsque les composants internes atteignent
une certaine température pouvant entraîner une surchauffe et un
incendie, l'appareil de chauffage s'éteint automatiquement.
• Un protecteur de surcharge thermique est intégré pour empêcher la surchauffe. Lorsqu'une
température de surchauffe est atteinte, l'appareil de chauffage s'éteint automatiquement.
L'utilisateur doit réinitialiser l'appareil pour poursuivre l'utilisation.
• Pour réinitialiser l'appareil, il faut d'abord débrancher l'appareil de chauffage, s'assurer que
l'alimentation est coupée et attendre de 15 à 20 minutes pour laisser l'appareil refroidir.
• Suivre les DIRECTIVES D'UTILISATION pour remettre l'appareil de chauffage en mode de
fonctionnement.
Il est normal que le cordon d'alimentation soit chaud au toucher: cependant, un
branchement láche de la prise peut être la cause d'une surchauffe de cette
prise.Le cas échéant, brancher le cordon dans une autre prise. Contacter un
électricien qualifé pour vérifier si la prise originale est endommagée.

1. Mettez la PUISSANCE en position OFF.
2. Débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir complètement.
3. Pour garder le chauffeur propre, la coque extérieure peut
être nettoyée avec un chiffon doux et humide. Un détergent
doux peut être utilisé si nécessaire.
4. Après le nettoyage, séchez l'unité avec un chiffon doux.
5. Attendez que l'appareil soit complètement sec avant de
l'utiliser.
AVERTISSEMEN
Ne laissez pas le liquide entrer dans le chauffeur.
N'utilisez pas d'alcool, d'essence, de poudres abrasives, de
cire pour meubles ou de brosses rugueuses pour nettoyer le
chauffeur. Ceux-ci peuvent endommager ou détériorer la
surface du chauffage.
Ne plongez pas le chauffeur dans l'eau.
ENTRETIEN
STOCKAGE
Réservez l'appareil de chauffage dans un endroit frais et sec
lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Pour éviter l'accumulation de poussière
et de saleté, utilisez l'emballage d'origine pour remballer toute
l'unité.
