2. INTRODUCCIÓN
Este es un instrumento con alimentación a pilas que realiza mediciones de la
humedad relativa y la temperatura. Puede mostrar tres tipos de temperaturas
alrededor del aire del sensor a través de varios procedimientos: temperatura
ambiente, temperatura del punto de rocío y temperatura de esfera húmeda.

3. FUNCIONAMIENTO
ADVERTENCIA
Al mover el instrumento de una atmósfera con temperatura y humedad ex-
tremas a otra, deberá esperar a que éste se estabilice.
Pulse para poner el funcionamiento el instrumento y observe las medicio-
nes mostradas en ºC o ºF. Pulse ºC/ºF para cambiar de unidad.
3.1 Punto de rocío y temperatura de esfera húmeda
Al poner en funcionamiento el instrumento, aparecerá en la pantalla la tem-
peratura ambiente. Para obtener el punto de rocío, pulse una vez DP/WB,
y pulse otra vez la misma tecla DP/WB para seleccionar la temperatura de
esfera húmeda. Si pulsa por tercera vez la tecla DP/WB volverá a obtener la
temperatura ambiente. En la pantalla aparecerá el símbolo correspondiente:
DP para el punto de rocío y WB para la temperatura de esfera húmeda.

3.2 Retención de lecturas
Pulse el botón Hpara congelar la lectura actual y que la pantalla deje de
mostrar las mediciones. Cuando la función (retención) está activada,
la pantalla muestra el símbolo . Para seguir observando el valor de la
medición, pulse de nuevo la tecla .
3.3 Max-min
Pulse la tecla MIN/MAX para entrar en el modo Max-min, y el valor máximo se
actualizará constantemente. Pulse de nuevo la tecla MIN/MAX para pasar al
valor mínimo. Es posible cambiar entre las dos mediciones. Para desactivar
este modo, deberá pulsar la tecla MIN/MAX durante dos segundos, tras lo
cual un sonido indicará que la función ha sido desactivada. El valor Max corre-
sponde a la lectura más alta de temperatura y humedad, mientras que el valor
Min corresponde a la lectura más baja.
3.4 Almacenamiento y transferencia de los resultados
El instrumento tiene capacidad para guardar 99 grupos de lecturas para trans-
ferirlas posteriormente. Pulse MEM para guardar la lectura, y su posición
aparecerá en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla. Después de dos se-
gundos, el instrumento regresa a su estado normal. Si la memoria RAM está
completamente llena, el instrumento sobrescribirá los datos almacenados a
partir del Nº 1 RAM y continuará con la lectura. Cuando transera una posición
guardada, pulse la tecla READ para entrar en la comprobación de la memoria.
En este momento puede utilizar las teclas DP/WB y ºC/ºF para cambiar de pá-
gina. Para salir, pulse de nuevo la tecla READ. En el estado de comprobación,
pulse la tecla MEM durante 5 segundos y en la esquina superior derecha de la
pantalla aparecerá “00”, lo que signica que la memoria RAM ha sido borrada.
3.5 Apagado automático
Para prolongar la vida de las pilas, este instrumento dispone de una función
de apagado automático, y se apagará si no realiza ninguna acción durante 30
minutos. Pulse la tecla para desactivar esta función si desea de realizar
mediciones más largas, y el símbolo desaparecerá de la pantalla. Pulse de
nuevo la tecla para volver a activar la función de apagado automático.

3.6 Retroiluminación
Pulse la tecla para activar la retroiluminación, y vuelva a pulsar la misma
tecla para desactivarla. Si no se apaga, se desactivará transcurridos 15
segundos.
4. MANTENIMIENTO
• Sustitución de las pilas
El instrumento recibe alimentación de cuatro pilas de 1,5V (tipo AAA). Cuando
aparece el símbolo , las pilas deberán ser sustituidas tan pronto como sea
posible. Siga las instrucciones que se indican a continuación.
1) Desatornille la cubierta de acceso.
2) Extraiga las pilas.
3) Coloque cuatro pilas AAA nuevas respetando la polaridad indicada.
4) Vuelva a colocar la cubierta y apriete el tornillo.

2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This is a battery meter for measuring relative humidity and temperature. It can
display three types of temperatures around the sensor’s air via several con-
venient procedures: The ambient temperature, the dew-point temperature and
the wet bulb temperature.

3. OPERATION
NOTICE
When moving the meter from one atmosphere with extreme temperature or
humidity to another, you need to wait for its stability.
Press to start the meter and read the measurements displayed by °C or °
F . Press ºC/ºF to switch.
3.1 Dewpoint & Wetbulb
When starting the meter, the ambient temperature appears on the screen. To
obtain DP, press a rst time DP/WB, and press DP/WB for a second time, WB
is switched. Press DP/WB a third time, to get the ambient temperature back.
A corresponding signal will be shown on the screen indicating DP and WB.
3.2 Holding
Hold the button Press Hto freeze the current reading, and stop the meter
from displaying the measurements. When the function is actived,the

screen displays . To continue reading the mesured value,press
again.
3.3 Max-min
Pressing MIN/MAX Max-min is set up, and max updates MIN/MAX constantly,
press MIN/MAX again, it is min. The two stations can be switched. If turn off,
you need to press MIN/MAX for two seconds; a sound shows that this function
has been turned off. Max means that the peak of temperature and humidity,
while min is the lowest reading.
3.4 Saving and transferring the measurements
This meter is able to save 99 groups reading for transferring. Press MEM to
save the reading, and its location displays at the screen’s upper right corner.
After two seconds, the meter comes back to the normal state; If RAM is lled
fully, the meter will cover the stored data from No.1 RAM and keep the read-
ing. When transferring the saved gure, press READ to enter MEM check-up.
At this time, DP/WB and are used to change the page. To exit it, press READ
again. In the state of check-up, press MEM for ve seconds and “00”is dis-
played at the screen ‘s right upper corner, which means RAM is cleared.
3.5 Automatic power-off
To prolong the life-span of the battery, this meter offers an automatic power-off
function, and it closes without operation in 30 minutes. This function is ap-
proved. Just press pif closing it for longer measurement, and disap-
pears. Do it again, the automatic power-off is on.
3.6 The backlight
Press to start the backlight, press again to close the backlight. If
starting without automatic power-off, it will close after 15 seconds.
4. MAINTENANCE
• Replace the batteries
The meter is charged with four 1.5(AAA type) batteries. When appears,
the batteries should be replaced as soon as possible. Follow the instructions:
1) Unscrew the top of the entrance.
2) Get the batteries out.

3) Install four unused AAA batteries in accordance with polarity descripted at
the bottom.
4) Reload the entrance and fasten the screw..
