Bioreplace consists of a combustion chamber
and bio-container. Burner is made of the container
(1) where the white absorbing core is placed (2)
closed at the top by the cover (3) to extinguish the
re use the cover (4) with special handle (5) which
you can attach to the cover (6).
Permitted fuel: Bioethanol
Burner maximum capacity: 0,75 l
Do not ll more than 3⁄4 of the maximum burner capacity which is approximately 0,5 l.
Before lling please remove stainless steel cover and pour the liquid in one place. If You are not
sure how to pour the liquid please use a measuring beaker.
CAUTION!!!
DO NOT touch the surround during its working. It might be hot.
The only permitted fuel for use in the bio-container is a bio-alcohol recommended in this
instruction (BIO DECO LIQUID).
Bioreplace is not designed to continuous work. It should be used, then left cool and then
relled to 3⁄4 of its total capacity. Do not ll bioreplace while it is in use. Bio-fuel poured into
the hot burner evaporates very quickly which can cause very rapid ame ignition or even a
small explosion when You try to relight the unit.

INSTALACJA
Before installing the bio-fireplace, make sure that the room in which it will be located, has an
efficient system of natural ventilation, and air supply grids are not sealed. It is inadvisable to place
biofireplaces in rooms with a capacity smaller than 40m3.

• On the back panel of the bioreplace are holes for wall mounting.
Mark on the wall all the xing points to place a device.
• Drill holes for wall plugs for M5 screws.
• Tighten the screws in the wall plugs so the distance between wall and the screw heads was
approx.3mm
• Hang the bioreplace on the screws; otting the head through the large vent
and screw heads are in the oblong slot.
• Make sure that the bioreplace rmly hanging on the wall before use. If necessary, adjust
the tightness of the screws.
After the bioreplace surround is installed in the appropriate place, the burner should be installed.

USING THE BIOFIREPLACE
During use keep a safe distance from the bioreplace at least 0, 5 m.
Burner maximum capacity: 0,75 l
Do not ll more than 3⁄4 of the maximum burner capacity which is approximately 0,5 l.
Bio- fuel consumption is between 0, 2l/h<0,5l/h with the minimum opening of bioreplaces cover.
Flame reaches its proper color and height after 15 minutes of burning.
• Make sure that the biofireplace is extinguished and cold. Required minimum time between refilling
is 1 hour
• When necessary remove the extinguishing cover.
• Refill the burner with an appropriate kind of bio-fuel (BIO-DECO fuel is recommended).
• Start the biofireplace using:
• Long fireplace matches
• Fireplace fighter
• Burning biofireplace is extinguished by
cutting off the air supply to the fire. To extinguish the fire in the appliance use the extinguish cover
with a handle to close completely the bio-containers fuel tank.
IMPORTANT:
In case of spillage remove the bioreplace burner from the bioreplace surround, clean the
area with a damp paper towel followed by a dry paper towel leaving all services clean and dry
and leave for 1 hour before replacing the burner inside the surround and reusing. To avoid
spillage please use a measuring beaker or funnel.
EXTINGUISHING OF BIOFIREPLACE
Do not extinguish the bioreplace with water or other liquids!!!
Burning bioreplace is extinguished by cutting o the air supply to the re. To extinguish the re
in the appliance use the extinguish cover with a handle to close completely the bio-containers fuel
tank. Bio- fuel tank and other bioreplace components exposed to ames or hot air may still be very
hot even several minutes after the re was extinguished.
MAINTENANCE
All maintenance activities can only be performed when the bioreplace is extinguished and cooled.
Bioreplace should be cleaned regularly by removing the burner from its surround with damp cloth
and a non- caustic cleaning agents suitable for that particular type of metal.
DELTA FLAT is consistent with the provisions of standards PN-EN 449:2007+A1:2007
