3. Pre-cut hole before installation, (see below chart for hole diameter)
4. Do not operate if product is damaged
5. IP20 suitable for indoors use only

PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
To 240V Mains
2a. Connect the driver to mains electricity in accordance with current wiring
regulations.
b. Insert driver in situe within the recess ensuring the pre-wired male
connector is accessible.
3Connect the male push t
connecting cable from the
driver to the luminaire.
5a. Ensure luminaire is a ush t and
has plenty of ventilation.
6a. Switch power on at
circuit.
24hrs Initial charge time required.

Follow the guideline tables below for recommended spacing between ttings which will
provide adequate lighting coverage in cases of emergency.

TESTING
FUNCTIONALITY OF THE TEST SWITCH
Press and hold to start the functional test (short test)
Turn off the power to Initiate a 3Hr Duration test
FUNCTIONAL TEST
The 5 second long, monthly function test serves to check
the functionality of the emergency unit, the batteries
and LED module.
DURATION TEST
-Initial duration test: The test can be carried out 24
hours after the initial installation.
-yearly duration test: The test should be carried out
annually.
INDICATOR LED
System status is shown locally by a bi-color indicator LED.
