1.1
Los proyectores KRIPSOL están
construidos en ABS inyectado color
blanco, material inalterable a los agentes
físicos y químicos y en polipropileno
con carga de fibra.
1.2 CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS.
Los proyector KRIPSOL, están
diseñados para la utilización con
lámpara parabólica de 300 watios.
Debe utilizarse sumergido en agua
dulce o ligeramente tratada.
Aconsejamos que su colocación no
supere los 1,5 m de profundidad. Para
profundidades superiores se debe con-
sultar con nuestro departamento técni-
co.
El grado de protección del proyector
es IP68. Tensión de seguridad 12V
(corriente alterna).
El proyector ha sido diseñado y montado
acorde a las normas internacionales de
seguridad CEI 60598-2-18:1993
(Luminarias para piscinas y usos análogos).
Este proyector es un receptor eléctrico
clase III (S/RBT.MI BT 031, PTO 1.2).
El fabricante no es responsable de
montajes, instalaciones, puestas en
funcionamiento, manipulación o
incorporación de componentes, que no
se hayan realizado en las instalaciones
del mismo.
2.0 INTRODUCCIÓN.
Este manual contiene las instrucciones
necesarias para la instalación, el uso y
el mantenimiento del proyector
KRIPSOL
para piscinas. Para obtener de él las
prestaciones que el fabricante indica en
las Hojas de Características, es necesario
que se cumplan y sigan correctamente
todas las recomendaciones dadas en
este Manual. Esto permitirá trabajar
con un equipo seguro y duradero.
El proveedor del equipo facilitará al
usuario información complementaria, si
éste la requiere.
2.1 SIGNOS DE SEGURIDAD EN EL
MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES.
Aquellas instrucciones que se refieren
a los riesgos para las personas, se
destacan con los dos símbolos siguientes:

2.2 RESPONSABILIDAD.
El no cumplimiento de las instrucciones
dadas por el fabricante en este Manual,
para la elección, manejo, instalación,
puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de
la unidad, libera al fabricante o
distribuidor de responsabilidades por
accidentes
posibles a las personas o
daños causados
al resto de las
instalaciones, ocasionando, además, la
perdida de la garantía.

3.1
Sólo se podrá garantizar la seguridad
del servicio del proyector suministrado
si su uso corresponde a lo indicado en
los esquemas de las páginas 28÷35.
Nunca se deberán sobrepasar las
condiciones y límites de trabajo
indicados en este manual (capítulo 1.2
Características Técnicas y 5.4
Advertencias). Es obligatorio cumplir
con lo legislado por las Normas de
Seguridad vigentes en cada país.
3.2
Asegurarse que el proyector se ha
seleccionado adecuadamente a la
aplicación a la que va destinado y que
su estado, instalación, puesta en marcha
y posterior uso sean correctos. Ver
capítulo 1.2 (Características Técnicas).
3.3
Las operaciones de instalación,
reparación y mantenimiento se harán
siempre con el proyector desconectado
de la red de alimentación eléctrica.
3.4
Mientras el proyector esté en
funcionamiento no puede ser
desplazado, ni corregida su posición.
Estas operaciones se harán siempre
con el proyector desconectado de la
red eléctrica.
3.5
El accionamiento de los elementos
eléctricos de conexión-desconexión o
seguridad no puede hacerse con
presencia de humedad, poniendo
especial cuidado en la que pueda existir
en las manos del operario, en su calzado
o superficies de contacto.
3.6
Los repuestos necesarios serán los
originales del fabricante o los
recomendados por él. El uso de otros,
o de originales rectificados por terceros
no están permitidos y exhimen al
fabricante o distribuidor de sus
responsabilidades.

4.1
El fabricante suministra el equipo
protegido con el embalaje adecuado,
para que al transportarlo o almacenarlo
no sufra daños que impidan su correcta
instalación y/o funcionamiento.
4.2
El usuario, a la recepción del equipo,
comprobará inicialmente estos puntos:
-
Estado de embalaje exterior; si presenta
signos de deterioros importantes, lo
hará constar formalmente a quien se lo
entrega.
- Verificará también el estado del
contenido; y si éste presentase
desperfectos que presumiblemente
impidiesen su correcto funcionamiento,
lo comunicará, también formalmente, al
proveedor en un plazo máximo de 8
días desde el de la recepción.
4.3
Las condiciones de almacenamiento
serán tales que garanticen el buen
estado de conservación del equipo.
Señalamos por su especial importancia
las de evitar ambientes de humedad
acusada u otros donde puedan producirse
cambios bruscos de temperaturas
(producen condensaciones).
5.1. EMPLAZAMIENTO.
Los proyectores KRIPSOL están diseñados
para empotrar en piscinas de nueva
construcción de hormigón, poliester o
liner. La fijación del proyector al nicho es
mediante dos tornillos de acero inoxida-
ble A2.
Modelo PH 300.C, para piscinas de
hormigón con prensaestopas de
poliamida 6.
Modelo PH 301.C, para piscinas de
hormigón con prensaestopas de latón
niquelado.
Modelo PHM 300.C, para piscinas de
hormigón con prensaestopas de poliamida
6, con cable y pasacables incluido.
Modelo PHM 301.C, para piscinas de
hormigón con prensaestopas de latón
niquelado, con cable y pasacables
incluido.
Modelo PL 300.C, para piscinas de
poliester o liner con prensaestopas de
poliamida 6.

Modelo PLM 301.C, para piscinas de
poliester o liner con prensaestopas de
latón niquelado, con cable y pasacables
incluido.
5.2. MONTAJE.
Se pondrá especial atención en cuanto a
la salida que vamos a utilizar en el nicho
del proyector (pieza nº 18, pag. 36÷39),
ya que éste cuenta con dos posibles
salidas de cable, una lateral y otra frontal.
Una vez decidida cual se va a utilizar, a
ésta le acoplaremos el prensaestopas
(pieza nº13, pag. 36÷39) (elemento de
anclaje del cable contra la torsión y el
estiramiento). En la otra, colocaremos
el tapón exagonal (pieza nº19, pag.
36÷39) para realizar el cierre hidráulico
oportuno.
La distancia aconsejada para la
instalación del proyector sera de
500÷700mm. desde el nivel del agua,
(ver pag. 31, Figura 4).
El proyector se recibe en su embalaje,
montado y con el cable enrollado en su
alojamiento (únicamente en los modelos
suministrados con el mismo). En estos
modelos, también se suministra el
pasacables (pieza nº 20, pag. 37 y 39)
con los terminales en M20 para conexión
al cuerpo (pieza nº18, pag. 36÷39) y en
3/4” para su conexión a la caja de
conexiones.
Para realizar su instalación, hay que
seguir los siguientes pasos que a
continuación se indican:
1 - Extraer el proyector de su embalaje
y desenrollar el cable.
2 - Realizar la selección de la salida
que se va a utilizar en el cuerpo (pieza
nº 18, pag. 36÷39). Una vez realizada
dicha selección, acoplar por el exterior
del cuerpo del proyecto el pasacables
(pieza nº 20, pag. 37 y 39) a la salida
seleccionada (para los modelos
suministrados con el mismo). Ver pag.
28, Figura 1, 1A, 1B.
3 - Realizar la instalación del nicho del
proyector (pieza nº 18, pag. 36÷39).
Si es para piscina de hormigón,
empotrándolo en la pared, o mediante
su gunitado. Si es para piscina de
poliéster o liner, mediante las dos juntas
(pieza nº 17, pag. 38÷39), el aro liner
(pieza nº 15, pag. 38÷39) y la tornillería
(pieza nº 14, pag. 38÷39) suministrada.

4 - Una vez instalado el cuerpo, introducir
el terminal del cable por el prensaestopas
(pieza nº 13, pag. 36÷39) del cuerpo y
asegurarse, apretando éste, que el
cable está perfectamente sujeto y con
el cierre hidráulico oportuno.
5 - Posteriormente seguir los pasos
indicados en las páginas 30÷35,
Figuras 3÷8.

5.3. DESMONTAJE.
Para substituir la lámpara, extraeremos
el proyector, para ello, debemos seguir
los siguientes pasos:
1 - Aflojar los dos tornillos del
embellecedor del proyector y empujar
los mismos hacia dentro con los dedos
para que quede liberado del cuerpo del
proyector. Ver Figura 7÷8, pag. 34÷35.
2 - Mientras se empujan los dos tornillos
con los dedos, tirar del embellecedor
hacia fuera hasta extraer todo el
conjunto y elevarlo fuera del agua.
3 - Retirar el embellecedor del conjunto
de la lámpara/portalámparas según
Figura 6, pag. 33.
4 - Aflojar hasta retirar las seis tuercas
que sujetan el conjunto. Ver Figura 4,
pag. 31.
5 - Aflojar la capucha del prensaestopas
para liberar el cable y poder así extraer
la lámpara.
6 - Aflojar los tornillos de anclaje del
cable a la lámpara y liberar la lámpara.
7 - Colocar la nueva lámpara y seguir
los puntos marcados anteriormente de
forma inversa.
8 - Una vez montado el conjunto
lámpara / portalámparas, montar el
embellecedor y seguir los pasos
indicados en el punto 5 del apartado
5.2. del montaje.
5.4. ADVERTENCIAS.
1-Las personas que instalen o
manipulen los proyectores deben poseer
la cualificación adecuada y conocimiento
de las normas IEC364-7-702:

2 - No manipular el proyector si está
bajo tensión.
3 - No encender el proyector fuera del
agua.
4 - La tensión de alimentación no debe
ser superior a 12 Volt. en corriente
alterna.
5 - No utilizar otra lámpara distinta a la
referencia KRIPSOL (LP 312.C).
6 - En el caso de los modelos de
proyectores adquiridos sin cable, el
cable a utilizar debe ser obligatoriamente
de las siguientes características:
Manguera bipolar con un diámetro
exterior máximo de 14 mm.
Tipo de manguera HØ7RN-F con
sección de cable de 2x6 mm² que debe
cumplir la siguiente normativa:
- UNE 21027.
- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).
- Clase 5/6.
- Tensión nominal 0,6 / 1 KV.
- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.
- AG2.
- AD8 Sumergido.

1.1 KRIPSOL underwater lights are
manufactured from white, injection
moulded ABS, a material which is
unaltered by physical and chemical
agents, and in fibre-reinforced
polypropylene.
1.2
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
KRIPSOL underwater lights are designed
for use a 300 watt parabolic bulb.
They should be used submerged in
fresh or slightly treated water.
We do not recommend that the light unit be
fitted at a depths of more than 1,5 m. For fitting
at greater depths, consult our technical department.
The degree of protection of the
underwater light is IP68. The safety
voltage is 12V (alternating current).
The underwater light has beendesigned
and assenbled according to the international
safety standards CEI 60598-2-18: 1993
(Luminaires for Swimming Pools and
Similar Applications)
This underwater lights is an electrical
receptor class III (S/RBT.MI BT 031, PTO 1.2).
The manufacturer is not responsible
for assembly, installation, operational
start-up, handling or the incorporation
of components that have not been
made in the manufacturer’s facilities.
2.0 INTRODUCTION.
This manual contains the instructions
necessary for the installation, use and
maintenance of KRIPSOL
u nderwater
lights in a swimming pool. In order to
obtain the performances described in
the specifications sheet, all the
recommendations given in this manual
must be complied with and followed
correctly.
This will make it possible to use the lights
in a way that ensures that they are safe
and long lasting.
The equipment supplier will provide the
user with complementary information if he
so requires.
2.1 SAFETY SYMBOLS USED IN THE

Failure to comply with the instructions
given by the manufacturer in this
manual regarding the selection,
handling, installation, operational
start-up and maintenance of the lights
shall free the manufacturer or distribuitor
from any possible liability for accidents

3.1
The safety of the underwater lights
supplied shall only be guaranteed if
they are used in accordance with the
schematics on pages 28÷35. The
operating conditions and limits stated in
this manual must under no circumstances
be exceeded (chapter 1.2 Technical
Characteristics and 5.4 Warnings).
Compliance with legislation on safety
standards in the relevant country is
obligatory.
3.2
Ensure that the underwater lights have
been selected appropriately for the
application for which they are to be
used, and that their condition, installation,
start-up and subsequent use are
correct. See chapter 1.2 (Technical
Characteristics).
3.3
Installations, repair and maintenance
opertaions must always be carried out
with the underwater lights disconnected
from the electricity supply.
3.4
The underwater light should not be
moved, or its position adjusted, while it
is un use. It must always be disconnected
form the electricity supply before
operations of this kind are carried out.
3.5
The electrical connection/disconnection
or safety devices must not be actuated
in the presence of moisture. Special
care must be taken to avoid damp on
the operator’s hands, footwear or other
contact surfaces.
3.6
The necessary spares must be the
manufacturer’s original or recommended
parts. Use of other parts or originals
that have been modified by third parties
is not allowed and shall free the
manufacturer from all liability.

4.1
The manufacturer supplies the lights
protected by appropiate packaging to
ensure that during transport or storage
they do not suffer damage that would
prevent their correct installation and/or
operation.
4.2
The user, on receiving the lights, should
check the following points:
-
Condition of the external packaging. If it
shows signs of significant deterioration,
the delivery service should be formally
notified
.
- Also, check the state of the contents.
If any damage is apparent that may
prevent correct functioning, the supplier
should be formally notified within 8 days
of reception.
4.3
The storage conditions shall be such as
to guarantee the correct state of
conservation of the lights.
It is especially important to avoid
extremely damp environments or other
environments that may cause abrupt
changes in temperature (condensation).
5.1. SITING.
KRIPSOL underwater lights are designed
to be built in to new swimming pools,
whether they are constructed using
concrete, polyester or use a liner. The
underwater light is held into its housing
by two stainless-steel A2 screws.
PH300.C Model.
For concrete swimming pools, with a
polyamide 6 gland.
PH301.C Model.
For concrete swimming pools, with
nickel-plated brass gland.
PHM300.C Model.
For concrete swimming pools, with a
polyamide 6 gland, including cable and
grommet.
PHM301.C Model.
For concrete swimming pools, with a
nickel-plated brass gland, including
cable and grommet.
PL300.C Model.
For polyester or liner swimming pools,
with a polyamide 6 gland.

For polyester or liner swimming pools,
with a nickel-plated brass gland. Includes
cable and grommet.
5.2. ASSEMBLY.
Pay special attention to the exit from
the underwater light housing (part
no.18, pages 36÷39) as it has two
possible cable exits, one on the side
and the other on the front.
Once you have decided which you are
going to use, fit the gland (part no.13,
pages 36÷39) (this anchors the cable
to protec it against twisting and
stretching).
Fit the hexagonal plug to the other
cable exit (part no.19, pages 36÷39) in
order to seal it against water.
The recommended depth at which to fit
the underwater light is 500÷700 mm
below the water level (see page 31,
Figure 4).
The underwater light is supplied packaged,
assembled and with the cable rolled up
inside its housing (only in the case of
models supplied with a cable).
In these models the cable grommet is
also supplied (part no.20, pages 37÷39)
with the M20 terminals for connection to
the body (part no.18, pages 36÷39) and
in 3/4” for connection to the connection
box.
Proceed as follows to fit the light:
1 - Unpack the light and unroll the
cable.
2 - Select the exit from the housing that
is going to be used (part no.18, pages
36÷39). Once you have chosen which
cable exit to use, fit the cable grommet
to the selected exit (in the case of
models with which the grommet is
supplied) from the outside (part no.20,
pages 37÷39). See page 28, Figure 1,
1A, 1B.
3 - Fit the underwater light housing (part
no.18, pages 36÷39). If the pool is
concrete, recess it into the wall, or use
gunite. If it is intended for a polyester or
lined pool, use the two seals (part
no.17, pages 38÷39), the liner ring (part
no.15, pages 38÷39) and the screws
(part no.14, pages 38÷39) supplied. See
page 29, Figure 2.
4 - Once the casing has been fitted,
pass the cable terminal through the
gland (part no.13, pages 36÷39) in the
casing and tighten to ensure the cable
is held firmly and the gland is
watertight.
5 - Now follow the instructions given on
pages 30÷35, Figures 3÷8.

5.3. DISMANTLING.
To replace the bulb, remove the screen
by turning the underwater light as
follows:
1 - Slacken the two screws of the
underwater light trim and press them
inwards with your fingers to release the
trim from the underwater light casing.
See Figure 7÷8, page 34÷35.
2 - While pushing the screws with your
fingers, pull the trim outwards until the
whole unit is removed and take it out of
the water.
3 - Removed the trim from the bulb/
bulb-holder unit as shown in Figure 6,
page 33.
4 - Fully unscrew the six screws holding
the unit together. See Figure 4, page
31.
5 - Removed the gland cover to free the
cable so as to be able to remove the
bulb.
6 - Loosen the cable anchoring screws
to release the bulb.
7 - Fit a new bulb and follow the steps
above in reverse order.
8 - Once the bulb/holder unit has been
fitted, fit the trim and follow the steps in
point 5 of section 5.2 on assembling the
underwater light.
5.4. WARNINGS.
1-Persons installing or handling
underwater lights must be suitably
qualified and be familiar with the
IEC364-7-702 STANDARD: WIRING IN
BUILDINGS. SPECIAL WIRING.
SWIMMING POOLS.
2 - Do not handle the underwater light
while it is connected to the power
supply.
3 - Do not switch on the underwater
light while it is out of the water.
4 - The power supply must not exceed
12 V a.c.
5 - Do not use any type of bulb other
than the KRIPSOL reference item
(LP312.C).
6 - In the case of underwater lights
purchased without a cable, the cable
used must be of the following type:
Two core cable with a maximum
external diameter of 14mm.
HØ7RN-F cable, with cable cross
section 2x6 mm², which should adhere
to the following norm:
- UNE 21027.
- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).
- Class 5 / 6.
- Nominal voltage 0,6 /1 KV.
- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.
- AG2.
- AD8 Submerged.

faut que soient suivies correctement
toutes les recommandations données
dans ce Manuel.
Cela permet de travailleur avec un
équipement sûr et durable.
Le fournisseur de l’équipement fournira
à l’utilisateur les renseignements
complémentaires dont celui-ci aura
besoin.

fourni ne pourra être garantie que si

usage correspond à ce qui est indiqué
sur les schémas des pages 28÷35.

Assurez-vous que le projecteur
sélectionné correspond bien à l’application
à laquelle il est destiné, et que son état,
son installation, sa mise en marche et
son usage postérieur sont corrects.

3.3
Les opérations d’installation, de
réparation et de maintenance seront
toujours réalisées avec le projecteur
débranché du réseau d’alimentation
électrique.
3.4
Tant que le projecteur est en
fonctionnement, il ne peut pas être
déplacé, ni sa position corrigée. Ces
opérations se feront toujours lorsque le
projecteur sera débranché du réseau
électrique.
3.5
La commande des éléments électriques
de connexion-déconnexion ou sécurité
ne peut se faire en présence d’humidité.
Veiller spécialement à ce qu’il n’ y en ait
ni sur les mains de l’opérateur, ni sur
ses chaussures ni sur des superficies
de contact.
3.6
Les pièces détachées nécessaires
seront les pièces originales du fabricant
ou celles qu’il recommande. L’utilisation
d’autres pièces, ou de pièces originales
rectifiées par des tiers, n’est pas
permise et relève le fabricant ou le
distributeur de toute responsabilité.

4.1
Le fabricant fournit l’equipement protégé
par l’emballage adapté, afin qu’il ne
subisse aucun dommage lors de son
transport ou de son stockage, qui
empêcherait de l’installer ou de le faire
fonctionner correctement.
4.2
L’utilisateur, à la réception de l’équipement,
vérifiera d’abord les points suivants:
- État de l’emballage extérieur; s’il
présente des signes de détérioration
importants, le signaler formellement à
la personne qui effectue la livraison.
- État du contenu; si celui-ci présente
des dommages qui empêchent
éventuellement son fonctionnement
correct, le communiquer, formellement
aussi, au fornisseur dans un délai
maximal de 8 jours après la réception.
4.3
Les conditions de stockage seront
telles qu’elles garantiront le bon état de
conservation de l’equipement.
Nous signalons, en raison de son
importance spéciale, qu’il faut éviter
des ambiances humides accusées ou
d’autres où il pourrait se produire des
changements brusques de températures
(condensation).
5.1. EMPLACEMENT.
Les projecteurs KRIPSOL sont conçus
pour être encastrés dans des piscines
de nouvelle costruction en béton, en
polyester ou en liner. La fixation du
projecteur dans la niche est assurée
par deux vis en acier inoxydable A2.

5.2. MONTAGE.
On fera bien attention à la sortie qui
sera utilisée dans la niche du projecteur
(pièce nº18, pages 36÷39), puisqu’il a
deux sorties possibles de câble, une
latérale et l’autre frontale. Lorsqu’on
aura décidé laquelle va être utilisée, on
lui accouplera le presse-étoupe (pièce
nº13, pages 36÷39) (élément d’ancrage
du câble contre la torsion et l’étirement).
On placera dans l’autre le bouchon
hexagonal (pièce nº19, pages 36÷39)
pour réaliser la fermeture hydraulique
opportune.
La distance conseillée pour l’installation
du projecteur sera de 500÷700mm du
niveau de l’eau (voir page 31, Figure 4).
Le projecteur est reçu dans son
emballage, monté et avec le câble
enroulé dans son logement (uniquement
sur les modèles fournis avec ce dernier).
Sur ces modèles, le passe-câbles
(pièce nº20, pages 37÷39) est également
fourni, avec les terminaux en M20 pour
connexion au corps (pièce nº18, pages
36÷39) et en 3/4” pour leur connexion
à la boîte de connexions.
Pour réaliser l’installation, suivre les
étapes suivantes:
1 - Extraire le projecteur de son
emballage et dérouler le câble.
2 - Sélectionner la sortie qui va être
utilisée sur le corps (pièce nº18, pages
36÷39). Accoupler ensuite le passe-câbles
par l’extérieur du corps du projecteur
(pièce nº20, pages 37÷39) à la sortie
sélectionnée (pour les modèles qui en
comportent). Voir page 28, Figure 1,
1A, 1B.
3 - Réaliser l’installation de la niche du
projecteur (pièce nº18, pages 36÷39).
Si la piscine est en béton, en l’encastrant
dans le mur, ou par gunitage. Si la piscine
est en polyester ou liner, à l’aide des
deux joints (pièce nº17, pages 38÷39),
la rondelle liner (pièce nº15, pages 38÷39)
et les vis (pièce nº14, pages 38÷39)
fournies. Voir pages 29, Figure 2.
4 - Lorsque le corps est installé,
introduire le terminal du câble par le
presse-étoupe (pièce nº13, pages
36÷39) du corps et s’assurer, en serrant
ce dernier, que le câble est parfaitement
fixé et avec la femeture hydraulique
opportune.
5 - Suivre ensuite les étapes indiquées
aux pages 30÷35, Figures 3÷8.

5.3. DÉMONTAGE.
Pour remplacer la lampe, extraire le
projecteur de la manière suivante:
1 - Desserrer les deux vis de l’enjoliveur
du projecteur et les pousser vers
l’intérieur avec les doigts pour les libérer
du corps du projecteur. Voir Figures
7÷8, page 34÷35.
2 - Tout en poussant les deux vis
avec les doigts, tirer l’enjoliveur vers
l’extérieur jusqu’à extraire tout l’ensemble
et le retirer de l’eau.
3 - Retirer l’enjoliveur de l’ensemble de
la lampe/douille de lampe, selon la
Figure 6, page 33.
4 - Desserrer jusqu’à retirer les six
écrous qui retiennent l’ensemble. Voir
Figure 4, page 31.
5 - Desserrer le capuchon du presse-
étoupe pour libérer le câble et pouvoir
ainsi extraire la lampe.
6 - Desserrer les vis d’ancrage du câble
à la lampe et libérer cette dernière.
7 - Installer la lampe neuve et suivre le
procédé antérieur dans l’ordre inverse.
8 - Une fois en place l’ensemble
lampe/douille de lampe, monter
l’enjoliveur et suivre le procédé indiqué
au point 5 de l’alinéa 5.2. du montage.
5.4. AVERTISSEMENTS.
1 - Les personnes qui installent ou
manipulent les projecteurs doivent
posséder la qualification correspondante
et la connaissance de la norme

2 - Ne pas manipuler le projecteur
lorsqu’il est sous tension.
3 - Ne pas allumer le projecteur hors de
l’eau.
4 - La tension d’alimentation ne doit pas
dépasser 12 V en courant alternatif.
5 - Ne pas utiliser une lampe différente
de celle de référence KRIPSOL (LP312.C).
6 - Dans le cas des modèles de projecteurs
acquis sans câble, on utilisera
obligatoirement un câble présentant les
caractéristiques suivantes.
Câble bipolaire de diamètre extérieur
maximum de 14 mm.
Type de câble HØ7RN-F de section
2 x 6 mm², qui doit respecter la norme
suivante:
- UNE 21027.
- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).
- Classe 5 / 6.
- Tension nominale 0,6 / 1 KV.
- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.
- AG2.

1.1 Die Strahler KRIPSOL sind aus
ABS-Spritzguss weiß hergestellt, einem
Material, das keinerlei Veränderungen
durch physikalische und chemische
Einflüsse unterliegt, sowie aus
faserverstärktem Polypropylen.
1.2
TECHNISCHE KENNWERTE.
Die Strahler KRIPSOL sind zum Betrieb
mit Parabollampen 300 W ausgelegt.
Der Einsatz muss untergetaucht in
reinem oder leicht behandeltem
Süsswasser erfolgen.
Wir empfehlen, eine Tauchtiefe von
1,5 m nicht zu überschreiten. Sollten Sie
größere Tauchtiefen benötigen, setzen
Sie sich bitte mit unserer technischen
Abteilung in Verbindung.
Der Schutzgrad des Strahlers ist IP68.
Betrieb mit Schutzkleinspannung 12V
(Wechelspannung).
Der Strahler ist gemäß der Normen
abgezeichet und montiert worden
der Internationalen Sicherheitsnorm
CEI 60598-2-18: 1993 (Leuchten für
Schwimmbecken und ähnlicheAnwendungen).
Der Strahler ist ein Elektrogerät der
Klasse III (S/RBT.MI BT 0313, PTO 1.2).
Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerlei
Verantwortung für Einbau, Installation
und Inbetriebnahme oder den Einbau
von Komponenten, die nicht in dessen
Einrichtungen vorgenommen wurden.
2.0 EINFÜHRUNG.
Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung
enthält die für Installation, Einsatz und
Wartung der Strahler KRIPSOL
für Schwimmbecken
erforderlichen
Informationen. Die genaue Einhaltung
aller Hinweise in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung ist erforderlich,
damit die im Datenblatt des Herstellers
aufgeführten Werte erreicht werden.
Hierdurch werden die Sicherheit und
eine lange Lebensdauer des Geräts
gewährleistet. Der Hersteller des Geräts
stellt dem Nutzer auf Anforderung
Zusätzliche Informationen bereit.

Die Betriebssicherheit des Strahlers
wird nur gewährleistet, wenn dessen
Einsatz entsprechend den Angaben auf
den Seiten 28÷35 erfolgt. Die in der
vorliegenden Bedienungsanweisung
angegebenen Bedingungen und
Grenzwerte für den Betrieb dürfen nicht
überschritten werden (Abschnitte 1.2
Technische Kennwerte und 5.4 Hinweise).
Die im jeweiligen Land geltenden
Sicherheitsnormen sind einzuhalten.
3.2
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Strahler
entsprechend dem vorgesehenen
Einsatzfall richtig ausgewählt wurde und
in einwandfreiem Zustand ist. Installation,
Inbetriebsetzung und nachfolgende
Nutzung müssen in korrekter Weise
erfolgen, Siehe Abschnitt 1.2.
(Technische Kennwerte).
3.3
Alle Installations-, Reparatur- und
Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur ausgeführt
werden, wenn der Strahler vom
Elektronetz getrenn ist.
3.4
Während des Betriebs des Strahlers
darf dessen Lage nicht verändert oder
korrigiert werden. Diese Arbeiten dürfen
nur ausgeführt werden, wenn der
Strahler vom Elektronetz getrennt ist.
3.5
Arbeiten an den elektrischen Kontakt-
oder Sicherheitselementen dürfen nicht
in feuchter Umgebung ausgeführt
werden, insbesondere ist auf feuchte
Hände, feuchtes Schuhwerk und
feuchte Kontaktflächen zu achten.
3.6
Es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile des
Herstellers oder von diesem empfohlene
Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Der
Einsatz anderer Ersatzteile oder von
Originalteilen, an denen Eingriffe durch
Dritte vorgenommen wurden, ist nicht
zulässig und befreit den Hersteller oder
Händler von seiner Verantwortung.

4.1
Der Hersteller liefert das Gerät in einer
geeigneten Verpackung geschützt aus,
damit dieses bei Transport und
Lagerung keine Schäden erleidet, die
dessen korrekte Installation und/oder
Funktion beeinträchtigen können.
4.2
Der Nutzer muss nach Erhalt des
Geräts folgende Punkte prüfen:
-
Zustand der Aussenverpackung: Wenn
diese erhebliche Beschädigungen aufweist,
zeigt er dies bei Erhalt des Geräts an.
- Überpüfung des Zustands des Inhalts:
Werden hierbei Schäden festgestellt,
die eine korrekte Funktion beeinträchtigen
können, zeigt er dies dem Lieferer
innerhalb eines Zeitraums von maximal
8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware an.
4.3
Die Lagerbedingungen müssen für den
Erhalt eines einwandfreien Zustands
des Geräts geeignet sein.
Auf Grund der besonderen Bedeutung
wird darauf hingewiesen, dass bei der
Lagerung eine feuchte Umgebung und
plötzliche Temperaturänderungen
(kondenswasser) zu vermeiden sind.
5.1. EINBAU.
Die Strahler KRIPSOL sind zum
versenkten Einbau in neue
Schwimmbecken aus Beton, Polyester
oder in ausgekleidete Becken vorgese-
hen. Die Befestigung der Strahler in
ihrer Aufnahmenische erfolgt mit zwei
Schrauben aus rostfreiem Stahl A2..
