AVANT UTILISATION
■Enlever tous les emballages, autocollants ou accessoires divers à l'intérieur
comme à l'extérieur de l'appareil.
■Dérouler entièrement le cordon.
■Si l'appareil est utilisé au centre de la table, le mettre hors de portée des en-
fants.
■Pour éviter la surchauffe de l'appareil, ne pas le placer dans un coin ou contre
un mur.
■Ne jamais placer votre appareil directement sur un support fragile (table en
verre, nappe, meuble verni…) ou sur un support de type nappe plastique.
■Lors de la première utilisation, laver la plaque (suivre paragraphe après utili-
sation) verser un peu d'huile sur la plaque et l'essuyer avec un chiffon doux.
■l'appareil est approprié pour une utilisation à l'extérieur.
BRANCHEMENT ET PRÉCHAUFFAGE
■Vérifier que l’installation électrique est compatible avec la puis-
sance et la tension indiquées sous l’appareil.
■Ne brancher l’appareil que sur une prise avec terre incorporée.
■Si une rallonge électrique doit être utilisée :
- elle doit être de section au moins équivalente et avec prise de terre
incorporée ;
- prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires afin que personne ne
s’entrave dedans.
■Cet appareil n'est pas destiné à être mis en fonctionnement au
moyen d'une minuterie extérieure ou par un système de commande
à distance séparé.
■Si le câble de cet appareil est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par
le fabricant, son service après-vente ou une personne de qualifica-
tion similaire afin d’éviter un danger.
■Lors de la première utilisation, il peut se produire un léger dégage-
ment d’odeur ou de fumée ; ceci est normal.
■Ne pas toucher les parties métalliques de l’appareil en chauffe ou en
fonctionnement car elles sont très chaudes (Fig. 4).
■Ne pas poser d'ustensile de cuisson sur les surfaces de cuisson de
l'appareil.
■Pour préserver le revêtement de la plaque de cuisson, toujours uti-
liser une spatule plastique ou en bois.
■Ne pas couper directement les aliments sur la plaque de cuisson.
■Ne pas déplacer l’appareil chaud durant son utilisation.

■Ne pas retirer le tiroir de récupération de graisses pendant la cuis-
son. Si le tiroir de récupérateur de graisse est plein durant la cuis-
son, laisser refroidir l'appareil avant de le vider (Fig. 5).
■La plancha est composée de deux plaques indépendantes non amovibles qui
peuvent être utilisées séparément ou ensemble.
■Vérifier que les thermostats - Csoient positionnés sur la position mini I, puis
brancher le cordon sur une prise murale.
1 - Les deux voyant rouges Is’allument ; ils restent allumés pour indiquer
que la prise est alimentée (Fig. 1).
2 - Faire préchauffer la/les plancha(s) en tournant le/les sélecteur(s) de
thermostat sur la position maximale pendant 15 minutes environ. Régler
ensuite la position selon la cuisson désirée (Fig. 2).
3 - Le/les voyant(s) vert(s) s’allume(nt) lorsque la plancha a atteint la
température sélectionnée. Il est alors temps de mettre les aliments sur la
plancha (Fig. 3).
■MISE EN GARDE : Ne pas utiliser cet appareil avec du charbon de bois ou
avec un combustible similaire;
— Il est recommandé d'examiner régulièrement le câble d'alimentation pour
déceler tout signe de détérioration éventuelle, et l'appareil ne doit pas être
utilisé si le câble est endommagé.
■Veillez à l'emplacement du cordon avec ou sans rallonge, prendre toutes les
précautions nécessaires afin de ne pas gêner la circulation des convives au-
tour de la table de telle sorte que personne ne s'entrave dedans.
■Brancher le cordon sur le secteur.
■Après le préchauffage, l'appareil est prêt à être utilisé.
■Ne pas faire de cuisson en papillote.
CUISSON
Astuces pour de meilleurs résultats de cuisson.
■Augmenter ou diminuer la température de cuisson pour l’adapter à votre goût
et à la nature des aliments préparés (quantité, grosseur).
■Attendre que le voyant vert s'allume, ce qui vous indique que la plancha a at-
teint la température de cuisson sélectionnée.
■Pour de meilleurs résultats et pour éviter que les aliments n'attachent, s'as-
surer de toujours faire cuire sur une surface propre.
■Un racloir est livré avec la plancha pour décoller les résidus et les amener vers
le centre pour qu’ils tombent dans le bac à jus (Fig. 6).

NETTOYAGE
■Débrancher le cordon du secteur. Laisser refroidir.
■Placer les thermostats sur la position mini I.
■Ne pas poser la plaque chaude sur une surface fragile. Ne pas la passer sous
l'eau.
■La plaque de cuisson et le corps de l'appareil se nettoient avec une éponge,
de l'eau chaude et du liquide vaisselle.
■Ne jamais utiliser d'éponge métallique, ni de poudre à récurer afin de ne pas
endommager la surface de cuisson (ex : revêtement antiadhésif, … )
■Le pare-graisse amovible (A), ainsi que le bac à jus (D) peuvent passer au
lave-vaisselle.
■L'appareil ne peut pas passer au lave-vaisselle.
■Cet appareil ne doit pas être immergé. Ne jamais plonger dans l'eau l'appa-
reil ni le cordon.
■Ne pas entreposer l'appareil au soleil, ni le laisser dehors l'hiver.
RANGEMENT
■Produit équipé d'un range cordon à l'arrière de l'appareil (Fig. 7).

leaflet carefully and keep them to hand. They apply to every version
depending on the accessories which come with your appliance.

PREVENTION OF ACCIDENTS IN THE HOME
■For your safety, this appliance is compliant with applicable standards and
regulations ( Low Voltage Directives, Electromagnetic Compatibility
Materials in contact with food substances, Environment, ... ).
■This appliance is for domestic household use only.
■It is not intended to be used in the following applications and the guarantee
will not apply for:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments,
- farm houses,
- clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments,
- bed and breakfast type environments.
■Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
■Never plug in the appliance if it is not being used.

BEFORE USE
■Remove all packaging materials, stickers and accessories from the inside
and the outside of the appliance.
■Unwind the power cord.
■If the appliance is to be used in the middle of the table please make sure
that it is out of the reach of children.
■To avoid the appliance overheating never place it in a corner or against a
wall.
■Never place your appliance directly on a fragile surface (glass table,
tablecloth, varnished furniture…) or on any type of plastic tablecloth.
■Always place on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work surface away from water
splashes and sources of heat.
■When using the appliance for the first time, wash the plates (please refer to
the paragraph “after use”) pour a little oil on to the plate and wipe it with a
soft cloth.
■This appliance is not suitable for outside use.
PLUGGING IN AND PRE HEATING
■Please check that your mains supply is compatible with the power
and the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance.
■Only plug the appliance into an earthed socket.
■If you have to use an extension lead:
- make sure you choose an extension lead of equivalent diameter
with an earthed socket;
- please take every precaution to ensure that people cannot
become caught up or trip over the extension lead.
■This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote control system.
■If the cable for this appliance becomes damaged, it must be
replaced by either the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid any danger.
■When the appliance is being used for the first time, there may be a
slight odour and a little smoke; this is normal.
■Do not touch the metal parts of the appliance when it is heating or
operating, as they are very hot (Fig. 4).
■Never place any cooking utensils on the cooking surfaces of the
appliance.
■Always use a plastic or wooden spatula to avoid damaging the
cooking plate.

■Never chop up food directly on the cooking plate itself.
■Never move the appliance when it is hot and in use.
■Do not remove the collection tray during cooking. If the collection
tray becomes full during the cooking, allow the appliance to cool
down before emptying it (Fig. 5).
■The plancha grill has two independent non detachable plates which can be
used separately or together .
■Check that the thermostats - Care in the position mini I, then plug the
power cord into a wall socket.
1 – The two red lights will light up I; they will remain lit to indicate that the
grill is plugged into a power source (Fig. 1).
2 – Pre-heat the plancha grill(s) by turning the thermostat selector(s) to the
maximum position for approximately 15 minutes. You can then adjust
the position according to how you want your food cooked. (Fig. 2).
3 – The green light (s) come on when the plancha grill has reached the
selected temperature. You can now place the food on the grill (Fig. 3).
■WARNING : Do not used this appliance with charcoal or any similar
combustible substance;
— We recommend you regularly check the power cord so as to be able to
detect any possible signs of damage. The appliance must not be used if
the power cord is damaged.
■Be careful where you run the power cord with or without an extension
lead, and take all necessary precautions to ensure that people can move
freely around the table without getting caught up in the extension lead.
■Plug the power cord into the mains.
■Once the pre heating is finished, the appliance is ready for use.
■Do not grill food in aluminium foil parcels.
COOKING
Tips for better cooking results.
■Increase or reduce the cooking temperature to suit your taste and the type
of food being cooked (quantity, thickness).
■Wait for the green light to come on, which tells you that the plancha has
reached the selected grilling temperature.
■For better results and to minimize sticking, always cook your food on a clean
grilling surface.
■The plancha grill comes with a brush scraper for removing any residues and
to help them into the collection tray in the centre (Fig. 6).

CLEANING
■Unplug the power cord from the mains. Allow the appliance to cool down.
■Place the thermostats in the mini position I.
■Never place the cooking plate on a fragile surface. Never put it under
running water.
■Clean the grilling plate and the body of the appliance with a sponge and
some soapy water.
■Never use a metal scouring pad nor scouring powder so as not to damage
the cooking surface (e.g: coating, anti-stick, … )
■The removable splatter shield (A), as well as the collection tray (D) are
dishwasher safe.
■The appliance is not dishwasher safe.
■Do not immerse the appliance in water. Never immerse the appliance and
cord in water.
■Do not leave the appliance in direct sunlight or outside in the winter.
STORAGE
■The appliance comes with a power cord winder at the back of the appliance
(Fig. 7).

VOOR GEBRUIK
■Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal, plakstrips of eventuele accessoires, zo-
wel aan de binnenkant als aan de buitenkant van het apparaat.
■Rol het snoer volledig uit.
■Als het apparaat op het midden van een tafel gebruikt wordt, zorg dan dat
het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen is.
■Om oververhitting van het apparaat te voorkomen, dient u het niet in een hoek
of tegen een muur te plaatsen.
■Plaats het apparaat nooit rechtstreeks op een kwetsbare ondergrond (gla-
zen tafel, tafelkleed, gelakt meubel...) of op een zachte ondergrond.
■Wanneer u het apparaat voor het eerst gebruikt dient u de platen af te was-
sen, daarna giet u een beetje olie op de platen en veegt deze vervolgens met
een zachte doek schoon.
■Het apparaat is niet geschikt om buitenshuis gebruikt te worden.
AANSLUITEN EN VOORVERWARMEN
■Controleer of de elektrische installatie geschikt is voor de op het ap-
paraat aangegeven stroomsterkte en spanning.
■Sluit het apparaat uitsluitend aan op een geaard stopcontact.
■In geval van gebruik van een verlengsnoer:
- moet deze minimaal van een gelijke doorsnede zijn en over
een geïntegreerde geaarde stekker beschikken;
- neem alle benodigde voorzorgsmaatregelen om te voorko-
men dat men hierover struikelt.
■Dit apparaat is niet geschikt om gebruikt te worden in combinatie
met een tijdschakelaar of afstandsbediening.
■Wanneer het netsnoer is beschadigd dient deze te worden vervan-
gen door de fabrikant, zijn servicedienst of een gelijkwaardig ge-
kwalificeerd persoon om een gevaarlijke situatie te voorkomen.
■Tijdens het eerste gebruik kunnen er tijdens de eerste paar minu-
ten geur en rook vrijkomen; dit is normaal.
■De metalen delen van het apparaat niet aanraken als het apparaat
aanstaat omdat deze zeer heet kunnen worden (Fig. 4).
■Plaats geen kookgerei op de bakoppervlakken van het apparaat.
■Om beschadigingen aan de bakplaat te voorkomen, adviseren wij
u altijd een houten of kunststof spatel te gebruiken.
■Snijd het voedsel niet op de bakplaat.
■Het warme apparaat niet verplaatsen als het aanstaat.
■De opvangbak voor vet en vleessappen niet tijdens het bakken
verwijderen. Als de opvangbak voor vet en vleessappen tijdens het

bakken vol loopt, laat u eerst het apparaat afkoelen voordat u deze
leegt (Fig. 5).
■De grill bestaat uit twee onafhankelijke, vaste platen die elk apart of tegelij-
kertijd gebruikt kunnen worden.
■Zorg ervoor dat de thermostaten - Cop de stand mini Istaan, steek vervol-
gens de stekker in een stopcontact.
1 - De twee rode controlelampjes Igaan branden; deze blijven aan
om aan te geven dat het apparaat onder spanning staat (Fig. 1).
2 - Verwarm de plaat/platen voor door de keuzeknop(pen) van de
thermostaat gedurende ongeveer 15 minuten naar de maximale
stand te draaien. Stel de thermostaat vervolgens in naar gelang
het gewenste bakresultaat (Fig. 2).
3 - Het/de groene controlelampje(s) gaat/gaan branden wanneer
de grill de gekozen temperatuur heeft/hebben bereikt. Op dit
moment kunt u de voedingsmiddelen op de grill leggen (Fig. 3).
■WAARSCHUWING : Gebruik het apparaat niet met houtskool of met een
soortgelijke brandstof;
— U dient het snoer regelmatig op beschadigingen te controleren, in-
dien het snoer beschadigd is dient u het apparaat niet te gebrui-
ken.
■ Zorg ervoor dat u het snoer, met of zonder verlengsnoer, zo neerlegt dat ie-
dereen vrij rond de tafel kan lopen en er niemand over kan struikelen.
■ Stop de stekker van het apparaat in het stopcontact.
■ Na het voorverwarmen kan het apparaat in gebruik worden genomen.
■ Gebruik bij het koken geen aluminiumfolie.
BEREIDEN
Tips voor betere bakresultaten.
■Verhoog of verlaag de baktemperatuur om deze aan uw persoonlijke voor-
keur en de aard van de te bereiden voedingsmiddelen (hoeveelheid, dikte)
aan te passen.
■Wacht tot het groene controlelampje brandt, deze geeft aan dat de gewenste
baktemperatuur is bereikt.
■Voor een beter resultaat en om te voorkomen dat de voedingsmiddelen aan-
koeken, dient u ervoor te zorgen dat het bakoppervlak altijd schoon is.
■De grill wordt geleverd met een borstel die u kunt gebruiken om bakresten
los te borstelen en ze naar het midden te vegen zodat ze in de vetopvang-
bak vallen (Fig. 6).

NA GEBRUIK - REINIGING
■Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. Laat het apparaat afkoelen.
■Draai de thermostaat op de minimum stand.
■Plaats de warme plaat niet op een gevoelige ondergrond. Het apparaat niet
onderdompelen in water.
■De platen en de buitenkant van het apparaat kunnen gereinigd worden met
behulp van een spons, warm water en afwasmiddel.
■Gebruik geen schuurspons of schuurpoeder zodat de buitenkant van het ap-
paraat niet beschadigd (bv. de antiaanbaklaag….)
■Het afneembare spatscherm (A) en de vetopvangbak (D) zijn vaatwasma-
chinebestendig.
■Het apparaat zelf is niet vaatwasmachinebestendig.
■Het apparaat dient niet ondergedompeld te worden. Nooit het apparaat en
het snoer in water onderdompelen.
■Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan zonlicht, zet het in de winter niet buiten.
OPBERGEN
■Het apparaat beschikt aan de achterkant over een automatische snoerop-
bergmogelijkheid (Fig. 7).
MILIEUBESCHERMING
Help ook mee het milieu te beschermen!
iUw apparaat bevat materialen die geschikt zijn voor hergebruik.
‹Lever het in bij het milieustation in uw gemeente of bij onze techni-

Lebensmittel, die mit den Teilen in Berührung kommen, die mit dem Logo mar-
kiert sind, dürfen nicht verzehrt werden.
VERMEIDUNG VON HAUSHALTSUNFÄLLE
■Um Ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, entspricht dieses Gerät den gültigen Nor-
men und Vorschriften (Richtlinien zur Niederspannung, elektromagnetischen Ver-
träglichkeit, Lebensmittelechtheit von Materialien, Umweltverträglichkeit,...).
■Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich Haushaltszwecken vorbehalten.
■Er wurde nicht entwickelt, um in folgenden, nicht von der Garantie gedeckten
Fällen verwendet zu werden:

■Kochdämpfe können für Tiere mit einem besonders empfindlichen Atemsystem
wie Vögel eine Gefahr darstellen. Vogelhaltern wird empfohlen, die Tiere vom
Kochplatz fern zu halten.
■Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür vorgesehen, von Personen (oder auch Kindern) mit
verringerten körperlichen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Per-
sonen, die keine entsprechende Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse besitzen, verwen-
det zu werden, außer wenn sie von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Per-
son überwacht werden oder zuvor hinsichtlich der Nutzung des Geräts
eingewiesen wurden. Kinder müssen überwacht werden, um sicherzustellen,
dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■Die zugänglichen Flächen können während des Betriebs hohe Temperaturen er-
reichen. Berühren Sie diese nicht. Benutzen Sie stets die Griffe des Gerätes.

■Wickeln Sie das Stromkabel ganz ab.
■Wenn das Gerät in der Tischmitte verwendet wird, stellen Sie es außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf.
■Um eine Überhitzung des Geräts zu vermeiden, darf dieses nicht in Ecken oder
an einer Wand aufgestellt werden. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es nicht
fehlerfrei funktioniert, gefallen ist oder sichtbaren Schäden aufweist.
Jeder Eingriff, außer der im Haushalt üblichen Reinigung und Wartung durch den
Kunden, muss durch einen autorisierten Service Partner erfolgen.
Lassen Sie die Zuleitung niemals in die Nähe von oder in Berührung mit heißen
Teilen des Gerätes, einer Wärmequelle oder scharfen Kanten kommen.
Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals unter leicht entflammbare Gegenstände, (z. B. Vor-
hänge, Gardinen etc.)
Sollten Teile des Gerätes in Brand geraten, versuchen Sie nicht die Flammen mit
Wasser zu löschen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und ersticken Sie die Flammen
mit einem feuchten Tuch.
Bewegen Sie das Gerät nicht so lange es heiß ist.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker nie am Kabel aus der Steckdose. Legen Sie keine Kü-
chenhelfer auf dem Gerät ab, wenn es heiß ist.
Lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen und wegräu-
men.
■Das Gerät darf nicht direkt auf empfindliche Unterlagen (Glastisch, Tischtuch,
lackierte Möbel, etc.) oder auf Tischtücher aus Kunststoff gestellt werden.
■Waschen Sie die Platte vor der ersten Nutzung (siehe Absatz nach der Ver-
wendung), geben Sie etwas Öl auf die Platte und reiben Sie sie mit einem wei-
chen Küchentuch ab.
■Dieses Gerät ist für den Betrieb im Freien geeignet.
ANSCHLIESSEN UND VORHEIZEN
■Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihre Strominstallation den Leistungs- und Span-
nungsangaben am Geräteboden entspricht.
■Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine geerdete Steckdose an.
■Wenn ein Verlängerungskabel verwendet wird:
- muss es mindestens den gleichen Querschnitt und eine Erdung be-
sitzen;
- müssen Sie alle erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen, damit
sich niemand darin verfängt.
■Dieses Gerät darf nicht über eine externe Schaltuhr oder eine separate
Fernsteuerung betrieben werden.
■Wenn das Kabel dieses Gerätes beschädigt ist, muss es aus Sicher-
heitsgründen durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder
eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden.
■Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme kann es zu leichter Geruchs- oder

Rauchentwicklung kommen - dies ist normal. Öffnen Sie in diesem Fall
das Fenster und warten Sie bis Sie keine Geruchs- und Rauchent-
wicklung mehr feststellen können.
■Berühren Sie die Metallteile des Geräts nicht, wenn es in Betrieb oder
aufgeheizt ist, da diese äußerst heiß werden (Fig. 4).
■Legen Sie keine Kochutensilien auf die Grillplatten des Geräts.
■Benutzen Sie stets einen Spatel aus Plastik oder Holz, um die Be-
schichtung der Grillplatte nicht zu beschädigen.
■Schneiden Sie das Essen niemals direkt auf der Grillplatte.
■Wenn das Gerät in Betrieb und heiß ist, darf es nicht bewegt werden.
Die Fettauffangschale darf nicht geöffnet werden, solange das Gerät
heiß ist. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor dem Entleeren der Fettauffangschale
abkühlen, falls diese während des Grillvorgangs überzulaufen droht
(Fig. 5).
■Der Grill besteht aus zwei voneinander unabhängig arbeitenden Grillzonen, die
einzeln oder zusammen betrieben werden können.
■Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Thermostate (C) auf die Minimalposition ein-
gestellt sind und schließen Sie dann das Stromkabel an eine Steckdose an.
1 - Die beiden roten Lämpchen - Izeigen an, dass das Gerät an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist (Fig. 1).
2 - Heizen Sie die Grillzone/n vor; stellen Sie dazu den/die Wählschalter der
Thermostate für etwa 15 Minuten auf die Maximalposition. Stellen Sie ihn/sie
anschließend entsprechend der gewünschten Grillstärke ein (Fig. 2).
3 - Das (Die) grüne(n) Lämpchen geht (gehen) an, sobald der Grill die ge-
wünschte Temperatur erreicht hat. Nun können Sie die Lebensmittel auf den
Grill legen (Fig. 3).
■ACHTUNG : Betreiben Sie dieses Gerät nicht mit Holzkohle oder einem ähn-
lichen Brennstoff.
— Es wird empfohlen, das Stromkabel regelmäßig auf Anzeichen einer etwaigen
Beschädigung zu überprüfen. Das Gerät darf nicht verwendet werden, wenn
das Stromkabel beschädigt ist.
■Achten Sie auf die Positionierung des Stromkabels mit oder ohne Verlänge-
rungskabel und treffen Sie alle erforderlichen Vorkehrungen, so dass die Be-
wegungsfreiheit der Gäste bei Tisch nicht beeinträchtigt wird und niemand da-
rüber stolpert.
■Schließen Sie das Stromkabel an das Stromnetz an.
■Nach dem Vorheizen kann das Gerät verwendet werden.
■Braten Sie keine Lebensmittel in Folie.

■Stimmen Sie die Temperatur auf Ihre geschmacklichen Vorlieben und die Art der

zubereiteten Lebensmittel ab (Menge, Dicke).
■Warten Sie, bis das grüne Lämpchen leuchtet, was anzeigt, dass die Grillplatte
die gewünschte Grilltemperatur erreicht hat.
■Um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen und um zu verhindern, dass die Lebens-
mittel anbrennen, müssen die Grillplatten stets sauber sein.
■Als Zubehör wird eine Bürste mitgeliefert, mit der die Reste entfernt werden kön-
nen. (Fig. 6).
REINIGUNG
■Trennen Sie das Stromkabel vom Stromnetz. Lassen Sie das Gerät abküh-
len.
■Stellen Sie die Thermostate auf die Minimalposition.
■Legen Sie die heiße Platte nicht auf eine empfindliche Unterlage. Tauchen Sie
sie nicht unter Wasser.
■Die Grillplatte und der Gerätekörper werden mit einem Lappen, warmem Was-
ser und Spülmittel gereinigt.
■Verwenden Sie keinen Metallschwamm oder Scheuermittel, um die Grillflä-
chen nicht zu beschädigen (Bsp.: Antihaftbeschichtung,…)
■Der abnehmbare Spritzschutz (A) sowie der Auffangbehälter (D) sind spül-
maschinengeeignet.
■Tauchen Sie das Gerät oder das Stromkabel niemals in Wasser.
■Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht in der prallen Sonne auf und lassen Sie es im
Winter nicht im Freien.
AUFBEWAHRUNG
■Das Produkt besitzt auf der Geräterückseite eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für das
Stromkabel (Fig. 7).

PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO
■Togliere tutti gli imballi, adesivi o accessori vari sia all’interno che all’esterno
dell’apparecchio.
■Svolgere completamente il cavo.
■Se l’apparecchio viene utilizzato al centro della tavola, collocarlo fuori della
portata dei bambini.
■Per evitare il surriscaldamento dell’apparecchio, non metterlo in un angolo o
contro il muro.
■Non mettere mai direttamente l’apparecchio su un supporto fragile (tavolo di
vetro, tovaglia, mobile verniciato…) o su un supporto come ad esempio una
tovaglia di plastica.
■Al primo utilizzo, lavare la piastra (vedere la sezione “Dopo l’utilizzo”). Versare
un po’ d’olio sulla piastra e asciugarla con uno straccio morbido.
■Questo apparecchio è appropriato per un uso all’esterno.
COLLEGAMENTO E PRERISCALDAMENTO
■Verificare che l’impianto elettrico sia compatibile con la potenza e
la tensione indicate sotto all’apparecchio.
■Collegare l’apparecchio solamente a una presa con messa a terra in-
tegrata.
■Se viene utilizzata una prolunga:
- quest’ultima deve presentare almeno una sezione equivalente ed
essere dotata di messa a terra integrata;
- adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie perché non costituisca un
intralcio.
■Questo apparecchio non è predisposto per essere messo in funzione
mediante un timer esterno o un sistema di comando a distanza se-
parato.
■Se danneggiato, il cavo di alimentazione di questo apparecchio
deve essere sostituito dal produttore, da un centro assistenza o da
un tecnico qualificato, per evitare ogni possibile pericolo.
■Al primo utilizzo, si può produrre un leggero odore o fumo per i primi
minuti. Si tratta di fenomeno normale.
■Non toccare le parti in metallo dell’ apparecchio mentre si stanno ris-
caldando e se sono in funzione poiché sono molto calde (Fig. 4).
■Non posare utensili di cottura sulle superfici di cottura dell’appa-
recchio.
■Per preservare il rivestimento della piastra di cottura, utilizzare
sempre una spatola di plastica o di legno.
