3. Tap on add device. A list of available
devices will appear. Tap on KSIX URBAN 4. 4. Once you tap on KSIX URBAN 4 this next
screen should appear:
5. After you have paired it with the app. A smartphone Bluetooth notification should also
pop up. Accept the pairing.
6. As previously mentioned, make sure to accept all the permissions that the app requests.
Also make sure that it correctly binds through Bluetooth. If it does not, access your
Bluetooth pone settings and select KSIX URBAN 4.
2.4 Troubleshooting
- If the app cannot find the device power o the smartwatch and then on again.
- If the device connects and disconnects quickly there may be an obstruction between the
device and the phone. Wearing metal jewelry may interfere with the stability of the
connection.
- If some functions, such as call management, do not work properly, make sure to check in
your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings if the smartwatch is properly paired. If it is not, unpair
the smartwatch from inside the MActivePro app and repeat the pairing process.
- If the device does not charge, it may be due to a dirty or rusted charging port.
3. Usage and functions
· Via screen swipe
- Swipe your finger to the left to enter the quick access menu. In here, some health and sport
functions are displayed by default. You can manually add some other functions to the quick
access. To do so, just keep swiping right until a “+” icon appears. Tap on it and select the
feature that you desire to display in the quick access menu.
- Swipe your finger to the right to access the auxiliary menu. In here the weather information
and the date will be displayed, as well as the latest smartwatch functions that you have
accessed.
- Swipe your finger upwards to access the options menu. In here you will find dierent info
and options, such as the do not disturb mode, the auto-drain, brightness parameters,
flashlight, main smartwatch settings, etc.
- Swipe your finger downwards to view app notifications, missed calls, text messages and
other notifications.
· Via dial
Press the dial to access the main menu. From here you will be able to access all the
smartwatch’s features by tapping on the corresponding icon.
· Via inferior button
Press the button that’s right below the dial to access the heart rate data. Also, as previously
explained, it is the button that you will have to press for a long time to turn o or restart the
smartwatch.
3.2 Changing the watch face
There are several ways to change the Urban 4’s watch face:
- The first option is to just spin the dial. When you do so the theme displayed on the main
screen will change. It will change between the default smartwatch themes and those that you
have downloaded from inside the app.
- The second option is to long tap the main screen. When you do so, swipe right or left to
choose between all the options. When you access this theme change feature, a lock icon will
show at the top of the screen. Tap on it to lock it or unlock it. If it is locked it means that you
will not be able to change the main screen theme by spinning the dial. If it is unlocked, you
will be able to do so.
- The third option is from within the app. From the app device section tap on dial markers to
download the watch faces that you desire. There are hundreds to choose from. When you
download one watch face it will be automatically set as the main screen theme of the
smartwatch. It will also be added to the list of watch faces stored inside the smartwatch. You
will also be able to design your own dials, even with your own pictures or videos.
3.3 Calls
The Urban 4 smartwatch allows you to make, receive, answer and reject calls. You can
maintain a phone call conversation with just the smartwatch thanks to its built-in microphone
and speaker.
· Receiving, answering and rejecting calls
-It is very important to have the call notifications feature enabled to receive calls. Calls will
appear in real time on the screen and the watch will sound/vibrate.
-Calls can be accepted by pressing the green icon and rejected by pressing the red icon.
The Urban 4 smartwatch features a built-in microphone and speaker so that you will be
able to attend incoming calls without the need for your smartphone.
-If the call is accepted, it can be ended by pressing the red icon. To reject the call, tap on
the red icon before answering it. A lost call notification will appear on the smartwatch’s
display. In case the incoming call function is not activated, the smartwatch will only
display incoming call notifications, but will not emit real time signals or vibrate.
· Making calls
There are three options when it comes to making calls:
- Call a contact: The Urban 4 smartwatch allows you to call contacts stored in your
smartphone. To synchronize contacts with the smartwatch, access the frequent contact
option in the device section. Add the contacts that you desire, and you will be able to call
them by just using your smartwatch. To do so, access the green phone icon and tap on the
contact feature. All the contacts that you have previously selected via app will show here.
Tap on the desired contact and tap on the phone icon to make the call.
- Dialpad: From within the same smartwatch feature, the green phone icon, one of the
options that will show is the dialpad. Tap on it to access it. Once inside, you will be able to
dial a phone number. To make the call tap on the phone icon.
- Call records: From within the same smartwatch feature, the green phone icon, one of the
options that will show is the call record. Tap on it to access it and view all the made, received
and lost calls. Tap on the phone number/contact and then on the phone icon to make the call.
3.4 Notifications
The smartwatch displays your notifications. This includes apps such as: WhatsApp, Gmail,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, among many others.
To access the notifications received, swipe the main screen downward.
3.5 Voice assistants
The Urban 4 smartwatch is compatible with voice assistants. To correctly configure the voice
assistants, you must have successfully synchronized the smartwatch to your smartphone via
MActivePro app and enabled all accesses.
To access this function, press the dial for 2 seconds. Then, tap on the voice assistant icon and
make your request.
You can also access this function from the main menu. To do so, tap on the voice blue/purple
voice assistant icon.
3.6 Music control
The smartwatch features a music control tool. Access the smartwatch main menu and tap on
the musical note icon. This function works with music apps, such as Spotify or Apple Music.
Once inside, tap on the play/pause icon to start playing music or to pause it. You will also be
able to play the previous or the next song. This function will also let you turn the volume up
or down.
When your phone is paired with your smartphone, all the audio files will play on the
smartwatch. This includes YouTube videos, WhatsApp voice notes, WhatsApp videos, etc. To
stop this from happening, access your smartphone Bluetooth settings, and enter the Urban
4 device option. Once inside, you will see the following:
3.7 Remote camera control
The Urban 4 smartwatch allows you to take pictures from your smartphone remotely. Access
the smartwatch main menu and tap on the camera icon. If your smartphone is unlocked and
correctly paired to the smartwatch, your smartphone will automatically display a camera. To
take remote pictures, simply place your smartphone wherever you want and tap on the
camera icon inside the remote camera function of your smartwatch.
3.8 Games
The smartwatch allows you to download and play games with just your smartwatch. There
are also somatosensory games, which are motion games that will be displayed on your
smartphone, but you will interact with your smartwatch through movement.
To download smartwatch games, access the Apps Market option in the MActivePro app and
download the game that you want to play. After it downloads it will appear on your
smartwatch.
To download somatosensory games, access this option in the MActivePro and download the
game that you want to play. The game will be displayed on your smartphone, but you will
interact with it through wrist movements.
3.9 Anti-lost function
The Urban 4 smartwatch features an anti-lost function. Access the smartwatch’s main menu
and tap on the green icon showing a laptop and a phone. Once inside, tap on the icon again
to make your paired phone emit a ringtone so that you can find it.
The app will let you do the same but the other way around. Access the device section of the
app and tap on the find watch option. Once you do so, the Urban 4 will start emitting a
ringtone so that you can find it.
3.10 Other functions
The Urban 4 features a wide variety of other functions, such as: alarm, calculator, stopwatch,
timer, weather, breathing exercises, sedentary reminders, among others.
4. Health
4.1 Sports
The Urban 4 allows you to monitor a wide variety of sports. Access the smartwatch main
menu and tap on the green icon showing a runner. Once inside, you will see a wide variety of
sports, such as: running, cycling, basketball, football, hiking, free training, among others.
Tap on the desired sport to start the monitorization. Once you do so, real-time sport data will
show, such as: heart rate, steps taken, calories burned, and time spent. This data might vary
depending on the sport performed. You can also access this feature via the quick access
menu.
You will also be able to start monitoring your sports from within the MActivePro app, in the
sports section.
4.2 Pedometer, calories and distance travelled
The smartwatch automatically registers the steps taken, the burned calories and the distance
travelled. To view this information, access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the icon
with blue, green and pink semicircles.
You can access this feature via the quick access menu. This data will also appear in the
MActivePro sport section.
4.3 Heart rate meter
The Urban 4 smartwatch monitors your heart rate automatically. Enable this function from
within the MActivePro app.
You will also be able to measure your heart rate immediately. To make use of this tool, access
the smartwatch main menu and tap on the red heart icon. After a few seconds, the number
of heart beats per minute will be displayed. You can also access this feature via quick access
menu and by tapping on the smartwatch inferior button.
This data will be displayed in the MActivePro device section.
4.4 Blood pressure meter
The smartwatch allows you to measure your blood pressure instantly. To do so, access the
smartwatch main menu and tap on the thermometer icon.
Once inside, stand still. After a few seconds, your blood pressure data will be displayed.
It will also be displayed in the MActivePro home section.
4.5 Blood oxygen saturation meter
The Urban 4 smartwatch allows you to measure your blood oxygen saturation levels
instantly. To make use of this tool, access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the white
icon showing blue and red semicircles.
Once inside, stand still and, after a few seconds, the blood oxygen saturation values will be
displayed.
This data will be displayed in the MActivePro home section.
4.6 Sleep monitor
The smartwatch functions while you sleep and provides statistics on the time and quality of
your sleep. This tool’s available information is more detailed in the MActivePro app than in
the smartwatch:
- In the smartwatch: To consult the time you have slept, access the main menu and tap on the
blue icon showing a bed. Once inside, your sleep time will be displayed.
- In the app: Your sleep data will also be displayed in the app home section. Access to see the
time that you have slept, as well as the time that you have been in deep sleep, light sleep and
awake. You will also be able to view a weekly and monthly sleeping record with all your sleep
data.
You can attach this function to the quick access menu by taping on the “+” icon.
4.7 Menstrual cycle
The MActivePro app allows you to set reminders related to your menstrual cycle. Enter the
MActivePro profile section and tap on the female health option.
Once inside, you will be able to set some data related to your menstrual period, such as: cycle
length, menstrual length, reminders, among others. When you set all this info, a calendar with
certain menstrual cycle data will be displayed in this app option.
If you set reminders, they will show in the Urban 4 smartwatch. To view these reminders,
access the main menu and tap on the white icon showing purple and red circles.
4.8 Thermometer
The smartwatch allows you to take your temperature instantly. To do so, tap on the °C icon
inside the smartwatch’s main menu. Once inside, wait a few seconds and your body
temperature will be displayed.
As previously stated, it is very important to always
accept all the permissions requested by the app so that
the smartwatch functions optimally. For the smartwatch
functions to work, make sure that you enable them via
app.
To do so, tap on any feature and enable them. Phone
requests will pop up, make sure to accept them.
3.1 How to browse through the smartwatch
The usage method of the Urban 4 smartwatch is very
simple and intuitive:

la opción de contactos frecuentes en la sección del dispositivo. Añade los contactos que
desees y podrás llamarlos con sólo utilizar tu smartwatch. Para ello, accede al icono verde del
teléfono y pulsa sobre la opción de contactos. Aquí aparecerán todos los contactos que
hayas seleccionado previamente a través de la aplicación. Pulse sobre el contacto deseado y
pulse sobre el icono del teléfono para realizar la llamada.
- Marcador: Desde la misma función del smartwatch, el icono verde del teléfono, una de las
opciones que se mostrará es el marcador. Púlsalo para acceder a él. Una vez dentro, podrás
marcar un número de teléfono. Para realizar la llamada pulse sobre el icono del teléfono.
- Registro de llamadas: Desde dentro de la misma función del smartwatch, el icono verde del
teléfono, una de las opciones que mostrará es el registro de llamadas. Pulsa sobre él para
acceder y ver todas las llamadas realizadas, recibidas y perdidas. Pulsa sobre el número de
teléfono/contacto y después sobre el icono del teléfono para realizar la llamada.
3.4 Notificaciones
El smartwatch muestra tus notificaciones. Esto incluye apps como: WhatsApp, Gmail,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, entre muchas otras.
Para acceder a las notificaciones recibidas, desliza la pantalla principal hacia abajo.
3.5 Asistentes de voz
El smartwatch Urban 4 es compatible con asistentes de voz. Para configurar correctamente
los asistentes de voz, tienes que haber sincronizado correctamente el smartwatch con tu
smartphone a través de la app MActivePro y haber habilitado todos los accesos.
Para acceder a esta función, pulsa la esfera durante 2 segundos. A continuación, toca el
icono del asistente de voz y realiza tu petición.
También puedes acceder a esta función desde el menú principal. Para ello, pulsa sobre el
icono azul/morado del asistente de voz.
3.6 Control musical
El smartwatch dispone de una herramienta de control de música. Accede al menú principal
del smartwatch y pulsa sobre el icono de nota musical. Esta función funciona con
aplicaciones de música, como Spotify o Apple Music. Una vez dentro, toca el icono de
reproducción/pausa para empezar a reproducir música o para pausarla. También podrás
reproducir la canción anterior o la siguiente. Esta función también te permitirá subir o bajar
el volumen.
Cuando el teléfono esté emparejado con tu smartphone, todos los
archivos de audio se reproducirán en el smartwatch. Esto incluye
vídeos de YouTube, notas de voz de WhatsApp, vídeos de
WhatsApp, etc. Para evitar que esto ocurra, accede a los ajustes de
Bluetooth de tu smartphone, y entra en la opción de dispositivo
Urban 4. Una vez dentro, verás lo siguiente:
3.7 Control remoto de la cámara
El smartwatch Urban 4 te permite hacer fotos desde tu smartphone de forma remota.
Accede al menú principal del smartwatch y toca el icono de la cámara. Si tu smartphone está
desbloqueado y correctamente emparejado con el smartwatch, tu smartphone mostrará
automáticamente una cámara. Para hacer fotos a distancia, solo tienes que colocar el
smartphone donde quieras y tocar el icono de la cámara dentro de la función de cámara a
distancia del smartwatch.
3.8 Juegos
El smartwatch te permite descargar y jugar a juegos sólo con tu smartwatch. También hay
juegos somatosensoriales, que son juegos de movimiento que se mostrarán en tu
smartphone, pero interactuarás con tu smartwatch a través del movimiento.
Para descargar juegos para smartwatch, accede a la opción Apps Market de la aplicación
MActivePro y descarga el juego al que quieras jugar. Una vez descargado, aparecerá en tu
smartwatch.
Para descargar juegos somatosensoriales, accede a esta opción en la app MActivePro y
descarga el juego al que quieras jugar. El juego aparecerá en tu smartphone, pero
interactuarás con él a través de los movimientos de la muñeca.
3.9 Función antipérdida
El reloj inteligente Urban 4 cuenta con una función antipérdida. Accede al menú principal del
smartwatch y toca el icono verde que muestra un portátil y un teléfono. Una vez dentro,
vuelve a tocar el icono para que tu teléfono emita un tono de llamada y puedas encontrarlo.
La aplicación te permitirá hacer lo mismo, pero al revés. Accede a la sección de dispositivos
de la app y toca sobre la opción de encontrar reloj. Una vez que lo hagas, el Urban 4
empezará a emitir un tono de llamada para que puedas encontrarlo.
3.10 Otras funciones
MActivePro te permite establecer recordatorios. Para ello, solo tienes que acceder a la
sección de dispositivos de la app y pulsar sobre la opción de recordatorios de salud. Una vez
dentro, podrás establecer 3 tipos de recordatorios: beber agua, sedentarismo y recordatorio
de medicación.
4. Salud
4.1 Deportes
El Urban 4 te permite monitorizar una amplia variedad de deportes. Accede al menú
principal del smartwatch y pulsa sobre el icono verde que muestra un runner. Una vez dentro,
verás una gran variedad de deportes, como: running, ciclismo, baloncesto, fútbol,
senderismo, entrenamiento libre, entre otros.
Pulse sobre el deporte deseado para iniciar la monitorización. Una vez hecho esto, se
mostrarán los datos del deporte en tiempo real, tales como: ritmo cardíaco, pasos dados,
calorías quemadas y tiempo empleado. Estos datos pueden variar en función del deporte
realizado. También puedes acceder a esta función a través del menú de acceso rápido.
También podrás empezar a monitorizar tus deportes desde la aplicación MActivePro, en la
sección de deportes.
4.2 Podómetro, calorías quemadas y distancia recorrida
El reloj inteligente registra automáticamente los pasos dados, las calorías quemadas y la
distancia recorrida. Para ver esta información, accede al menú principal del smartwatch y
pulsa sobre el icono con semicírculos azules, verdes y rosas.
Puedes acceder a esta función a través del menú de acceso rápido. Estos datos también
aparecerán en la sección de deporte de MActivePro.
4.3 Medidor de frecuencia cardíaca
El smartwatch Urban 4 monitoriza tu frecuencia cardiaca automáticamente. Activa esta
función desde la aplicación MActivePro.
También podrás medir tu frecuencia cardiaca inmediatamente. Para hacer uso de esta
herramienta, accede al menú principal del smartwatch y toca el icono rojo del corazón. Tras
unos segundos, se mostrará tu número de pulsaciones por minuto. También puede acceder
a esta función a través del menú de acceso rápido y pulsando el botón inferior del
smartwatch.
Estos datos se mostrarán en la sección del dispositivo MActivePro.
4.4 Medidor de presión sanguínea
El smartwatch te permite medir t presión sanguínea al instante. Para ello, accede al menú
principal del smartwatch y pulsa sobre el icono del termómetro.
Una vez dentro, quédate quieto. Al cabo de unos segundos, se mostrarán los datos de tu
tensión arterial.
También se mostrará en la sección de inicio de MActivePro.
4.5 Medidor de saturación de oxígeno en sangre
El smartwatch Urban 4 te permite medir al instante tus niveles de saturación de oxígeno en
sangre. Para hacer uso de esta herramienta, accede al menú principal del smartwatch y toca
sobre el icono blanco que muestra semicírculos azules y rojos.
Una vez dentro, quédate quieto y, tras unos segundos, se mostrarán los valores de saturación
de oxígeno en sangre.
Estos datos se mostrarán en la sección de inicio de MActivePro.
4.6 Monitor de sueño
El smartwatch funciona mientras duermes y proporciona estadísticas sobre el tiempo y la
calidad de tu sueño. La información disponible de esta herramienta es más detallada en la
app MActivePro que en el smartwatch:
- En el smartwatch: Para consultar el tiempo que has dormido, accede al menú principal y
toca sobre el icono azul que muestra una cama. Una vez dentro, se mostrará tu tiempo de
sueño.
En la aplicación: Tus datos de sueño también se mostrarán en la sección de inicio de la app.
Accede para ver el tiempo que has dormido, así como el tiempo que has estado en sueño
profundo, sueño ligero y despierto. También podrás ver un registro de sueño semanal y
mensual con todos tus datos de sueño.
Puedes añadir esta función al menú de acceso rápido pulsando sobre el icono "+".
4.7 Ciclo menstrual
La aplicación MActivePro te permite establecer recordatorios relacionados con tu ciclo
menstrual. Entra en la sección de perfil de MActivePro y pulsa sobre la opción de salud
femenina.
Una vez dentro, podrás configurar algunos datos relacionados con tu periodo menstrual,
tales como: duración del ciclo, duración de la menstruación, recordatorios, entre otros.
Cuando configures todos estos datos, en esta opción de la aplicación aparecerá un
calendario con ciertos datos del ciclo menstrual.
Si estableces recordatorios, estos se mostrarán en el smartwatch Urban 4. Para ver estos
recordatorios, accede al menú principal y pulsa sobre el icono blanco que muestra círculos
morados y rojos.
4.8 Termómetro
El smartwatch te permite tomarte la temperatura al instante. Para ello, toca el icono °C
