Q1: How to check the product Driver whether has been installed
successfully in『Device Manager』and where to find the version of it？

A1:
Please find the『My Computer』and right click on it to choose『Manage』in the
start menu/desktop.
『Device Manager』(Please refer to Fig.1):

Product (Model) Name: Tonino Lamborghini UB385-T
The showed device name in『Device Manager』: DVB-T 385U
Please check the Product Driver whether has been installed successfully in
『Device Manager』without any sign as『!』or『 』on it.
In the left pane you will find『Device Manager』,please expand the plus『Sound,
video and game controllers』, you will get『DVB-T 385U』.
Please right click the device and choose properties.
In the Driver page (Please refer to Fig.2), the Driver version is the V8.4.29.1.

Q2: How to check the Remote Control function whether can work
normally? (UB385-T)
A2:
First, the Product Driver and included Application must be installed
successfully in PC.
Then, check the below items:
1) Check the battery of Remote Control:
Please try to replace a new battery with old one to check the battery of Remote
Control is enough to use.
2) Remote Sensor:
If the package has the external Remote Sensor needs be connected the
product to Remote Control.
Please check the Remote Sensor has been connected strongly to the product.
If the Remote Sensor is built-in inside product, please check the Remote
Sensor has been put in the Remote Control effective range.
3) You have to check if the『Remote Control』utility program is installed or not.

4) You can check if the『Remote Control』tray icon is loaded in the right-bottom
of task bar.

Q3: May I use the Microsoft Media Center to watch Digital TV with the TV
stick? (DVB-T380U/UB385U/UB383-T/UB450-T)
A3:
The Digital signal can directly support the Microsoft Media Center to use.
You just follow the『TV setting』scanned process to watch the Digital channels.
1) Install any Multimedia program which has the MPEG2 Decoder. (Windows
MCE2005)
The Windows MCE2005 doesn’t provide the MPEG2 codec.
You must find the Multimedia program which has the MPEG2 Decoder as the
CyperLink Power DVD before run the TV setup of Windows Media Center.
2) Update and Install all necessary HotFix files form the Microsoft Windows
Update website for Windows Media Center program.

Q4: How to uninstall all of device Driver and software utility?
(UB385U-T)
A4:
You can select the below ways to remove the Driver or related software
utilities.
1) You can put the installation CD into CD-ROM device to execute『Quick
Uninstallation』to Uninstall the Driver/Software.
2) You can also follow the step (StartÆAll ProgramsÆKWorld
MultimediaÆUninstallation) to Uninstall the Driver/Software.

Q5: When I install the Application, the pop window show the old Version
Application has existed already, it must be removed first before reinstall,
how to do it? (UB385-T/UB383-T/UB450-T)
A5:
The Install Wizard will detect HyperMedia version automatically.
If you already installed an old Version, it wills pop-up a warning window.
Please click『Yes』to continue.
Otherwise click 『No』to reverse current version Application and install new driver.

Q6:How to use the『Live Update』icon?(All)
A6:
Double click on『LiveUpdate』icon, then please follow the on-screen
instructions to update the latest Driver/Application via internet.

Q7: I cannot get a recorded file over 4GB, why? (ALL)
A7:
If the file system of the HDD partition that recorded files used to store is FAT32,
one single file cannot be over 4GB.
That is the limitation of the Microsoft FAT file system.
Please change the storage location to the HDD partition with NTFS file system.
Q8: Execute the HyperMedia Center, the error message pop-up『Cannot
set capture device (1000)』,how to fix it?(HyperMedia Center)
A8:
1). Check the Hardware connection:
USB interface Product:
Please check the USB2.0 TV stick whether be installed (inserted) strongly in
USB jack when you start to install driver.
You must insert the same USB jack in every time of using.
PCI/PCI-Express/Express card interface Product:
Please confirm the Product connection is strongly in PCI/PCI-Express/Express
interface slot.
Please try to re-insert again or change another one to install again.
2).Please check the Driver of your Graphic card、Sound card、and Product
Driver whether had been installed successfully in Device Manager.
3). If the above two item is affirmative, please try to reinstall the Application
(HyperMediaCenter) again.
(Please make sure the previous HyperMediaCenter had been un-installed
completely, and restart system before reinstall process).

Q9: The language setting of the HyperMedia Center is incorrect, how to
correct it? (HyperMeida Center)(UB385-T)
A9:
Please follow the below path to correct this problem.
The Main Menu option『Setting』=>『General Settings』=>Multi-Language
Option』=>『English』, switch the correct language.
Then the HyperMedia Center UI (User Interface) language will be showed
correctly.

Q10:May I carry the TV USB stick to go abroad and use？(DVB-T series)
A10:
The Product only supports the DVB-T signal area to receive the local DVB-T
Digital channels.

Q11: Cannot scan any/all Digital channel after finishing Digital channel
scanned process? (Digital series)
A11:
1) Please check Digital antenna are connected to the Product Digital received
socket properly, and put the antenna to the place where have great signal
accepting, and scan again.
2) You can try to connect household Antenna (must support UHF/VHF).
Remember adjust the antenna to face the digital broadcast transmitter.

3)If the Product is the USB interface:
Please check whether your motherboard supports the USB2.0 format or not
first. And please confirm the USB Driver was installed properly.
Please go to『Device Manager』=>『Universal Serial Bus Controllers』, check
below word『Enhanced』in red.
If there is no『Enhanced』in your Device Manager, it means your motherboard
only supports USB 1.1 or the USB2.0 function doesn’t be enabled in BIOS
setting.

Q12: When run HyperMedia Center program, it appears『Cannot render
Mpeg2 Demux filter…』error message. How to fix the issue? (Digital
series) (UB385-T/UB383-T/UB450-T)
A12:
When you run the program, it appears 『Cannot render MPRG2 Demux filter』,
please help us check below information:
1) Please check whether install others products in the same PC? If yes, please
uninstall others product Driver and Application.
2) Please check whether your motherboard supports the USB2.0 format or not
first. And please confirm the USB Driver was installed properly.
Please go to『Device Manager』=>『Universal Serial Bus Controllers』, check
below word『Enhanced』in red.
If there is no『Enhanced』in your Device Manager, it means your motherboard
only supports USB 1.1 or the USB2.0 function doesn’t be enabled in BIOS
setting.
3) Application run error or Product Driver doesn’t be installed properly.
Please try to uninstall software, restart operating system and re-install again.
4) Please check the PC Microsoft DirectX version whether is the 9.0C above.
5) If you have other computer, you can try to install the USB stick in other PC
as well to check whether it is the operating system confuse problem.
