1.1 - ENABLING THE ACCOUNTING
FUNCTION
ATTENTION
This operation must only be carried out by a
specialized technician.
•Turn off the machine, then lift the control panel (1)
and turn “DIP SWITCH N° 4” to the ON position.
•Lower the control panel (1) and start the machine.
1.2 - USE OF THE KEYS
•Before choosing a selection, place the key on the
sensor.Thebuzzerwilloperateindicatingrecognition
and enabling the selection keyboard.
•Chooseaselection(consulttheuseandmaintenance
manualsuppliedwiththemachineforgreaterdetails).
The selection will be automatically memorized and
counted on the address of the utilized key.
•When this phase has terminated, place the key back
on the sensor to disable the selection keyboard,
otherwise the waiter will remain enabled for the time
programmed in the microprocessor of the machine
(the user will remain permanently enabled if the time
setting is “0”).
2.1 - ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Threetypesof key are suppliedwithmachines equipped
with the accounting system:
•Account key (registration device key)
•Director key
•Waiter key
Themachine handles upto 13 waiter keys(from 1 to13)
in automatic mode plus 8 additional keys (from 20 to 27)
that can be enabled when the prices are entered in the
selections.
3.1 - ACCOUNT KEY
The account key allows all the enabled programming,
info and reset operations to be carried out.
3.1.a -During the “PROGRAMMING” phase, it is
possible to:
•enter all the prices;
•enter the automatic on and off times of the machine;
•enter the beginning and end of the night application
times.
3.1.b -During the “INFO and RESET” phase, it is
possible to:
•read the takings since the last reset;
•read the takings since the last reset made for each
user (waiter or director);
•read how many times each individual validator has
been pressed since the last reset;
•reset all the info data.
3.2 - PROGRAMMING
Place the key (1) on the sensor (2). The buzzer will
operate indicating recognition. Meanwhile the name of
the utilized key (ACCOUNT) will appear on the display,
enabling the keyboard for selection of the programming
phases.

IMPORTANT
if the data are not entered within 2 min. from access
to the relative mask in the programming phase, the
machine will automatically return to the initial mask
(above), maintaining the previously set data in the
memory.
3.2.a - Price programming
After having placed the key as indicated in the previous
section,pressthe“PROG
PROG
”keyonthekeyboard
and the following display message will appear:
Now begin entering the prices of all the selections
programmedonthemachine.Todothis,pressaselection
key on the keyboard. For example, press the key
and the following message will appear on the display:
Theflashing arrow willindicate the selection thatcan be
varied, in this case the price. To vary the price, use the
keys toeitherincreaseor decreasethevalue.
For example, if value 1.50 is required, press on the +
key until this value has been reached.
Toswitchfrom the day pricetothe night price, presskey
andwatchtoseethattheflashingarrowmoves.
Now enter the night price by means of the “+” and “-”
keys.
Themachine will automatically memorizethecost of the
“Selection00” coffee forwaiterkeys1to 13. Tomemorize
thepricefor the additional keys from20to 27 also, press
the key and the display will visualize:

press toenterthe desired price. In thiscase,
it is not possible to choose between the day price and
night price.
Toswitchtoanother selection and enter the prices,press
thedesiredselection key on the keyboard.Forexample,
press and the following message will appear on
thedisplay:
then repeat the previously indicated operations for all
the selections, including water.
It is important to enter the prices in all selections. Enter
value “0” for those selections with “0” price.
3.2.b - Programming the on and off times of the
machine
Themachine can automaticallyturnitselfonand off when
the time settings are programmed. It is also possible to
program the weekly closing day when the machine
remains off.

3.2.c - Night time programming
To enter the time the “night time” function begins and
ends,press the “PROG
PROG
”key until the following
message will appear on the display:

The enabled line is the one indicated by the flashing
arrow.Press toenterthe time settings. Press
to switch from one value to the next. Press the
EXIT
key to quit the programming phase.
3.3 - DATA INFO AND RESET
Placethe key (1)on the sensor(2). The buzzerwill ope-
rate indicating recognition. Meanwhile the name of the
utilized key (ACCOUNT) will appear on the display,
enablingthekeyboardforthedata info and reset phases.
3.3.a - Reading and reset of grand total and No. of
selections
To access the info phase, press the
n°
key and the
following message will appear on the display:
Where the value under the Grand Total message
(478250) indicates the total takings since the last reset.
To reset the value, press RESET
RESET
and keep it
depressed until the following message appears:
ATTENTION:
The reset operation resets the grand total and
automatically resets the number of selections and
user totals.
Toreadhowmanytimesthe key has been pressed since
thelastresetfor each selection, press the
n°
keyand
the following message will appear on the display:

where “Selection 00” is the number of the selection and
the number underneath (15) is the number of times that
selectionkeyhasbeenpressedsincethe last grand total
reset.

3.3.b - User info and reset

4.1 - DIRECTOR KEY
The director key can carry out all the enabled info
operationsand canresetthetakingsofeachwaiterduring
the info and reset phase.
4.2 - DATA INFO AND RESET PHASE
Place the key (1) on the sensor (2). The buzzer will
operate indicating recognition. Meanwhile the name of
the utilized key (DIRECTOR) will appear on the display,
enabling the keyboard for selection of the data info and
resetphases.

4.2.c - Programming data reading.
To access the programming data info phase, press the
PROG
key and the following data will appear on the
display: prices, on and off times, night time.
The values can only be read, not modified.
Press the EXIT

5.1 - INFO WITH THE WAITER KEYS
The waiter keys give info about one’s own takings since
the last reset.
Place the key (1) on the sensor (2). The buzzer will
operate indicating recognition. Press button

the required information will appear on the display.
4.2.b - User info and reset
Toaccessthe user info andresetphase press the
