scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica.

NON collegare, scollegare l’apparecchio e NON agire sul pannello di controllo con mani bagnate

• Trattare il prodotto con cura, proteggerlo da urti, variazioni estreme di temperatura, polvere, luce
diretta del sole e fonti di calore.
• Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente immediatamente dopo l’uso e comunque sempre prima
di pulirlo.
• Se un apparecchio elettrico cade nell’acqua non cercare di raggiungerlo, ma staccare subito la
spina dalla presa della corrente.
Attenzione! NON intervenire per nessun motivo sul cavo elettrico. In caso di danneggiamento
rivolgersi al rivenditore.
• Svolgere il cavo per tutta la sua lunghezza, tenerlo lontano dalle fonti di calore e prestare
attenzione che durante l’uso non tocchi il corpo riscaldante.
NON utilizzare mai adattatori per tensioni di alimentazione diverse da quelle riportate sull’etichetta
dati posta sul prodotto.
• Apparecchio con involucro non protetto contro la penetrazione di liquidi.

• Posizionare l’apparecchio solo in verticale in un recipiente di cottura resistente al calore.
• Posizionare il recipiente di cottura su una superficie piana, solida, non infiammabile e resistente
al calore.
• Durante il funzionamento l’apparecchio diventa molto caldo, la temperatura dell’acqua può
raggiungere valori elevati e riscaldare il contenitore di cottura. Afferrare l’apparecchio solo
dall’impugnatura e lasciarlo raffreddare prima di pulirlo; spostare il recipiente di cottura
utilizzando guanti o panni per pentole; toccare e rimuovere il sacchetto sottovuoto contenente il
cibo esclusivamente con una pinza resistente al calore o simile.
• Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da fornelli, piastre elettriche, forni o materiali infiammabili; NON
coprire l’apparecchio con coperchi o panni: pericolo d’incendio.

AVVERTENZE SULLA SICUREZZA
• Prima dell’utilizzo del prodotto controllare che l’apparecchio si presenti integro senza visibili
danneggiamenti. In caso di dubbio non utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.
• Tenere il sacchetto di plastica della confezione lontano dai bambini: pericolo di soffocamento.
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio assicurarsi che i dati della tensione di rete riportati sulla targhetta
posta sul prodotto corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica utilizzata.
• Questo apparecchio deve essere destinato esclusivamente all’uso per il quale è stato concepito
e nel modo indicato nelle istruzioni d’uso. Ogni altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio e quindi
pericoloso. Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni derivanti
da usi impropri o errati.
• Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da persone di età uguale o superiore ai 14 anni.
• L’utilizzo e la manutenzione di questo apparecchio possono essere effettuati da persone con
capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte, o da persone inesperte, solo sotto un’adeguata

NON utilizzare acqua deionizzata ma solo acqua potabile.
Mettere sempre l’alimento da cuocere in un sacchetto per alimenti adatto alla cottura, sigillato.
NON mettere il cibo crudo direttamente nell’acqua, ad eccezione delle uova.
• Immergere nell’acqua solo il corpo riscaldante rispettando i livelli MIN e MAX riportati sullo stesso.
NON togliere l’apparecchio dal recipiente di cottura e non spostare il recipiente stesso durante il
funzionamento.
• Il presente apparecchio non è indicato per uso professionale, ma solo per uso domestico.
ATTENZIONE!
Qualunque alimento cotto a bassa temperatura deve esere consumato subito in modo che la
proliferazione batterica sia limitata.
• In caso di consumo non immediato, si raccomanda di abbattere la temperatura dell’alimento
subito dopo la cottura utilizzando un abbattitore o immergendo il sacchetto in acqua e ghiaccio.
• Per il pesce, al momento dell’acquisto, verificare che sia stato abbattuto come previsto dalle
norme di igiene per la consumazione del pesce crudo.

CONSIGLI PER L’USO
• Il sistema di cottura sous vide prevede l’uso di sacchetti per alimenti e adatti alla cottura.
I sacchetti vanno sigillati. Laica raccomanda il confezionamento sottovuoto che garantisce risultati
ottimali.
• Inserire il cibo, condito a piacere, nel sacchetto ed effettuare il confezionamento sottovuoto con
una macchina per sottovuoto LAICA.
• In preparazioni contenenti parti liquide, far uscire più aria possibile dal sacchetto ed effettuare la
sola sigillatura dello stesso.
• Procedere con la cottura subito dopo il confezionamento sottovuoto.
• Durante la cottura accertarsi che il sacchetto sia sempre immerso nell’acqua per garantire una
cottura uniforme.
• Nel selezionare la durata della cottura bisogna tenere presente lo spessore del cibo che si vuole
cuocere: maggiore è lo spessore più lungo è il tempo di cottura.
• Qualora si inseriscano più alimenti nello stesso sacchetto, distribuirli ben stesi per non creare
sovrapposizioni che possano portare a una cottura disomogenea.
• In caso di sovracottura, la cottura a bassa temperatura consente di non rovinare le pietanze:
l'alimento non si brucia, non diventa stopposo e non rinsecchisce.
• Tempi e temperature di cottura posso variare a seconda del gradimento personale e dello stile di
esecuzione del piatto.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
1.
Al primo utilizzo sciacquare sotto acqua corrente il corpo riscaldante senza bagnare
l’impugnatura.
2.
Fissare il sistema di aggangio alla parete del recipiente adatto alla cottura stringendone la vite.
3.
Posizionare il recipiente di cottura su una superficie piana, solida, non infiammabile e resistente
al calore.
4.
Infilare l’apparecchio nel sistema di aggancio rivolgendo il piedino di appoggio verso la parte
metallica dello stesso.
5.
Riempire d’acqua il recipiente fino ad un livello compreso tra le indicazioni MIN. e MAX presenti
sul corpo riscaldante. Tenere presente che il livello dell’acqua aumenta con l’immersione del
sacchetto.
Il
livello dell’acqua deve essere sempre compreso tra MIN. e MAX.
Si consiglia di utilizzare acqua tiepida per velocizzare la fase di riscaldamento della stessa.

Collegare l’apparecchio ad una presa di alimentazione: l’apparecchio emette un segnale
acustico e il tasto

si accende e lampeggia.

Premere il tasto

per avviare l’apparecchio: inizia la fase
di riscaldamento dell’acqua e il display visualizza la temperatura reale della stessa.

Quando l’acqua raggiunge la temperatura impostata per la cottura, essa viene visualizzata sul
display, l’apparecchio emette

segnali acustici e inizia la fase di cottura: immergere il cibo
sottovuoto nel recipiente. L’apparecchio visualizza il tempo impostato in modo decrescente.
E’ possibile interrompere in qualsiasi momento la cottura premendo il tasto
" ":
il display
visualizza i dati presettati. Per riprendere la cottura è necessario impostare nuovamente
temperatura e tempo.
12.
Allo scadere del tempo impostato l’apparecchio emette

segnali acustici e si spegne ( il tasto
" "
resta acceso e lampeggia).
13.
Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla corrente disinserendo la spina e rimuovere il sacchetto
contenente il cibo cotto con delle pinze resistenti al calore.
Se il cibo viene consumato subito è possibile rifinire la cottura in padella per alcuni minuti dopo averlo
tolto dal sacchetto che lo contiene.
In
caso di consumo non immediato, si raccomanda di abbattere
la
temperatura
dell’alimento subito dopo
la
cottura utilizzando un abbattitore o immergendo
il
sacchetto in acqua e ghiaccio.
Qualora l’acqua di cottura venga portata a temperature più basse di quella settata (per inserimento

sacchetto sottovuoto o rabbocco con acqua fredda), l'apparecchio riporta automaticamente la
temperatura al valore settato inizialmente, visualizzando costantemente la temperatura reale.
Considerare questo aspetto per eventuali aggiustamenti dei tempi di cottura.
MANUTENZIONE
• Lavarsi accuratamente le mani prima di procedere alle operazioni di pulizia dell’apparecchio.
• Lasciare raffreddare completamente l’apparecchio prima di pulirlo.
• Rimuoverlo dal recipiente di cottura, sciacquarlo sotto acqua corrente senza bagnare
l'impugnatura e asciugarlo accuratamente con un panno morbido e asciutto.
Appoggiarlo su un panno asciutto in modo che si asciughi completamente anche all’interno.
• Non utilizzare mai prodotti chimici o abrasivi.
• È possibile pulire il corpo riscaldante immergendolo fino al livello MAX in acqua e aceto per
massimo un’ora.
Rimuoverlo dal recipiente ed asciugarlo con un panno morbido e asciutto e lasciarlo asciugare
completamente all’aria appoggiandolo su un panno.
Effettuare questa operazione una volta al mese circa o quando lo si ritiene opportuno.
• Conservare l’apparecchio in un luogo fresco e asciutto.

nuovamente, ripristinare il corretto livello di acqua
assicurandosi che sia compreso fra i livelli MIN e MAX
anche col il sacchetto immerso.
Se il problema si ripresenta, riportare l’apparecchio al
rivenditore.
PROCEDURA DI SMALTIMENTO
Il simbolo posto sul fondo dell’apparecchio indica la raccolta separata delle apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche
(Dir.2012/19/Ue-RAEE).
Al termine della vita utile dell’apparecchio, non smaltirlo come rifiuto municipale solido
misto ma smaltirlo presso un centro di raccolta specifico situato nella vostra zona, oppure
riconsegnarlo al distributore all’atto dell’acquisto di un nuovo apparecchio dello stesso tipo ed adibito
alle stesse funzioni.
Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio da smaltire sia di dimensioni inferiori ai 25 cm, è possibile riconsegnarlo
ad un punto vendita con metratura superiore ai 400 mq senza l’obbligo di acquisto di un nuovo
dispositivo similare.
Questa procedura di raccolta separata delle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche viene effettuata
in visione di una politica ambientale comunitaria con obiettivi di salvaguardia, tutela e miglioramento
della qualità dell’ambiente e per evitare effetti potenziali sulla salute umana dovuti alla presenza
di sostanze pericolose in queste apparecchiature o ad un uso improprio delle stesse o di parti di
esse. Attenzione! Uno smaltimento non corretto di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche potrebbe
comportare sanzioni.
Questo prodotto è indicato per uso domestico.
La conformità, comprovata dalla marcatura CE riportata sul dispositivo, è relativa alla
direttiva 30/2014/Ue inerente la compatibilità elettromagnetica ed alla 35/2014/Ue
inerente al materiale elettrico destinato ad essere adoperato entro taluni limiti di tensione.
Questo prodotto è uno strumento elettronico che è stato verificato per garantire, allo stato attuale
delle conoscenze tecniche, sia di non interferire con altre apparecchiature poste nelle vicinanze
(compatibilità elettromagnetica) sia di essere sicuro se usato secondo le indicazioni riportate nelle
istruzioni per l’uso. In caso di comportamenti anomali del dispositivo, non prolungare l’impiego ed

Il presente apparecchio è garantito

allegato. Tale periodo è conforme alla legislazione vigente ("Codice del Consumo" D. Lgs. nr.

del 06/09/2005) e si applica solo nel caso in cui il consumatore sia un soggetto privato.
I prodotti Laica sono progettati per l’uso domestico e non ne è consentito l’utilizzo in pubblici
esercizi. La garanzia copre solo i difetti di produzione e non è valida qualora il danno sia causato
da evento accidentale, errato utilizzo, negligenza o uso improprio del prodotto. Utilizzare solamente
gli accessori forniti; l’utilizzo di accessori diversi può comportare la decadenza della garanzia. Non
aprire l’apparecchio per nessun motivo; in caso di apertura o manomissione, la garanzia decade
defi nitivamente.
La garanzia non si applica alle parti soggette ad usura e alle batterie quando fornite in dotazione.
Trascorsi i 2 anni dall’acquisto, la garanzia decade; in questo caso gli interventi di assistenza tecnica

• During use, the appliance gets very hot with extremely high water temperatures which can
heat the cooking

Only hold the appliance by the grip and leave

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• The sous vide cooking system is for use with pouches suitable for food and cooking.
Pouches must be sealed. Laica recommends vacuum-sealed pouches which guarantee the
best
results.
• Put the seasoned food in the pouch and vacuum seal with a LAICA vacuum
machine.
• When preparing food with liquid content, expel as much air as possible from the pouch before
sealing
it.
• Cook the food as soon as
it
has been vacuum sealed.
• During cooking, check that the pouch is always immersed in the water to ensure the food is
cooked evenl y .
• When setting the cooking time, take into account the thickness of the food that you want to
cook: the thicker
it
is, the longer
it
will take to cook.
• When inserting more that one piece of food in the same bag, distribute the pieces well so as
to not create overlapping that can lead to uneven cooking.
• In the case of overcooking, low-temperature cooking prevents you from spoiling the dishes:
the food does not burn, does not become stringy and does not dry
out.
• Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on personal taste preference and the
style of preparation of the
dish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.
Before using for the
first
time, rinse the heating element under running water without
getting the grip
wet.
2.
Fasten the clamp to the side of a suitable cooking pot and tighten the screws.
3.
Place the cooking pot on a flat, solid surface that is flame retardant and hea tproof.
4.
Insert the appliance into the clamp with the support foot facing the metal part of the clamp.
5.
Fill the pot with water up to a level between the MIN and MAX levels indicated on the
heating
element.
Remember that the water level will rise when the pouch is immersed in the wa ter .
The water level must be between MIN and MAX.
Using warm water is recommended to speed up the water heating phase.
6.
Plug the device in:

will give an audible beep and the

key will come on and fl ash.
7.
Press the

key for about
5
seconds: the display will show the pre-set temperature and
time of 56.0°C and

hours.
The device is factory set to display °C; to change from °C to °F (56.0°C
-
133°F), press and
hold the

key for about 3/5 seconds. Caution:
if
no key is pressed within ten seconds,
the device will start the pre-set cycle.

To change the factory settings, press the

key: the temperature will fl ash.
Change it by pressing the

keys. Every time you press the ke y , the tempera ture
changes by 0.1°C. Hold one of the keys to scroll through the numbers more quickly. The
temperature changes by 1°C when scrolling ra pidl y .

The time will flash: change the time by pressing the

keys.
Every time you press the keys, the time changes by one minute from

hours, by 30minutes from

When the data has been set, press the

phase starts and the display will show the actual water tempera ture.

When the water reaches the temperature set for cooking,
it
will be shown on the displa y ,
the device will emit three audible beeps and the cooking phase will start. Immerse the
vacuum-sealed food in the
pot.
The device displays the set time as
it
decreases.
You can interrupt cooking at any time by pressing the

key: the display shows the
pre-
set data. To restart cooking, you must reset the temperature and
time.

When the set time expires, the device will emit

audible beeps and switch off (the

Unplug the appliance and remove the pouch containing the cooked food with hea t-resistant
tongs.
If the food is to be eaten immediately,
it
can be seared to finish
it
a pan for a few minutes
after removing
it
from the vacuum
pouch.
If
not consumed immediately, chill blast the food straight after cooking using
a
chill blaster or by immersing the pouch in ice and
water.
If the water temperature is lowered to a level below the set temperature (to insert the vacuum
pouch or when topping up with cold water), the heating element
will
automatically raise the
temperature to the one pre-set at the
start.
The actual temperature is displayed constantly. Take this into account and adjust cooking times
accordingl y .

MAINTENANCE
• Wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning the appliance.
• Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning
it.
• Take
it
out of the cooking pot and rinse
it
under running water without getting the grip
wet.
Then, dry
it
thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. Place
it
on a dry cloth so that
it
dries completel y
on the inside as
well.
• Never use chemicals or abrasives.
• The heating element can be cleaned by immersing
it
up to the MAX level
in
hot water and
vinegar for up to an hour . Take
it
out of the container and dry
it
with a soft, dry cloth. Leave
it
to air dry completely by placing in on a cloth. This operation should be carried out about once
a month or whenever necessar y .
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry area.

The symbol on the base of the appliance recommends the separate collection of electrical

equipment.
At the end of the useful life of the appliance, do not dispose of
it
as mixed solid municipal
waste but dispose of
it
at a specific collection centre located
in
your area or return
it
to the distributor at the time of purchasing a new appliance of the same type and intended f or
the same functions. Where the size of the appliance to be disposed of is less than
25
cm,
it
is
possible to return
it
to a point of sale with length greater than 400 square meters without the
requirement to purchase a new similar appliance.

Do not open the
unit
for any reason;

the case of opening or tampering, the warranty is
definitively voided.
This warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear or to the batteries when supplied. After

years from the date of purchase, the warranty is voided; in this case, technical assistance will be
provided for a fee. Information on technical assistance, whether under warranty or for a fee, can

FELHASZNÁLÁSI JAVASLATOK
• A sous vide sütési rendszer ételfőzéshez felhasználható tasakokkal működik
A tasakokat le kell zárni. A Laica olyan vákuummentes tasakokat ajánl, amelyek garantálják a
legjobb eredményt.
• Tegye a fűszerezett ételeket a tasakba és vákuumos tömítéshez egy LAICA vákuumgépbe.
• Folyékony tartalmú ételek készítésénél a lehető legtöbb levegőt távolítsa el a tasakból, mielőtt
lezárja azt.
• A vákuumos csomagolást követő lehető leghamarabb kezdje meg a főzést.
• A főzés során ellenőrizze, hogy a tasak mindig vízbe merül-e, hogy biztosítsa az egyenletes
főzést.

HASZNÁLATI ÚTMUTATÓ
1.
Az első használat előtt öblítse le a fűtőelemet folyó víz alatt, anélkül, hogy a markolat nedves
lenne
.
2.
Rögzítse a bilincset egy megfelelő főzőedény oldalához és húzza meg a
csavarokat.
3.
Helyezze a főzőedényt egy lapos, szilárd felületre, amely tűzgátló és hőálló.
4.

A gyári beállítások megváltoztatásához nyomja meg az "M" gombot: a
hőmérséklet villogni kezd.
Módosítsa a "" és a "" billentyűk megnyomásával. A gomb minden
megnyomásakor a hőmérséklet 0,1 ° C-kal változik. Tartsa lenyomva az
egyik gombot, hogy gyorsabban görgessen a számokon. A hőmérséklet
gyorsan változik 1 ° C-kal.

A beállított idő lejárta után a készülék 3 hallható hangjelzést ad ki és kikapcsol

Húzza ki a készüléket, és távolítsa el a főző tartályt tartalmazó tartót hőálló
fogóval.
Ha az ételt azonnal meg kívánja enni, akkor a vákuumos tasakból való eltávolítás után néhány percig
süthető serpenyőben, vagy sűtőtálban.
Ha főzést követően nem fogyasztja el azonnal az ételt ,
akkor hűtse le, a tasakban lezárva helyzze pl. egy megfelelő
méretű tál vízbe, amlyet jégkockákkal folyamatosan hűthet.
Ha vízhőmérséklet a beállított hőmérséklet alá esik ( a vákuumcsomag behelyezése vagy a hideg
víz feltöltése esetén), akkor a fűtőelem automatikusan felemeli a hőmérsékletet az előre beállított
értékre. A tényleges hőmérséklet folyamatosan megjelenik a kijelzőn. Ezt vegye figyelembe és
ennek megfelelően állísa be a főzési időt.

KARBANTARTÁS
• A készülék tisztítása előtt alaposan mosson kezet.
• A tisztítás előtt hagyja teljesen lehűlni a készüléket
.
• Vegye ki a főzőedényből, és folyó víz alatt öblítse le anélkül, hogy nedves lenne a markolat.
Ezután alaposan szárítsa meg egy puha, száraz ruhával. Helyezze egy száraz ruhára úgy, hogy a belseje is
megszáradhasson.
• A tisztításhoz ne használjon mosó vagy oldószereket.
• A fűtőelem tisztítható forró víz és ecet segítségével. Töltse fel az eleggyel a MAX jelzésig, és
hagyja állni benne egy órán át, majd vegye ki a tartályból és törölje meg egy száraz, puha
törlőkendő segítségével. Hagyja szabad levegőn teljesen kiszáradni. Ezt a műveletet havonta
egyszer, vagy szükség esetén javasolt megismételni.

ÁRAMTALANÍTÁSI ELJÁRÁS (Dir.2012/19/EU-WEEE)
A készülék alján található szimbólum ajánlása szerint tartsa elkülönítve az elektromos és
elektronikus berendezéseket.
A készüléket hasznos élettartama végéig ne dobja ki mint vegyes szilárd háztartási
hulladékot, hanem dobja ki azt egy megadott gyűjtőközpontban, vagy vigye vissza
a forgalmazónak egy új, ugyanolyan típusú készülék beszerzésének időpontjában és
ugyanazon funkciókra való felkínáláskor.Ha az eldobandó készülék mérete kevesebb,
mint 25 cm, lehetősége van visszajuttatni a készüléket az értékesítési helyre anélkül,
hogy új, hasonló terméket kelljen vásárolnia, amennyiben az a hely 400 négyzetmétert
meghaladó területen helyezkedik el.

30/2014/Eu t ö r v é n y r e n d e l e t az elektromágneses összeférhetőségre és a 35/2014 /
EU direktíva vonatkozásában, amley bizonyos feszültséghatárokon belül használandó

Ez az időszak megfelel a hatályos jogszabályoknak, és csak abban az esetben alkalmazható, ha a
fogyasztó magánszemély. A Laica termékeket otthoni használatra tervezték, és nem használhatók
nyilvános helyiségekben. A garancia csak gyári meghibásodás esetén érvényes, és nem
használható fel, amennyiben a készülék váratlan esemény következtében, helytelen használat,
gondatlanság vagy nem rendeltetésszerű használat során hibásodott meg. Csak a mellékelt
tartozékokat használja; a különféle tartozékok használata a jótállás érvénytelenségéhez vezethet.
Ne nyissa ki a készüléket semmilyen okból; felnyitás vagy rongálás esetén a garancia
érvénytelen.
Ez a garancia nem vonatkozik a kopott alkatrészekre vagy az akkumulátorokra, ha azok
szállítják. A vásárlás napjától számított 2 év elteltével a garancia érvényét veszti; ebben az
esetben a technikai segítségnyújtás díj ellenében történik. A technikai segítségnyújtás, akár

A jótállás hatálya alá tartozó termékek javításához vagy cseréjéhez nem jár fizetéssel

Ne küldje a készüléket direktben a LAICA-hoz. A garanciális műveletek (ideértve a termék vagy
annak egy részének cseréjét is) nem hosszabbítják meg a kicserélt termék eredeti garanciális
időtartamát.
A gyártó semmiféle felelősséget nem vállal azon károkért, amelyek közvetlenül vagy közvetve
személyekre, tulajdonokra vagy állatokra vonatkozhatnak a használati utasításban rögzített
összes követelmény figyelmen kívül hagyása végett, különös tekintettel a telepítéssel
kapcsolatos figyelmeztetésekre, a készülék használatára és karbantartására.
