FAQ
Could the hands-free operation be
effected by other electronics surrounding
me at the time, like static or other sound
distortions?
In some situations, yes. Things like wireless
networks, cordless phones, WiFi printers and
the like make cause call clarity issues.
(Depending on what frequencies they are all
operating on)
Does the transmission range and user
experience depend on what audio device
I pair with?
Yes, there are subtle differences. Depending on
the type and brand of device you use, some
differences in operation may be experienced.
I hear a “popping” noise in between
songs – what is it? Some audio devices (mostly older ones) may
have antiquated song switching designs. In this
case this “popping” noise may be heard as one
track ends and the next begins. Unfortunately
nothing can be done about this, unless you use a
different audio device.
I can-not connect by bluetooth audio
device, but it worked the first time I
paired it (I know it works)
This bluetooth speaker can only pair with one
device at a time. As the speaker remembers the
device it was last paired with (for convenience)
each time a new device is paired, the previous
one must be “forgotten” using your bluetooth
audio players device settings menu.
The transmission distance and or quality
is not as good as it was before Please check that the speaker battery is fully
charged, that the speaker and audio device are
not too far away from each other and that there
are no major line-of-sightobstacles in the way.
