Safety Precaution
1. Read this manual before using the unit to become familiar with its specifications and operation.
2. The operator must be familiar with repair and maintenance of air conditioning to avoid damaging
equipment and mobile refrigeration systems.
3. Always wear protective gloves and safety goggles when working. Contact with refrigerant may
cause injury. Never operate the unit near any flame or high source! Do not expose this equipment
directly under sunshine or rainfall. Avoid any contact with corrosive liquid or gas.
4. The equipment is approved only for the R134a air conditioning system, refrigerant of other types
is not allowed.
5. Each time before starting the machine, check the type of the refrigerant used by the car air
conditioning and switch off the engine.
6. The actual capacity of refrigerant cylinder should not be more than 80% of its maximum (8 kg)
to prevent any serious accident caused by extra pressure of external factors.
7. To ensure the refill function, refrigerant cylinder must contain no less than 3kg refrigerant,
otherwise the refill may fail.
8. Bubbles are always produced while discharging refrigerant oil of automotive compressor. After
bubbles disappear, refill refrigerant oil in accordance with the discharge quantity. Do not overfill!
9. Check the oil level and quality of the vacuum pump regularly. Operation without refrigerant oil is
strictly prohibited.
10. Recycling procedure should be run less than 10 times per hour, otherwise compressor may be
damaged.
11. In routine maintenance, attention should be paid to maintain the regular oil level of vacuum
pump(observe by opening the unit’s main entrance).
12. Equipment contains electronic precision control components. Please do not disassemble or repair
without permission.
13. If needed, please perform the maintenance under the guidance of a professional.
14. Precision measurement components are contained. Please do not crash, beat or knock down the
equipment.
15. The product uses a 220V power supply. Please ensure electrical safety during product operation
or service.

High and Low Pressure Valves Operating Guideline
During operation, the system will prompt several times to turn on/off the high and low
pressure valves.
Operation Definition:
1.Turn off the high and low pressure valves
As shown below, turn off the high/low pressure valve is to tighten the valves
counterclockwise based on the reverse direction of the arrow (the arrow marked “open”
on the valves) on the high and low pressure valves.
Rotate the air conditioning quick couplings
counterclockwise

2.Turn on the high and low pressure valves
As shown below, turn on the high and low pressure valves is to tighten the valves
clockwise based on the direction of the arrow (the arrow marked “open” on the valve)
on the high and low pressure valves.

Preparation Before Use
1. Ensure the two electronic scale protection screws are removed (as shown below).

- 10 -
2.Using Refrigerant Refill function to add about 3kg refrigerant into the equipment
(refer to the procedures of Refrigerant Cylinder Refill)
Operating procedures
1.Refrigerant Cylinder Refill
The tank contains no refrigerant as leaving the factory. Refrigerant must be refilled
before operation. The recommended refill weight is 3-6kg. Operation is as follows.
1. Attach the blue hose to the main equipment’s low pressure valve.
2. Attach the quick couplings of the blue hose to the refrigerant cylinder.
3. Turn off the quick couplings of the red hose.
4. Turn on the equipment, enter themain interface and select “equipment
maintenance”, then click the option of Refrigerant Refill

- 11 -
Input the quantity of refrigerant and click “Run”, then wait until it prompts the
operation is complete.
After the required vacuum has been obtained, the system shows the following
interface: operator should follow the instruction and click “Confirm” to continue.
After the procedure completed normally, the system shows the following interface:
click “Exit” to return to main interface.
2. Recycle
Recycle is recycling the purged refrigerant to the cylinder.
Double-click the “Recycling” in the main interface to enter cycling procedure, then
click “Run”.
Wait until operation is complete and go on to oil bleeding procedure. After the
procedure is complete, exit the system.

- 12 -
3.Vacuum
Click “Vacuum” in the main interface to enter vacuum procedure.
After the system shows the following interface, click plus or minus to set time, then
select “run”. Any refrigerant in the pipeline would be recycled automatically, then the
vacuum procedure would start.
Dwell time comes after vacuum procedure. As the time ends, it enters the oil charging
procedure automatically. If confirmed no leakage in the pipelines, click skip to enter
the oil charging procedure directly.

- 13 -
After entering the oil charging procedure, ensure oil inside the refrigerant oil vessel is
not less than 50g, then long press “OK” to start and release to stop. Exit the system
upon completion.
4.Charge
On the homepage, double-click "charging" to enter the filling procedure
You can select the large or the small bottle filling. After selecting the fill mode, ensure
that there is sufficient refrigerant .Then long press OK to start filling, and release to
stop.

- 14 -
After the filling is complete, follow the prompts to turn off your vehicle high and low
pressure valves, press "OK" to run the recovery of refrigerant in the equipment
pipelines. Press exit upon completion.
5.Purge
Purge function is to clean the car piping system. Enter the cleaning procedure, press
plus or minus to add or reduce the forward and reverse cleaning time, and to set the
number of cycles. Before cleaning, ensure that there is more than 2KG refrigerant in
the tank, then press "OK" to enter the cleaning procedure.

- 15 -

- 16 -
After cleaning is complete, it will automatically enter the recycling procedure.
Press “exit” upon completion.
6.Quick Maintenance
On the homepage, click “Fast Service” to enter the procedure.

- 17 -
Press plus or minus to add or reduce the forward and reverse cleaning time, and to set
the number of cycles. Before cleaning, ensure that there is more than 2KG refrigerant
