resistenza controllata da termostato.
La lama viene fatta vi rare da un motoriduttore elettrico. Questo movimento, accoppiato al riscaldamento della lama,

Posizionare la macchina su un anco per disopercolare quindi allacciarla alla rete elettrica.
Regolare la distanza tra le guide porta telaino in funzione della larghezza dei telaini che andrete a
disopercolare, serrare poi le viti delle guide.
Regolare l’inclinazione del telaio che sorregge le guide agendo sui pomelli (1). La diversa inclinazione fa
variare l’incidenza della lama quindi la profondità del taglio. Quando il telaio è completamente inclinato, la
lama taglia a filo legno.

Accendere il movimento della lama tramite il tasto (2).
Selezionare la temperatura della lama grazie al selettore del termostato (3). Il termostato può funzionare tra le
temperature di 40°C e 120°C.
Si consiglia comunque di utilizzare normalmente una temperatura attorno ai 100°C.

Far scivolare sulle guide porta telaino il favo da disopercolare dall’alto verso il asso, passando sulla lama
prima una faccia poi l’altra. Gli opercoli così tagliati cadono sullo sgocciolatoio del anco.

Alla fine del lavoro la macchina deve essere lavata
esclusivamente con acqua tiepida ed asciugata con
un panno di cotone. Dopo l'ultima disopercolatura
stagionale verificare lo stato funzionale della
disopercolatrice e provvedere ad eventuali lavori di
manutenzione per avere la macchina nelle migliori
condizioni per la disopercolatura dell'anno
successivo. Fare attenzione affinché il motore interno
alla macchina non venga a contatto con acqua.

Place the machine on an uncapping ench then connect it to the power line.
Adjust the distance etween frame holder guides according to the width of the frames to uncap, then tighten
the guide screws.
Adjust the angle of the guide-supporting frame y turning the kno s (1). Different frame angles mean different
levels of lade action and hence, difference cutting depths. When the frame has reached full inclination, the
lade will cut flush with the wooden frame.

warm water only and wiped dry with a cotton cloth.
After the last uncapping cycle at season end, check
the uncapping machine efficiency and carry out any
required maintenance to ensure that the machine is in
the est working order, ready for the following year.
Make sure that the machine internal motor never
enters into contact with water.

Placer la machine à désoperculer sur un ac à désoperculer et ensuite la raccorder au réseau électrique.
Régler la distance entre les glissières porte-cadre en fonction de la largeur des cadres que vous
désoperculerez, serrer ensuite les vis des glissières.

Regeln Sie den A stand zwischen den Rahmenführungen je nach Breite der Rähmchen, die entdeckelt werden
sollen, ziehen Sie danach die Schrau en der Führungen an.
Regeln Sie die Neigung des Stützrahmens der Führungen ü er die Knöpfe (1). Die Neigung wirkt sich auf den
Anstellwinkel des Messers und demnach auf die Schnitttiefe aus. Bei komplett geneigtem Rahmen schneidet
das Messer ündig mit dem Holz.

Tutte le spese di manodopera, d’im allo, spedizione e trasporto sono a carico del cliente. Qualsiasi pezzo difettoso
sostituito, diverrà di nostra proprietà. Un eventuale guasto o difetto avvenuto nel periodo di garanzia o dopo lo scadere
dello stesso, non dà in nessun caso diritto al cliente di sospendere il pagamento o a qualsiasi sconto sul prezzo della
macchina. In ogni caso la ditta Lega srl non si assume alcuna responsa ilità per danni derivanti dall’uso improprio della
macchina.
The guarantee includes free-of-charge repairing and replacement of any part of the machinery that is found to have
manufacturing or material defects y the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorised person. This guarantee shall not
apply to damages caused y negligence, misuse or use not in compliance with the directions contained in the
instruction manual, as well as in case of accidents, alteration, tampering, wrong repairing or repairing with non-original
parts, repairing y persons not authorised y Lega s.r.l. and damages during transport to/from the purchaser’s. All
electric parts (electric motors, controls etc.) and parts exposed to normal wear and tear as well as aesthetic parts are
also not covered y the guarantee. All la our, packing, forwarding and transport charges shall e orne y the
purchaser. Any defective parts which have een replaced shall e retained y and ecome the property of LEGA S.R.L.
Any reakdown or defect which should occur during the guarantee period or after its last date shall not in any case
entitle the purchaser to suspend the payments nor to any discount off the price of the machine. In any case, Lega s.r.l.
shall not e held responsi le for any damages resulting from the incorrect use of the machinery.
La garantie comprend la réparation ou le remplacement gratuit des composants de la machine reconnus comme
défectueux (défauts de fa rication ou du matériau) par l’entreprise Lega ou par une personne expressément agréée. La
garantie est annulée si les dommages ont été causés par la négligence, une utilisation incorrecte ou non conforme aux
recommandations fournies dans le guide d’utilisation, des accidents, des modifications, des réparations incorrectes ou
effectuées par des personnes non autorisées par Lega srl, dommages intervenus durant le transport en provenance et
vers le client. Sont exclus de la garantie tous les composants électriques (moteurs électriques, commandes etc.), toutes
les parties sujettes à une usure normale et les parties esthétiques. Tous les frais de main-d’œuvre, d’em allage,
d’expédition et de transport sont à la charge du client. Toute pièce défectueuse remplacée devient notre propriété.
Aucune panne éventuelle ni défaut se produisant durant ou après la période de garantie ne donne le droit au client
d'interrompre le paiement ni de prétendre une quelconque remise sur le prix de la machine. Dans tous les cas,
l’entreprise Lega srl décline toute responsa ilité en cas de dommages dérivant d’une utilisation impropre de la machine.
Die Garantie umfasst die Reparatur oder den kostenlosen Austausch der Geräteteile, deren Herstellungs- oder
Materialmängel von der Firma Lega oder einer von ihr ausdrücklich efugten Person anerkannt wurden. Die Garantie
verfällt ei Schäden, die durch Nachlässigkeit, falschen oder nicht den im Hand uch angeführten Anweisungen
entsprechenden Ge rauch, durch Unfälle, mutwillige Änderungen, falsche Reparaturen oder Einsatz von Nicht-Original-
Ersatzteilen von Lega, durch Reparaturen, die nicht von durch Lega srl efugtem Personal vorgenommen wurden zw.
eim Transport sowohl ei der Fahrt zum als auch vom Kunden entstehen. Ausgeschlossen von der Garantie sind alle
Elektroteile (Elektromotoren, Steuerteile usw.), alle Verschleißteile und Ästhetikteile. Alle Kosten für Ar eitskräfte,
Verpackung, Spedition und Transport gehen zulasten des Kunden. Alle ausgetauschten defekten Teile gehen in unser
Eigentum ü er. Eventuelle Störungen oder Defekte, die während der Garantielaufzeit oder nach deren A lauf auftreten,
ge en dem Kunden keinesfalls das Recht, die Zahlung aufzuhe en zw. irgendwelche Ra atte auf das Gerät zu erzielen.
Die Firma Lega srl ü ernimmt auf jeden Fall keine Verantwortung für Schäden, die aus einem sachwidrigen Ge rauch
des Geräts entstehe.
