resistenza controllata da termostato.
La lama viene fatta vi rare da un motoriduttore elettrico. Questo movimento, accoppiato al riscaldamento della lama,

Posizionare la macchina su un anco per disopercolare quindi allacciarla alla rete elettrica.
Regolare la distanza tra le guide porta telaino in funzione della larghezza dei telaini che andrete a
disopercolare, serrare poi le viti delle guide.
Regolare l’inclinazione del telaio che sorregge le guide agendo sui pomelli (1). La diversa inclinazione fa
variare l’incidenza della lama quindi la profondità del taglio. Quando il telaio è completamente inclinato, la
lama taglia a filo legno.

Accendere il movimento della lama tramite il tasto (2).
Selezionare la temperatura della lama grazie al selettore del termostato (3). Il termostato può funzionare tra le
temperature di 40°C e 120°C.
Si consiglia comunque di utilizzare normalmente una temperatura attorno ai 100°C.

Far scivolare sulle guide porta telaino il favo da disopercolare dall’alto verso il asso, passando sulla lama
prima una faccia poi l’altra. Gli opercoli così tagliati cadono sullo sgocciolatoio del anco.

Alla fine del lavoro la macchina deve essere lavata
esclusivamente con acqua tiepida ed asciugata con
un panno di cotone. Dopo l'ultima disopercolatura
stagionale verificare lo stato funzionale della
disopercolatrice e provvedere ad eventuali lavori di
manutenzione per avere la macchina nelle migliori
condizioni per la disopercolatura dell'anno
successivo. Fare attenzione affinché il motore interno
alla macchina non venga a contatto con acqua.

Place the machine on an uncapping ench then connect it to the power line.
Adjust the distance etween frame holder guides according to the width of the frames to uncap, then tighten
the guide screws.
Adjust the angle of the guide-supporting frame y turning the kno s (1). Different frame angles mean different
levels of lade action and hence, difference cutting depths. When the frame has reached full inclination, the
lade will cut flush with the wooden frame.

warm water only and wiped dry with a cotton cloth.
After the last uncapping cycle at season end, check
the uncapping machine efficiency and carry out any
required maintenance to ensure that the machine is in
the est working order, ready for the following year.
Make sure that the machine internal motor never
enters into contact with water.

Placer la machine à désoperculer sur un ac à désoperculer et ensuite la raccorder au réseau électrique.
Régler la distance entre les glissières porte-cadre en fonction de la largeur des cadres que vous
désoperculerez, serrer ensuite les vis des glissières.

Régler l’inclinaison du cadre qui soutient les glissières à l’aide des outons filetés (1). L’inclinaison différente
fait varier l’incidence de la lame et donc la profondeur de coupe. Quand le cadre est complètement incliné, la
lame coupe le ois à ras.

Allumer le mouvement de la lame avec le outon (2).
Sélectionner la température de la lame grâce au sélecteur du thermostat (3). Le thermostat peut fonctionner
entre les températures de 40°C et 120°C.
Nous conseillons néanmoins d’utiliser une température de travail d'environ 100 °C.

Faire glisser sur les glissières porte-cadre le cadre à désoperculer de haut en as, en passant sur la lame
d’a ord une face et ensuite l’autre. Les opercules ainsi coupés tom ent sur le panier d’égouttage du ac.

- Contrôler que la fiche est ien ranchée au réseau
électrique.
- Vérifier que les fusi les sont en on état (4)
- Faire contrôler l’installation électrique par un électricien.

- Contrôler le roulement de l’excentrique dans la machine.
- Contrôler la vis de raccordement entre l’excentrique et le moteur.
- Contrôler que les lamelles élastiques sont en on état.
