6. MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
All the maintenance operations should be done by authorized Numeric UPS Technical
Service Personnel.
However, it is important to remember that electrical power equipments need regular checks. As they have
their own life cycle. They need to be checked regularly and, if needed be replaced. This is referred in particular
to the batteries, the fans and in some cases, to the electrolytic condensers.Therefore, a preventive maintenance
programme is strongly recommended. This preventive maintenance programme must be entrusted to
specialized personnel authorized by manufacturer. Our Technical Servicing department is at your disposal for
customized preventive maintenance options.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
In case the UPS does not work normally, it might be a case of wrong installation, wiring or operation. Please
check these aspects first. If all these aspects are checked and no problems are found, please consult with local
agent right away and provide the following information.
1. Product model name and serial number
2. Describe the fault with more details, such as LCD display info, LED lights status, etc.
