Note: These instructions are intended for various models and congurations. Your
products may not look exactly as those shown in the diagrams.
Recommendation: Retighten all bolts on a seasonal basis to ensure your seating
product remains strong and stable for many years of use.
Weight Capacities: Guest - 400 lbs; Oversize - 500 lbs; Bariatric - 750 lbs;
Loveseat - 550 lbs.

⅜” Allen Bolts, 2 pcs.
5/8” Allen Bolts, 4 pcs.
2” Allen Bolts, 8 pcs.

1. Unpack and identify all parts.
2. Place one of the leg frames on
a table or oor, as shown in
gure 1. Be sure the surface
is soft and clean to prevent
scratching. Slide the back
support bar into the slot in the
leg frame and secure with 3/8”
Allen bolt. Tighten securely.
3. Align channels in back cushion
with back support bar and back
stem and slide back cushion
into place, as shown in gure 2.
4. Slide H-frame over front stem,
as shown in gure 3.
5. Aligning front stem with front
H-frame tube, back stem with
channel in back cushion, and
back support bar with slot in
leg frame, slide the second leg
frame into place, as shown in
gure 4.

6. As shown in gure 5:
A. Insert 2” Allen bolts through holes in
H-frame back plate and through holes in
back cushion to secure into threaded holes
in back stems. Leave bolts slightly loose for
now.
B. Secure front tube of H-frame to front
stems using 1/2” Allen bolts. Leave bolts
slightly loose for now.
C. Secure the back support bar to the
leg frame using 3/8” Allen bolt. Tighten
securely.
7. Attach seat cushion using 2” Allen bolts, as
shown in gure 6.
8. Tighten all 14 bolts securely.
11. Your chair is now assembled and ready to
use.
