Placing an outside call
Lift the handset (o p ess speake ), then dial 9
Dial the telephone numbe equi ed
Placing an outside call on hold
Whilst on the call p ess the ecall key to place the call oh hold
To take the calle off hold, p ess the ecall key again
T ansfe ing an exte nal calle to anothe extension
Whilst on the call p ess the ecall key followed by the extension numbe you wish to pass the call to. To
t ansfe the call un-supe vised, hang up when you he e the extension inging. To t ansfe the call
supe vised, wait until the extension answe s, announce the call details then hang up.
To etu n to the calle p ess the ecall key.

Lift the handset (o p ess speake )
Dial the equi ed inte nal extension numbe
Last numbe edial
Lift the handset and p ess edial (if you telephone has a edial button), o dial 552
Sto ing pe sonal speed dials
Lift the handset, dial 555, ente the speed-dial location numbe (000-099) and dial the telephone numbe
to be sto ed then p ess ecall. You will hea a confi mation tone.
Using pe sonal speed dials
Lift the handset, dial 558 followed by the speed-dial numbe 000-099
Call Fo wa ding
Call fo wa ding you calls to anothe extension o voicemail can function in a numbe of ways. To
fo wa d you calls follow the following inst uctions:
Lift the handset and dial 554 followed by one of the following:
1 Unconditional
2 Busy
3 No Answe
4 Busy & No Answe
To fo wa d to Voicemail, p ess # afte selecting one of the above.
To disable fo wa d to Voicemail, dial 554 followed by #

To eco d you message/g eeting:
Lift the handset and dial 563. On hea ing the tone, dial 61 and eco d you g eeting. When finished
eplace the handset.
To delete you message/g eeting:
Lift the handset and dial 563. On hea ing the tone, dial 66.
To listen to messages:
Lift the handset and dial 557
To delete the message and listen to the next message, p ess #1
To save the message and listen to the next message, p ess #2
To listen to the message again, p ess #3
