One Year Limited Warranty
LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material
and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has been
installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear’s Owner’s Manual. LifeGear’s obligation
under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any parts which may prove
to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include any damage caused by
improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year. All
parts and workmanship, including electronics and its console cases, upholstery, foam, ball
bearings, pulleys, cables, shocks, all tension mechanisms, wheels, pedals and hardware are to
be free from defects for 90 days, This warranty is offered only to the original owner and is not
transferable. Proof of purchase is required. For customer service please call

WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your physician. This is
especially important for people with pre-existing health problems.

1. Precautions
1) Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this
equipment.
2) This elliptical bike is a home stationary fitness equipment, and also an aerobic training
equipment that can help you to develop your cardio-vascular function.
3) Please make sure all parts are not damaged and fixed well before use. The equipment should
be placed on a flat surface when using. Using a carpet or other covering material on the
ground is recommended.
4) Consult your physician and make a suitable exercise schedule before exercise. This is
particularly important to people who are over 35 years old or who have prior medical history.
In order to attain the ideal exercise result, besides executing a suitable amount of exercise, it
is also very important to insist on doing exercise every day.
5) Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercise of every position of
the body is necessary. Refer to section 9 Warm Up Exercises. After exercise, relaxation of the
body is suggested for cool-down.
6) Keep children and pets away from the equipment while operating the equipment. This
machine is designed for adults only. The minimum free space required for safety operation is
39.4” x 47.3” x 78.8” in (100 x 120 x 200 cm).
7) Be careful when stepping on and off the pedals. Always hold the handlebars when stepping
off the equipment. Move the pedal you intend to mount on to its lowest position, step on the
pedal, and stride over the main frame to step on the other pedal. When using, please hold the
handlebar with your hands. To make the pedals run smoothly, push or pull handlebars, then
run the equipment regularly by cooperation of hands and feet. After exercise, please also
make one pedal at the lowest position and leave your foot on the higher pedal first and then
another.
8) Do not use this equipment one hour before or after dinner.
9) If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
10)The maximum weight capacity of the user is 250 lbs/113 kgs.
11)The braking system of the equipment is speed-independent.
12)The equipment is designed according to EN957-1/9HC Regulations.
Warning: It will be harmful if you do not follow the above-mentioned precautions.

2. Operating Instruction
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS:
AUTO ON/OFF: When you start to exercise or press the button on the
computer, the monitor will turn on. If you leave the equipment for 5 minutes,
the power will turn off automatically.
SCAN: Press the button until SCAN appears at SCAN position, monitor will
scan the following functions: time, speed, distance, calories and pulse
every 4 seconds.
TMR: Count exercise time from start to end.
SPD: Display current speed (mph).
DST: Count the distance from exercise start to end (mph).
CAL: Count the total calories from exercise start to end (Kcal).
ZERO CLEARING: Button being pressed over 4 seconds, all data returns to zero.
PULSE: Hold pulse sensors with hands and the screen will display your current heart beat rate in
beats per minute (BPM) after 4-5 seconds.“”means the pulse signal input.
REPLACING THE BATTERY: Open the battery cover and place two " AA " or "UM-3 " batteries
when the screen can not show clearly.
Note: The computer display can recover 15 seconds later after the battery replacement. Memory
data will all disappear after replacing the batteries.

6. Assembly Instructions
Attention:
Please follow these assembly instructions step by step to assemble this elliptical.
1. Attach the Front Connecting Tube
Insert the Tension control wire (12) and Sensor wire I (25) into the bottom tube hole of Front
connecting tube (91) and then pull them out from the upper hole of Front connecting tube (91).
(See figure 1a)
Attach the Front connecting tube (91) to the Main frame (1) with three Bolts (63), Lock nuts (42),
and Flat washers (50). (See figure 1b)
2. Attach the Rear Stabilizer
Attach the Rear stabilizer (2) to the Main frame (1) with two Bolts (38), Spring washers (51),
and Flat washers (50). (See figure 2)
3. Attach the Front Stabilizer
Attach the Front stabilizer (13) to the Front connecting tube (91) with two Bolts (38), Spring
washers (51), and Flat washers (50). (See figure 3)

4. Attach the Front Upright Frame
Put the cable end of the resistance cable for the Tension control (21) into the spring hook of
Tension control wire (12) as shown on drawing A of figure 4.
Pull the resistance cable for the Tension control (21) up and force it into the gap of metal bracket
of Tension control wire (12) as shown on drawing Bof figure 4.
Connect the resistance cable of Tension control (21) with the Tension control wire (12) completed
as shown on drawing Cof figure 4.
Connect the Computer wire (26) to the Sensor wire I (25). Insert the Front upright frame (14) to
the Front connecting tube (91) and secure it with six Bolts (38), Spring washers (51), and Arc
washers (45) as shown on drawing Dof figure 4.
5. Attach the Hand Pulse Bar
Insert the Pulse wires (24) from the Hand pulse bar (20) and through into the hole of Front
upright frame (14), and pull them out from the upper hole of Front upright frame (14). Attach the
Hand pulse bar (20) to the Front upright frame (14) with two Bolts (93) and Arc washers (45).
(See figure 5)
6. Attach the Computer
Connect the Pulse wires (24) and Computer wire (26) to the wires that came from the Computer
(10). Attach the Computer (10) to the top of Front upright frame (14). (See figure 6)

7. Attach the Handlebar Support (Right & Left)
Attach one Arc spacer (9) and Wave washer (96) to the right end of horizontal axle of Front
upright frame (14). Insert right Handlebar support (6R) to the right end of horizontal axle of Front
upright frame (14) and secure it with one Plastic flat washer (53), Big washer (49), Spring washer
(51), Special washer (16), and Bolt (36). Finally, assemble the Nut cap (7) to the Bolt (36), then
the right Handlebar support (6R) can move freely. Do the above same steps to assemble the left
Handlebar support (6L) to the left end of horizontal axle of Front upright frame (14). (See figure 7)
8. Attach the U-shape Bracket
Attach the left Handlebar support (6L) to the U-shape bracket (87) with one Bolt (34), Lock nut
(41), Flat washer (46), and two Special washers (17). Finally, assemble two Nut caps (7) to the
Bolt (34) and Lock nut (41). Do the above same steps to assemble the right Handlebar support
(6R) to the U-shape bracket (87). (See figure 8)
9. Attach the Pedal Support Tube (Left & Right)
Insert the left Pedal support tube (4) with Rear U-shape bracket (97) into the Left pedal axis (30)
with a Wave washer (28), Plastic flat washer (54), Big washer (48), Spring washer (47), Special
washer (17), Bolt (35), and Nut cap (7). Do the above same steps to assemble the right Pedal
support tube (4) to the Right pedal axis (31). (See figure 9)
10. Attach the Pedal Support Tube (Left & Right) to the U-shape Bracket
Insert the U-shape bracket (87) into the front hole of left Pedal support tube (4) and secure it with
one Big washer (48), Flat washer (46), Special washer (17), Lock nut (41). Finally, assemble one
Nut cap (7) to the Lock nut (41). Do the above same steps to assemble the U-shape bracket (87)
into the front hole of right Pedal support tube (4). (See figure 10)

11. Attach the Pedal
Attach the left Pedal (5) to the left Pedal support tube (4) with two Bolts (37), Flat washers (50),
and Lock nuts (42). Do the above same steps to assemble the right Pedal (5) to the right Pedal
supporttube(4).(Seefigure11)
12. Attach the Handlebar (Right & Left)
Insert the Right handlebar (11) to the right Handlebar support (6R) with two Bolts (33), Arc
washers (45), Spring washers (51), and Cap nuts (40). Do the above same steps to assemble the
Left handlebar (8) to the left Handlebar support (6L). (See figure 12)
Note: The bolt must be set into the hexangular hole.

7. Adjustment
1. Resistance can be adjusted by tension control to increase or decrease the exercise intensity.
2. After long term use, If you believe the turning parts are loose, please tighten the bolts or
screws.
8. Maintenance and Treatment
1. Verify that all the bolts and nuts are locked properly and the turning parts should be turned
freely without damaged parts.
2. Clean the equipment with soap and slightly damp cloth only. Please do not use any solvent
to clean the equipment.
Malfunctions and treatment
Malfunction Reason Treatment

9. Warm Up Exercises
A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the
entire program at least two or preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts.
After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.
Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin every session. It prepares
your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching out your muscles, increasing
your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles. At the end of your
workout, repeat these exercises to reduce sore muscle problems. We suggest the following
warm-up and cool-down exercises:
Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close
into your groin as possible. Gently push your knees towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts.
Hamstring Stretch
Sit with your right leg extended. Rest the sole
of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
Stretch toward your toe as far as possible.
Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with
left leg extended.
Head Roll
Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling
the stretch up the left side of your neck. Next, rotate
your head back for one count, stretching your chin to
the ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate your
head to the left for one count, and finally, drop your
head to your chest for one count.
Shoulder Lift
Lift your right shoulder up toward your ear for
one count. Then lift your left shoulder up for
one count as you lower your right shoulder.

Calf-Achilles Stretch
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right
and your arms forward. Keep your right leg straight and
the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean
forward by moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then
repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
Toe Touch
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes. Reach down as far as you
can and hold for 15 counts.
Side Stretch
Open your arms to the side and continue lifting them
until they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far upward toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Feel the stretch up your right side. Repeat this
action with your left arm.
