INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Lifelong Cushion Massager is a general home use massager, it’s a portable
one key design. It comes with four high frequency massage heads and
works on the light and heat technology to relive pains & fatigue.
The mechanism is equipped with rollers to oer kneading, no-step speed
regulation massage on the body. Unique Infrared heating therapy
promotes blood circulation.

Cleaning and maintenance
Be sure to clean the machine after use and before storage
Unplug the machine from the socket
Store in a clean, dry space.
Avoid dust from entering or accumulating on the massager.
Use a clean, dry cotton cloth to dust or clean the machine
Avoid any kind of liquid intrusion or contact with the machine
Please do not use volatile oil, bleach or other corrosive solvents to wipe the machine.

Instructions for use of Product
A. Warning and Attention
Women should not use massager during menstrual period and pregnancy
Patients with severe heart disease or who have undergone relative surgeries should refrain from
using the massager
Patients of Hemorrhagic disease, sepsis, patients with fever should not use the product
Do not use if skin is damage or inammed
This product cannot be used by physically distempered, sensorially or mentally disordered, or
inexperienced persons (including children), unless they are under the supervision or instruction
by adult(s) in charge of their security.
This machine has heating function, please exercise caution and pay attention during usage to
adjust heat to a comfortable level for your usage
Please use massager carefully not adding too much body pressure on the massager which may
cause motor damage to the product
After a massage please drink 500 ml of water or tea, so as to promote the body metabolism
Do not insert your ngers into rotation massage head bottom, in order to avoid the task
Do not to remove the internal components of the unit, it may cause malfunction and also void
the warranty of the product
Please do not try to self repair the unit in case of issues, immediately contact Lifelong Customer
Care. Please read the Warranty details carefully.
When massager is not in use or post usage, please unplug the massager from the power socket

Do not use wet hands to operate the massager, especially when plugging or unplugging it from
the electric socket.
This product does not have a timer, it is suggested that the product should be used no more
than 20 minutes at a time.
B. Power Supply and Cord
Do not use beyond the rated voltage of the power supply, it may cause re or damage to the
product.
When pulling the power cord, one should hold the power cord and then unplug the power
cord. Do not pull the cord from the socket with a jerk.
If the power cord is damage or exposed, please bring it to immediate attention of professionals
or the manufacturer for maintenance or replacement. Please refer the Warranty section for
more details.
C. Operating Instructions
Insert the plug into the power socket
Press ON/OFF key to open the massage function
Press ON/OFF button again, open the massage and heating functions;
Press twice, shut down all functions, so cycle.

Terms and Conditions
1 This Warranty is void if:
a. The completely lled warranty card is not presented at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the instructions given under the user manual.
c. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, re, ood, accident,
negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation, repairs, alterations or modications by unauthorized service
organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial number and production code has been removed and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents
on the casing or paintwork of the product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts (accessories) after 7 days from the original date of goods received.
h. Defects or faults in product which have been used for commercial/industrial purposes or which have been
rented/leased or have been otherwise subject to non-household/non-domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service provider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its authorized service provider will repair without charge the
defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All defective parts
used for the warranty repair should be surrendered to Lifelong and/or its authorised servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or part(s) thereof from authorised service provider as will as any other
expenses and incidentals will be borne by the consumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. Except as set forth above,
there are no other express or implied warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms implied by statute or
common law (including any warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or tness for a particular purpose) are
excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of the
type or cause of such damage of the form of characterization of the claim asserted
(e.g. contract or tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
7. However in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special incidental,
indirect or consequential losses or damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for the loss of
revenue, business, prots, goodwill, or contracts, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other
pecuniary loss.) Whether or not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations shall
apply notwithstanding the failure of the essential purpose of any limited warranty. This limited warranty does not
aect consumer’s statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to make modications to this warranty and you should not reply
on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
