HOW TO USE
The Lifelong Foot and Calf Massager can give you effective foot massage to
your feet, ankles and calves all at the same time.
STEP 1: Ensure that the device is switched off before plug in
STEP 2: Put your feet and calves in the black cloth area
STEP 3: Switch on the device by sliding the switch to ON position
STEP 4: You can change the settings by clicking on this buttons.
STEP 5: It has 3 buttons to choose between Vibration & Heat, Manual and
Auto
STEP 6: The auto mode has 3 preset actions P1, P2 & P3
STEP 7: Switch to manual mode and adjust heat, vibration and speed on
calves and feet

CLEANING
•To clean the unplugged device after it has cooled down, wipe with a slightly
dry cloth. However, ensure that water never gets inside the device.
•The foot cloth can be removed from the zipper and washed separately
INSTRUCTION
•Ensure that the device is switched off before you plug in.
•Do not stand on, or exert excessive pressure on the massager, it can slow
down or stop the machine
•You may feel itchy while use. Do not worry as this is due to improved
circulation
•Do not use the massager while you’re in the washroom
•Do not use the massager on wet body, this may cause short circuit or electric
shock
•Those suffering from cancer, osteoporosis, tumors, high fever or pregnancy
must consult a doctor before use.
•Do not use the massager when it is in a bad condition
•Never operate the device especially if there are children in the vicinity.
•Do not use with animals or pets.
•Do not cover the massager with the damp cloth when it is in an operating
condition, it may result to a subsequent breakdown or fire
