severe ACL injuries a few months apart.
We purchased multiple pieces of exercise
equipment for our in-home rehab but were
left disappointed and frustrated by fitness

FIRST STEPS
1. Remove the Grace from the shipping box and remove all packaging from
the unit and accessories.
2. Inspect the device and accessories for shipping damage.
3. Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions
before using the Grace.
4. Go to grace.lifeprofitness.com and register your product within
14 days of purchase to activate your lifetime warranty.
5. Complete the steps in the EASY-START SETUP GUIDE on page 7 to
begin using the Grace.

FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY
• Charge the battery fully, for about 3 hours, before
using the Grace Neck Massager for the first time.
• Ensure the massager is OFF before charging.
• Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the
USB-C port on the side of the device.
• Then, plug the USB-A end of the charging cable
into either:
• A 5V 1A or 2A USB adapter, such as a cell
phone charging adapter. Then, plug the USB
adapter into a wall outlet.
• A USB port on a laptop, computer, or other
device with 5V 1A/2A output.
• The Battery Indicator on the control panel will
flash during charging. When fully charged, the
indicator will stop flashing.
• Unplug the charging cable as soon as the
device is fully charged.
ATTACH THE ADJUSTMENT
STRAPS
• Insert an adjustment strap into
each side of the massager.
• You will hear a click when the strap
is securely attached.
PREPARING TO USE THE GRACE
• Place the neck massager in position on your neck, with the two massage
heads on either side.
• Hold the massager in position with the adjustment straps.
• Press the Power button to turn on the Grace. Your massage will begin
immediately.
WARNING: Be sure to remove any jewelry and accessories, including
necklaces and long or dangling earrings before using the Grace.
NOTE: We recommend washing and drying your neck before using the
massager in order to keep the cloth-lined massage heads clean.

PARTS OF THE GRACE TIPS FOR USING THE GRACE
USING THE GRACE
• Place the Grace in position on your neck before powering on the device.
• Use the adjustment straps to adjust the position of the massager on your neck
or shoulders. You can also pull firmly on the handles to increase the pressure
of the massage.
• If you have long hair, put your hair up in a high ponytail, bun, or braid. Ensure
your hair is out of the way of the neck massager before powering on the device.
• Do not wear jewelry or other accessories around your neck or shoulders while
using the Grace.
• Turn off the massager before removing it from your neck to avoid catching your
hair in the massager.
• Stop use if you feel tired or dizzy, or if you experience chest pain or shortness
of breath.
• The massage time is 15 minutes. Do not use continuously for more than 30
minutes.
• We recommend washing and drying your neck and hands before using the
Grace to keep the cloth-lined massage surfaces clean.
• The adjustment straps can be removed for storage or travel.
USING HEAT FUNCTION
• When the heat function is turned on, it will take about 5 minutes for the unit
to heat up.
• The heat function’s temperature is set to a gentle warmth of 107.6° F, enough
to help relax your muscles and enhance the massage benefits.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Never use the Grace under a blanket or pillow Excessive heat can potentially
cause fire, electrocution, or injury to people or property.
• Keep the Grace and charging cable away from heat sources and fire.
• The Grace is not waterproof. Keep away from liquids and do not immerse in
water.
• Never use the Grace, or plug/unplug the charging cable with wet hands.
• Always power off the unit after each use.
• Always unplug the charging cable as soon as the device has finished charging.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the Grace Neck
Massager. Keep this manual for reference.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Fully charge the Grace Neck Massager before using it for the first time.
• Always power off the device before charging.
• The massager typically takes about 3 hours to charge.
• The Battery LED on the control panel flashes when charging. Full charge
is indicated when the indicator stops flashing.
• During use, the Battery LED shows the current battery level.
• When the battery is very low, less than 10%, the Battery LED will flash
and the device will beep every two minutes. The device will automatically
shut down when the battery runs out. Charge the device before using
again.
• You may charge the battery at any time, regardless of battery level.
• Average run-time is about 2 hours per charge.
USING THE GRACE NECK MASSAGER
1. Place the neck massager in position on your neck. The two massage
heads should be on either side of your neck. Hold the massager in
position with the adjustment straps.
2. Press and hold the Power/Mode button to turn on the massager.
Massage mode 1 will begin automatically. Heat is off by default.
4. Press the Heat button to turn on the heat. Press again to turn off heat.
5. To change the mode, tap (short-press) the Power/Mode button to
toggle through the four massage modes, 1–4.
6. Press and hold the Power/Mode button to turn off the massager at any
time.
7. The Grace will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of use. Press
the Power/Mode button again if you wish to continue using the device.
8. Always power off the unit after each use.

USING THE CONTROL PANEL
1. Power/Mode Button: Press and
hold the button to turn on/off the
massager. Once power is on, tap the
button to toggle through the four
modes: 1–4. Mode 1 is selected by
default.
2. Heat Button: Press to turn on/off
the heat function. Heat is off by
default.
3. Mode LED: The LED shows the mode
selected (1–4).
4. Heat LED: The heat LED lights up
when heat is on.
5. Battery LED: The battery led shows
the current battery level.
6. Timer LED: The timer counts down
from 15 minutes.
CHOOSING A MASSAGE MODE
There are two massage rollers, M1 and M2. The four massage modes are:
Mode 1: M1 rotates counter-clockwise, M2 rotates clockwise.
Mode 2: M1 rotates clockwise, M2 rotates counter-clockwise.
Mode 3: M1 rotates counter-clockwise, M2 rotates counter-clockwise.
Mode 4: M1 rotates clockwise, M2 rotates clockwise.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience with the Grace
Neck Massager using the table below.

4. Use this neck massager only as instructed in this manual.
5. Always inspect the device and charging cable for damage before each use. Do not use if
damaged, malfunctioning, or if the unit has been exposed to water.
6. The device will automatically power off after 15 minutes of use. Do not use
continuously for more than 30 minutes.
7. This device is intended for in-home use only. Do not use in any commercial, rental,
institutional, or therapeutic setting.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
8. WARNING: Only use the included USB-C charging cable to charge this device. Only
attach the charging cable to a USB charging adapter with the specified voltage.
9. Always unplug the unit after charging, and prior to using, cleaning, storing, or
transporting.
10. Do not place or use outdoors. Do not use during lightning and thunder storms.
11. Unplug the device immediately in the event of a power failure.
12. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.
13. The unit is not waterproof. Keep away from liquids. Do not use in high-moisture
environments or in any place where the unit may become wet or damp. Do not immerse
in water. If the unit becomes wet or emits an odor, unplug it, and do not use.
14. Keep the unit away from flammable or explosive items, chemicals, open flame, and heat
sources such as central heating, portable heaters, stoves, fireplaces, and ovens.
15. Do not use or store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. Do not operate under a
blanket or pillow. Excessive heat can potentially cause fire, electrocution, or injury to
person(s) or property.
16. Do not operate in the presence of aerosol (spray) products or corrosive gases, or where
concentrated oxygen is being administered.
17. Never drag or hang the Grace by its charging cable. Do not destroy, bend, stretch, twist,
or tie the charging cable.
18. Never plug/unplug the charging cable with wet hands.
19. If the device begins to make unusual noises, turn off and unplug immediately.

20. Never leave the Grace unattended while it is running.
21. Consult with a medical professional before using the device if you have a medical
condition such as cancer, diabetes, high fever, gout, epilepsy, malignant tumors, active

disorders, sensory problems or advanced peripheral circulatory disturbance, blood clots,

22. Do not use if injured. Never use directly on infected, swollen, bruised, or inflamed skin,
open wounds, or scars.
23. Stop using immediately if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of
breath.
24. If the heat feels too hot on your skin, turn the heat function off immediately.
25. Do not operate the Grace while driving, sleeping, smoking, or intoxicated. Do not use
within one hour of eating.
26. Only use this device on your neck and shoulders.
27. If you have long hair, ensure your hair is up in a high ponytail, bun, braid, and out of the
way of the neck massager.
28. Do not apply medical or cosmetic lotions or creams to your neck or to the device before
or during use.
29. This device is not intended for use by adults with diminished mental, sensory, or physical
capacity, unless they are closely supervision by a responsible adult.
30. Keep children and pets away from the Grace at all times.
CLEANING, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
31. We recommend thoroughly washing and drying your neck and hands before each use in
order to keep the massage surfaces clean.
32. Turn off the device, and/or unplug the charging cable, and allow the Grace to cool down
before cleaning or storing.
33. Wipe down the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Never allow water
or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
34. Do not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents.
35. Store the device in a cool, dry location. Do not store close to the ground, walls, or roof.
Do not store with heavy objects on top of the unit.
36. Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble the device.
