Foam rolling has become an essential aspect of training for people of all
fitness levels. Now you can enjoy all of the benefits of foam rolling and
vibration technology together with the Lifepro Surger Plus Vibrating Foam
Roller. Use your Surger Plus before or after your workout as part of your

1. Remove your Surger Plus from the shipping box and remove all
packaging from the unit and accessories.
2. Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions
before using the Surger Plus.
3. Go to surgerplus.lifeprofitness.com and register your product within
14 days of purchase to activate your lifetime warranty.

Diamond Pattern

AUTOMATIC MODES
The three automatic modes also offer a variety of massage speeds:
M1: This mode cycles between medium and high speed in two-second
intervals.
M2: This mode cycles between low and high speed in two-second intervals.
M3: This mode cycles through each of the five vibration speeds, from low
to high.

TIPS FOR USING YOUR SURGER PLUS
• Start with speed level 1 to get your muscles familiar with the
Surger Plus.
• Slowly roll your body back and forth along the Surger Plus. Take a few
seconds to go forward and then a few seconds to go back. Roll each
muscle for several minutes.
• Roll along the long axis of your muscle. For example, if working your
triceps, roll from your armpit to your elbow.
• Use a consistent, downward pressure.
• Stay hydrated.
• Use the Surger Plus for 15-minute sessions, up to three times per day.
• Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes.
• Prolonged application can traumatize tissues.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the Surger Plus.
Keep this manual for reference.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Fully charge your Surger Plus, for 3–5 hours,
before using it for the first time.
• Always slide the Power switch to the OFF
before charging the Surger Plus.
• To charge: connect the included charging
cable to the Micro USB port on the end of
the Surger Plus. Plug the input end of the
charging cable into a 5V 2A or 5V 1A charging adapter, such as a cell
phone charger.
• The 5 Battery Indicator LEDs will flash in turn during charging. When the
battery is fully charged, all 5 LEDs will remain lit.
• When fully charged, the Surger Plus will enter a dormant state to
protect the battery from overcharging.
• The Surger Plus may be recharged at any time, regardless of battery
level.
• For best results, do not completely drain the battery before charging.
• The battery must be charged at least once every 6 months.
• During use, the 5 Battery Indicator LEDs indicate the battery level:
• 5 LEDs lit = 76–100% • 2 LEDs lit = 1–25%
• 4 LEDs lit = 51–75% • 1 LED lit = 0%
• 3 LEDs lit = 26–50%
• Average run-time is about 4 hours per charge at the highest speed level
and 16–18 hours per charge at the lowest speed level.
USING YOUR SURGER PLUS
1. Slide the Power switch to the ON position to turn on the Surger Plus.
The Power Indicator LED will turn on.
2. Press the Power/Control button to turn on vibration to speed level 1.
The 1200 RPM LED will light up indicating that speed level 1 is
selected.
3. Use the Power/Control button to toggle through the 5 vibration speed
levels (1450–2200 RPM) and then the 3 automatic modes
(M1–M3).
a. Press the button a second time for speed level 2, a third time for
speed level 3, a fourth time for level 4, a fifth time for level 5,
a sixth time for automatic mode M1, a seventh time for M2, an
eighth time for M3.
b. The speed or auto mode selected will be indicated by the Speed
Indicator LEDs or the Auto Mode Indicator LEDs.
3. With your desired vibration speed or automatic mode selected, roll a
muscle group across the Surger Plus. Apply pressure as needed.
4. Press the Power/Control button a ninth time to turn off vibration.
5. Vibration will auto shutdown after 15 minutes of use. To continue
using, just press the Power/Control button to turn vibration on again.
6. Slide the Power switch to the OFF position to completely power off the
Surger Plus.
7. Always completely power off the unit, via the Power switch, after each
use.

HOW TO USE THE SURGERPLUS
Exercises for Office Workers Neck Release
To help relieve tightness of the neck and improve neck flexibility.
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and the roller under your neck.
2. Press your neck firmly to the roller and turn your head from side to
side.
PRO TIP: When the angle of your neck starts to hurt a little bit (not too
much!), hold that position for 30–60 seconds. Inhale and exhale deeply.
Upper Back Release
To help relieve and loosen muscle knots in the upper back.
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and the roller under your upper
back.
2. Slowly roll up and down between your shoulders and lower back.
PRO TIP: Hold your position for 30–60 seconds when you begin to feel
pain (not too much!). Inhale and exhale deeply.
Latissimus Dorsi Release
To help relieve strained underarm muscles.
1. Lie on your side and tuck the roller under your arm.
2. Slowly roll up and down along the inside of your arm.
Lower Back Release
To help relieve pain in the lower back and pelvic region and improve
mobility of the lumbar spine and pelvic joints.
1. Lie flat on your back with the roller under your hips. Place your hands
at your sides, palms touching the floor, for support .
2. Lift your legs in the air, with your knees bent, and slowly twist your
hips from side to side.
PRO TIP: Hold your position for 30–60 seconds when you begin to feel
pain (not too much!). Inhale and exhale deeply.

Adductor Release
To help loosen tight inner thigh muscles and improve hip mobility.
1. Lie on your stomach with one leg extended to the side and your knee
bent.
2. Place the roller at the top of your inner thigh and slowly roll up and
down your inner thigh.
Chest Release
To help loosen muscles in the chest and thoracic-spine region.
1. Lie on your stomach with the roller under one side of your chest, near
your shoulder. Extend your arms out in front of you, bent at the elbow.
2. Gently press your forearm into the roller, then push yourself up.
3. Repeat slowly.
Hamstring Release
To help loosen tight hamstrings and improve lower-body flexibility.
1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended and the roller under your
thighs.
2. Slowly roll from the bottom of your gluteus to your knees.
Abdominal Release
To help relieve abdominal muscle tension.
1. Lie on your stomach with the roller under your abdomen.
2. Press all of your weight into the roller.
Iliotibial Band Release
To help loosen outer thighs and improve mobility in the hips and lower
body.
1. Lie on your side with the roller under your hip. Ensure your other foot
is on the floor for support.
2. Slowly roll along your outer thigh.
Psoas Release
To help relieve sore stomach muscles and tight waist muscles.
1. Lie on your stomach with the roller under your upper thigh muscles.
2. Press all of your weight into the roller.
Gluteus Release
To help loosen tight hips and improve hip mobility.
1. Sit on the roller with one leg crossed over the other.
2. Slowly rotate your hips from side to side. OR raise and lower your
upper leg.
Quadratus Lumbrorum Release
To help relieve pain and discomfort in your sides and rib area.
1. Lie on your side with the roller under your hip.
2. Slowly roll from rib cage to hip. OR press all of your weight into the
roller.
Calf Release
To help release tight calf muscles.
1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
2. Place the roller under your calves.
3. Slowly roll from the bottom of your knees to your ankles.
Quadricep Release
To help release tight thigh muscles and improve hip mobility.
1. Lie on your stomach with the roller under your thighs.
2. Slowly roll up and down from the bottom of your hips to the top of
your knees.

Tibialis Anterior Release
To help loosen tight shin muscles and improve ankle mobility.
1. Get on your hands and knees.
2. Position the roller under one shin.
3. Slowly roll up and down from below your knee to your ankle.
Plantar Release
To help release plantar muscles and improve ankle mobility.
1. Stand and place the arch of your foot on the roller.
2. Roll back and forth from your heel to your toes.
Thoracic Spine Mobility
To help loosen tight neck and shoulders and improve upper-body mobility.
1. Lie on your side with the roller under your neck. Place your palms
together and bend your knees 90°.
2. Look back over your shoulder and twist your torso and moving your
upper arm toward your back.
3. Slowly try to bring your arm back toward the floor. Hold for a moment
and return to the first position.
Thoracic Extension & Curl Up
To help loosen tight neck, back, and shoulders and improve upper-body
mobility.
1. Lie on your back with the roller under your upper back. Bend your
knees and place your feet and gluteus on the floor.
2. Let your head drop back towards the floor as you stretch your arms
back and over your head. Be careful not to lean too far back.
3. Slowly curl forward, tucking your chin, and bring your arms forward.
Single Leg Bridge
To help strengthen hamstrings and hips.
1. Lie on your back and place your hands on the floor, palms down, for
support. Bend one leg and place the roller under the ankle of your
other leg.
2. With your chin tucked in, lift your pelvis, keeping your body in a stiff
bridge position. Be sure to keep your core muscles engaged.
3. Repeat on the other side.
Hip Bridge
To help strengthen hamstrings and hips
1. Lie on your back and place your hands on the floor, palms down, for
support. Place your feet on the roller with your knees bent.
2. Push with your feet to lift your hips off the floor. Keep your back
straight and your core muscles engaged.
Push Up
To help release neck and shoulder tension and strengthen chest muscles.
1. Lower yourself into a push-up position, with one arm straight, one
palm on the floor. Place your other palm on the roller. Bend to position
both of your shoulders at the same level.
2. Bend your elbows as you lower your body to the floor. Keep your core
engaged. Inhale as you lower yourself.
3. Straighten your arms and exhale as you raise yourself back up
Shoulder Mobility
To help relieve tight shoulders and back muscles and to improve upper-
body mobility.
1. Kneel on the floor and place your hands on the roller.
2. Slowly push the roller forward by lowering your upper body and
shoulders. As you roll forward, turn your palms upward.
3. Roll backwards to return to the starting position.
Shoulder and Core Stability
To help relieve tight shoulders and back muscles and to improve upper-
body mobility.
1. Kneel on the floor and rest your hands on the roller in front of you.
2. Lift one arm while exhaling and tightening your abdominal muscles.
3. Hold for a few seconds and then lower your arm as you inhale.
PRO TIP: Resting on the roller while vibration is on can help strengthen
shoulders and core.
Hip Adductor Exercise
To help relieve adductor muscles and improve lower-body mobility.
1. Lie on your back with your hands at your sides and your knees bent.
2. Place the roller between your knees.
3. Squeeze the roller by tightening your inner thigh muscles.

IMPORTANT USAGE NOTES
• Use the Surger Plus’s vibration only on soft tissues. Do not use vibration on
your head, neck, upper back. Do not use on eyes, heart, genitals, or other
sensitive areas.
• Check the areas you are treating frequently and stop immediately at the first
sign of pain or discomfort.
• Bruising can occur regardless of the vibration speed level selected.
• Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin. We recommend using the Surger Plus
over clothing (e.g. form-fitting athletic wear, leggings, etc.).
• Keep hair, fingers, and other body parts out from under the Surger Plus.
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, AND STORAGE
• Completely power off, or unplug, and allow to cool before cleaning or storing.
• Use a slightly damp cloth or soft towel to wipe any dirt or moisture from
Surger Plus after use. Do not use abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners.
• Always power off the device before cleaning, storing, or transporting.
• Store the unit fully charged, in a cool, dry place.
• If storing long-term, charge the battery at least every 6 months; holding a
charge prevents damage to the battery.
• Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble. Battery is not removable or
replaceable.
