CORD AND PLUG CONNECTOR
FOR USE WITH PROFILE TRACK SYSTEM ONLY
WARNING:
~INSTALL CORD AND PLUG CONNECTOR INTO THE TRACK BEFORE PLUGGING CORD INTO THE WALL RECEPTACLE.
~DO NOT USE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TO SUPPORT THE CORD. ASEPARATE SUPPORT FOR THE CORD MUST BE USED.
~DO NOT PIERCE CORD INSULATION WHEN MOUNTING IT TO ASURFACE.
oDO NOT ATTACH AN EXTENSION CORD TO THE CORD AND PLUG CONNECTOR.
~PLUG CORD INTO APOLARIZED RECEPTACLE ONLY.
oDO NOT EXCEED 1200 WATTS ON THE TRACK.
A. INSTALLING IN-LINE SWITCH TO CORD.
1.Ensure POLARIZED PLUG is not plugged into aPOLARIZED RECEPTACLE.
2. Follow the instructions included with the switch when mounting it to the CORD.
3. Install CORD and PLUG CONNECTOR into the track before inserting the POLARIZED
PLUG into the RECEPTACLE, ,&
B. INSTALLING CORD AND PLUG CONNECTOR INTO THE TRACK.
1. Point the POLARITY TAB away from the BEAD ON the track.
2, Insert ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR into track. Ensure CONTACT .== ~%
BLADES insert into the GAP of the TRACK COPPER CONDUCTOR.
3. Tighten LOCKING SCREW.

included with the track unit.

5. Support the cord taking care not to puncture the insulation. ~/

2. THE WATTAGE ON THE TRACK MUST NOT EXCEED 1200

WAllS. Add all lamp wattages on the track. The sum must be
under 1200. NOTE: For fixtures with magnetic Iowvoltage
transformers. The wattage used to calculate the load is as
follows: 75 watt lamp use 90 watts in calculation; 50 watt lamp
use 60 watts in calculation.
