Care and Maintenance
For safe and troublefree operation, there are a few routine measures which should be performed
every day the lift is used.
• Visually inspect the patient lift and check for external damage or wear.
• Check that all screws are tight.
• Check that the safety latches on the sling bar work properly.
• Check the hand control and the lift and width movements.
• Check the emergency lowering function.
• Charge the battery every night after use, or with the frequency needed.
If needed, clean the patient lift with warm water or ethanol. Warning! Do not use chemicals
containing phenol or chlorine, since the aluminium parts may be damaged.
Golvo should be thoroughly serviced at least once per year. Pay particular attention to parts that
show wear, for example, joints, bolts, etc. Service must be carried out according to Liko service
manual and by authorised staff.
WARNING!
Use only authorised Liko service personnel and Liko spare parts.
Transportation and storage
During transportation, or when the patient lift is not to be used for some time, the emergency
button should be pushed in. When storing, keep the patient lift at a temperature exceeding
freezing point and at a relative humidity no more than 60%.

Tillsyn och underhåll
För problemfri användning bör vissa detaljer kontrolleras varje dag lyften används:
• Inspektera lyften och kontrollera att inga yttre skador har skett
• Kontrollera skruv och låsmutter som fäster lyftbygeln
• Kontrollera lyftbandets slitage, samt att bandet inte är vridet
• Kontrollera urkrokningsskyddets funktion
• Kontrollera manövreringen av lyftrörelsen
• Kontrollera att lyftområdet är korrekt inställt och att nödsänkningen fungerar
• Ladda batterierna efter varje dag lyften använts och kontrollera då att laddaren fungerar
Rengör lyften med varmt vatten eller tvättsprit vid behov, och se till att hjulen är fria från smuts
och hår.
OBS! Använd inte rengöringsmedel som innehåller fenol eller klor, eftersom detta kan skada
aluminium och polyamidmaterialen.
VIKTIGT!
Reparation och underhåll skall endast utföras av Liko auktoriserad personal och med
originalreservdelar.
Transport och lagring
Under transport, eller då lyften inte ska användas under en längre tid, bör lyften förvaras
frostfritt och ej över normal luftfuktighet (ca 60%)
Tillsyn och kontroll
Minst en gång per år ska Golvos förslitningsdetaljer, tex leder, bultförband, bandinfästningar m
m, kontrolleras i enlighet med Likos serviceinstruktioner och av auktoriserad personal.
Serviceavtal
Liko erbjuder möjlighet att teckna serviceavtal för underhåll och återkommande provning av er
