Stick Mixer White 250W

Read these instructions carefully before using your stick mixer, and keep it carefully.
If you follow the instructions, your stick mixer will provide you with many years of
good service.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before using, check that the voltage of wall outlet
corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate.
3. Do notoperate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorizedservice facility
for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or an authorizedservice agent
or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting
on or taking moving component, and before
cleaning.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot
surface.
7. Do not immerse upper part of blender into water as
this would give rise to electric shock.
8. Close supervision is necessary when your
appliance is being used near children or infirm
persons.
9. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving
parts.

10. Keep hands and utensils out of container while
blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons
or damage to the blender. A scraper must be usedonly
when the blender is not running.
11. The use of accessory not recommended by the
manufacturer maycause injuries to persons.
12. Do notoperate the appliance for other than its
intended use.
13. Do not use outdoors.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reducedphysical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliances by a person responsible for their
safety.
15. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
16. Be care of potential injury from misuse.
17. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cutting blades,emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
18. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food
processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming.

19. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if
it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning;
20. Do not allow children to use the blender without
supervision.
21. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from
supply before changing accessories or approaching
parts that move in use.
22. This appliance is intended to be used in household
and similar applications such as:
– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments;
– Farm houses;
– By clients in hotels, motels and other residential
type environments;
– Bed and breakfast type environments.
23. Save these instructions.
24. Never operate the appliance with wet hands.
25. It is recommended to have a residual current
device (safety switch) installed by qualified
electrician to provide additional safety protection
when using all electrical appliances.

KNOW YOUR STICK BLENDER
USING YOUR STICK BLENDER
Important: Ensure that the stick blender is unplugged from the power outlet before
assembling or removing attachments.
Note: The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s. Max operation duration
under high speed per time less than 1 minute. Minimum 3 minutes rest time shall be
maintained between two continuous cycles; Proportion of food: 400g carrot and
600g water.
1. Simply plug the stick blender to power outlet.

2. Lower the stick blender into food and depress the speed switch at the top of the
motor unit.
3. To stop the stick blender take your fingers off the switch button.
4. The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substance, and cannot be
used for breaking ice.
5. When blending vegetable or fruit, usually certain amount of purified water has to
be add to facilitate the smooth running of appliance.
CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the chopper lid.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable shaft of the blender and chopper lid in water
because overtime the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable shaft under running water, without the use of abrasive
cleaner or detergents. After finishing cleaning the detachable shaft, place it upright
so that any water which may have got in, can drain out.
3. Wash the cup and blade in warm soapy water. The cup is not recommended to
place in dishwashing machine as the plastic component deteriorated through
prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as
an electric shock may occur.
5. Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
For a quick wash up
Between processing tasks, hold the stick blender in the cup half filled with water and
turn on for a few seconds.
