THE APPLIAN E AND SAVE IT FOR ANY FURTHER NEED.
Incorrect operation or usage is likely to cause damage to the
appliance and injure the user. Make sure that you follow all
safety instructions. Only use this appliance for the purpose for
which it has been designed; we decline all responsibility in the
event of damage due to incorrect use or bad handling.
1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner.
2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. leaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised.

12. Never touch the hot surface of product. Use the handle only
or the button.
13. Never unplug or move the appliance by pulling the cord. Do
not wind the cord around the appliance or twist it

20. Do not forget that the temperature of water prepared is
high, handle with care the jug to avoid scalding.
21. The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
22. Always set any control to “off” before unplugging from the
socket.
23. Make sure the ambient temperature is above 0° , otherwise
the appliance does not function properly.
24. Always descale the appliance regularly to ensure optimum
performance and prevent malfunction.
25. Make sure that the appliance has completely cooled down
before cleaning.
26. This kind of appliance cannot worked continuously, it is not
a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make
temporary stops.
27. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
28. Regarding the instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food thanks to refer to the below paragraph “cleaning”
in manual.
29. Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting,
removing or cleaning.
30. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.

32. Unwind the cord of its flat to avoid the superheating of the
appliance.
33. The guarantee can only cover the manufacturing defect and
household use. All deterioration resulting of failure to
respect the safety instruction are not cover by the
guarantee.

SPE IAL MEASURES
Warning :
- DO NOT remove the lid while the water is boiling.
- Position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle
- If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
- Always ensure that the lid is tightly closed.
-Use only cold water when filling the appliance.
- The water level must be between the MAX. and MIN. marks.
- Insure that the appliance is switched off before removing it
from its stand.
- Avoid any spillage on the connector.
- Heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

Before using the kettle for the first time, fill the kettle with cold water and boil it twice without any
additives then discard the water.
USING YOUR APPLIAN E
1. Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill. Use the water level indicator.
2. Place the kettle on the base and plug in.
3. Switch the kettle to position ‘1’. The control lamp on the water indicator shows that the water is being
boiled.
4. After boiling, the kettle switches off automatically. Disconnect the kettle from the supply socket. Do
not open the lid when pouring. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
5. After the kettle has switched off automatically, there may be a short delay before it can be
re-boiled. This is usually no more than 20 seconds
6. The safety cut-out will operate if you accidently switch on the kettle when it is empty or
allow it to boil dry, wait 15 minutes after cut-out before reuse the kettle.

LEANING AND MAINTENAN E
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the supply socket and fully cooled down before
cleaning.
2. To clean the exterior surfaces, slightly wipe over with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
3. To clean the inner walls of the kettle, use a soft damp cloth or a soft brush to remove the residues
Note: Never use abrasive products
4. Never immerse the jug kettle or its base in water.
5. To clean the filter, open the lid and pull the filter out from the interior body, then rinse with
running water and dry thoroughly.
6. Dish washer forbidden.
7. The appliance has to be descaled regularly to ensure optimum performance. The frequency
depends on the water hardness and the boiling frequency:
If you begin to notice the increase of the noise during boiling, or if the kettle switches off before water
being boiled, this indicates that descaling is necessary.
Generally, the descaling should be done in the following periodicity:
•If you use soft water, at least once every 6 months.
•If you use hard water, at least once every 3 months.
It is highly recommended to use only descaling agent suitable for plastic kettles.
Read carefully the instructions of descaling agent then operate the descaling process step by step.
After the descaling, rinse the inner of the kettle thoroughly with cold water.
