SPECIAL MEASURES
Warning:
- DO NOT remove he lid while he wa er is boiling.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Advices of use:
1. Before firs use, fill he ke le wi h clean wa er o maximum capaci y and boil. Disard he wa er and
repea he process.
2. The ke le should always be unplugged when filling or adding wa er.
3. Fill he ke le wi h wa er o desired level. Do no overfill (risk of spillage).
4. Do no fill wi h less han 0.5L of wa er (“min” indica ion), o preven he ke le from running dry
while opera ing.
5. Do no fill wi h more han 1.5 L of wa er (“max” indica ion) o avoid any spillage.
6. Do no forge o close he lid af er filling, o herwise he ke le will no au oma ically swi ch off af er
use.
7. An au oma ic safe y cu -ou has been fi ed for pro ec ion agains overhea ing, i will opera e if he
ke le is swi ched on when con aining insufficien wa er. Always ensure he wa er inside he ke le
reaches he minimum mark on he wa er level indica or gauge. If he au oma ic safe y cu -ou has
opera ed, swi ch he ke le off, disconnec from he power ou le and allow he ke le o cool down
for 5 o 10 minu es. Then refill and swi ch on, he ke le will work as normal.
8. Af er boiling, he ke le swi ches off au oma ically.
Using Method:
There are 2 main using me hods:
A. Fully boil water: boil wa er from room empera ure o 100°C, no keep warm af er wa er boiled,
af er boiling, he ke le swi ches off au oma ically.

2. Pu he base on he dry, smoo h and horizon al plane, inser he plug in o a socke . When
he ke le is inser ed in o he base, he power pu s hrough au oma ically and appliance
makes a “bi ” sound.
3. Press he On/Off bu on, appliance en ers in o s andby mode, display ligh up, appoin ed
empera ure func ion prese urns on.
4. Press he func ion bu on, 100°C indica ion ligh on, af er 2 seconds s ar glis en, which
means appliance s ar boiling wa er.
5. When wa er reaches 100°C, appliance makes a “bi ” sounds and s ops boiling, display shows
wa er empera ure. Af er en minu es au o urn off, display urns off. When boiling finished,
you can press he On/Off bu on direc ly o urn off he appliance.
6. Af er use, disconnec he ke le from he socke .
B. Boil water directly to set temperature and keep warm: Direc boil wa er o se empera ure
90°C, 85°C, 60°C, 40°C keep warm a se empera ure for 2 hours hen au o urn off.

4. Then press he func ion bu on, se he desired wa er boiling and keep warm empera ure,
every press of he func ion bu on o change he se ing: 100°C (fully boiled) > 90°C(Coffee)
> 85°C (green ea) >60°C (Whi e ea) > (Warm wa er), repea se ing, he selec ed
empera ure indica ion ligh s on.
5. Af er 2 seconds of finish se ing, he empera ure indica ion ligh s ar glis en, which means
appliance s ar boiling wa er o reach se empera ure.
6. When wa er boiled o se empera ure, appliance makes a “bi ” sound and s ops boiling,
hen en ers keep warm func ion, display shows wa er empera ure.
7. When wa er empera ure cools down below se empera ure, he appliance will rehea he
wa er o he se empera ure range.
8. If you don’ s op and urn off he appliance during keep warm func ion, he appliance will
keep warm for longes 2 hours, hen au o urn off, display urn off.
9. During keep warm, you can press On/Off bu on resume o s andby mode, hen press again
o urn off he appliance direc ly.
10. Af er use, disconnec he ke le from he socke .
Notice:
•Any ime when you need o s op he appliance opera ion, press he On/Off bu on o s op i ,
appliance resume o s andby mode, hen press On/Off bu on again o urn i off.
•When urn on appoin ed empera ure func ion and selec 100°C, appliance will s ill urn off and
won’ keep warm af er wa er boiled.

•During boiling or jus finish boiling, you can press he func ion bu on o change he opera ing
func ion.
•This appliance has memory func ion, during keep warm, if you ake he appliance away from base,
af er you pu i back, he keep warm func ion is keeping working.
•Do no open he lid while pouring wa er.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Make sure he appliance is unplugged from he supply socke and fully cooled down before
cleaning.
2. To clean he ex erior surfaces, sligh ly wipe over wi h a sof damp clo h and dry horoughly.
3. To clean he inner walls of he ke le, use a sof damp clo h or a sof brush o remove he
residues.

4. Never immerse he jug ke le or i s base in wa er.
5. Dish washer is forbidden.
6. The appliance has o be descaled regularly o ensure op imum performance. The frequency
depends on he wa er hardness and he boiling frequency.
•If you begin o no ice he increase of he noise during boiling, or if he ke le swi ches off
before wa er being boiled, his indica es ha descaling is necessary.
Generally, he descaling should be done in he following periodici y:
-Wi h sof wa er, a leas once every 6 mon hs.
-Wi h hard wa er, a leas once every 3 mon hs.
•You can use descaling agen (In his case read carefully he ins ruc ions supplied wi h he
produc ) or vinegar.
•Af er he descaling, rinse he inner of he ke le horoughly wi h clean wa er.
