GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of t e appliance can damage it or urt t e user. Assure t at
you use t e appliance for t e use for w ic it is designed, we refuse
any responsibilities as for t e damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Before use c eck t at voltage of your wall outlet correspond
to t e rated voltage manner.
2. T ere is potential injury for misuse.
3. Switc off t e appliance and disconnect from supply before
c anging accessories or approac ing parts t at move in use.
4. Do not operate any appliance wit a damaged cord or plug,

DESCRIPTION
USE
FIRST USE
•Make sure t e appliance is unplugged before any use.
•Before using t e appliance, make sure all parts are clean (refer to “Cleaning and storage”
paragrap ).
•Dry t e base well before placing t e jars in t e containing.
ever place the appliance on a vibrating surface or exposed to air flow. Always let the appliance
motionless during the process. Don’t move it and don’t remove the jars when the appliance is working
in order to avoid compromise the success of your yoghurts.
STARTING
•Mix 1200ml (6 glass bottles) of milk wit 200ml (1 bottle) pure yogurt.
•Always use ingredients at room temperature. T e lower t e room temperature is, t e longer
t e time is necessary.

•For a better result, beat up t e yog urt apart. Add a little milk and beat up again until you
obtain a omogeneous and smoot mixture. Add t e rest of t e milk w ile beating up.
•Put mixture into t e jars.
•Place t e jars, wit out t eir covers, into t e base.
•Place t e main lid on t e yog urt maker.
•Plug t e appliance.
•Press t e On/Off button, t e LCD will display “8:00” (t e default operation time), t en it will
display 7:59, t e appliance works and milk will solidify.
You also can press TIME button to set desired operation time, press t e TIME button once,
t e LCD will display “0:00”, and t e “00” will flas to prompt you set t e minutes by pressing
t e “+” or “-” button.
After setting t e minutes, press t e TIME button again, t e “0” will flas to prompt you set
t e ours by pressing t e “+” or “-” button, t e adjustable range is 0-14. After setting t e
operation time, press t e ON/OFF button once to start.
•To stop it, you can press t e On/Off button at any time.
•Once t e remaining operation time counts down to t e “-:--” and beeps will be eard, t e
operation is finis ed.
•Let t e appliance cool down and remove t e jars. If condensation as formed, don’t let t e
water fall into t e yog urt.
•Screw t e lids onto glass jars and mark production date or flavour on t e lid.
•Place t e jars in refrigerator at least 2 ours before serving.
If the power supply has been broken off or unplug the power cord unintentionally during operation (not
exceed 10minutes), the appliance will be continued previous operation automatically. In the event the
pause time exceeds 10 minutes, the display shows the default setting, and the appliance must be re-
started.
PREPARATION SUGGESTIONS
-Concerning t e milk :
•For an easier use, c oose w ole or semi-skimmed UHT milk; t ey don’t require boiling.
•If you c oose raw or pasteurized milk, you ave to boil it, t en cool it and strain to remove
t e skin.
•For a creamy and tasty yog urt, c oose w ole milk.
•To get a firmer texture, you can add powdered milk.
•
-Preparation time : 8 to 12 ours preparation
-Concerning t e ferment :
•You can use plain yog urt sold in s ops.
•You can use yog urt made before.
•You can use a freeze-dried ferment (it will take 2 more ours to prepare).
-Yog urt conservation :
•Keep t e yog urt in refrigerator.
•Consume yog urt wit in 8 to 10 days maximum.

If use the milk made from milk powder, it must be filtered, if use the soybean milk, it is important that
the soybean milk must be boiled. And they must be cooled to equal or less than 40℃, either the milk
made from milk powder or the soybean milk.
If the yogurt has a yellow and white luster and has a form of “bean curd jelly”, it means the yogurt is
perfect.
If the operation time is too long, it will produce ramification (yellowy liquid), the taste is very acetous, it
is normal, the ramification can be separated and serve. The ramification is rich of lactobacillus and vitamin
B.
