Overview.
The Pay—Mobile is our poable point
of sale device with a built-in terminal to
receive payments.
Included in the box:

Pay—Mobile / Get staed
Install your
hardware.
Sta by connecting to the power.
Then turn on your device.
Hold down the power buon to
turn o the card terminal.
Then press Power o.
Hold down the power buon to
resta the card terminal.
Then press Reboot.
1. Connect the power cable to the back of the
dock, plug it in to a power outlet, then charge
your device by placing it in the dock.
3. Press the Power buon on the right side of
the device.
2. You can also charge your device by
connecting the power cable directly into the
left side of the terminal.
4. The Loomis–Pay app will sta automatically
once the device has booted up.

Connect
to WiFi.
All terminals come with a 4G SIM
card. We recommend that you
connect the card terminal to WiFi
for a more stable connection.
1. Tap the Seings wheel at the boom of the
login screen.
3. Press the Back arrow in the footer menu to
return to the login screen.
2. Tap on WiFi and connect to your
preferred network.

Open the back cover, inse the receipt roll, and then close the back cover.
Pay—Mobile / Get staed
Receipt roll.
The Pay Desk—Mobile comes with
a receipt roll pre-installed, plus 6
additional rolls.
Follow the instructions on the right
to replace the receipt roll.
Contact our suppo team to order
more rolls. Contact info can be
found on page 30.

Log in.
The app stas automatically when
the terminal is switched on.
If you have changed the PIN in the
Loomis—Pay poal, log in with the
PIN you created.
Otherwise, enter PIN 1234. Then
press the Log in buon.

Open cash
register.
Once you have logged in, you will see
when the most recent cash balancing
was made.
To open the cash register and sta a
new sale, press Sta the register.

Cash balance.
Once you have opened the cash
register, you will see this window.
Here you must specify the cash balance
to sta the day.
If you sta the day with 0 in cash, enter
0 and press OK.
If you, have a cash balance of 1,000,
enter 1,000 and press OK.
The cash register is now open and
ready for sale.






Main menu.
On the right is an example register
showing the main menu screen.
Print receipt copy

Print a copy of the most
recent receipt.
Remove all products from the
shopping ca.
Search for a product using
the item number.
Search for a product using
the product name.
Add a comment to the order.
Tap the arrow at the boom to
open and close the shopping ca.
Press the round buon in the lower
right corner.
No products on your Point of Sale? Go to page 12 to learn
more about how to add products in the Loomis—Pay poal.
Save the order without
completing it. Find it under
Orders in the side menu.
Order discount
Enter a number and then press
Discount Amount or Discount%.

To access the side menu, tap the white
bars at the top left.

Log out
Return to the main menu of the cash
register. If changes have been made to the
menus, select this to refresh the register.
Receive orders for a table. An order for a table
can only be accessed from here.
Get a list of all open and closed orders. See today’s sales, end today’s sales, and
manage your cash balance.
Press to open the cash drawer if one
is connected.
Use it to repo errors.
Cash register and terminal seings menu.
Log users out of the terminal.

To activate the payment menu, press the ⋮
buon in the lower right corner and press the
desired payment method twice.
Print unpaid receipt
Split the bill
Currency
Order discount groups
Order discount Add note Save order
Prints an unpaid sale that can be shown to
the customer when needed.
Divide the bill into several payments.
Change the currency of the payment to
make it easier for tourists and travelers.
Oer xed discounts on a ceain
amount or percentage.
Enter a number and then press
Discount Amount or Discount%
Add a comment to the order. Saves orders. Find it under Orders
in the side menu.
