Instructions for Roll Tray Kit
Parts Included:
(1) Roll Tray with Slides Attached
(1) Pair of Cabinet Member Slides
(2) Mounting Back Sockets
(2) 1/8” Snap-on Spacers
(6) #6 x 5/8” Wood Screws
(2) #6 x 1” Wood Screws
(1) RTBP Kit (Includes bumpers & #6 screws)
STEP 1 Remove the doors from the cabinet. Attach mounting back sockets to cabinet slides by sliding back
socket over back of slide.
Installation at Bottom of Cabinet
Mounting back socket to be installed with dowel facing towards inside of cabinet.
Installation at Desired Height
Mounting back socket to be installed with dowel facing towards outside of cabinet.
Make sure the slide is oriented as shown in detail below and snap 1/8” thick roll tray spacer onto
cabinet member.
Repeat step for opposite cabinet member slide.
Tools Needed:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
Tape Measure
Drill
7/64” Drill Bit
Level
Marking Tool

Place slides in cabinet in desired location.
Installation at Bottom of Cabinet
Place slide assembly with mounting back socket in corner
of cabinet where back panel/end panel/bottom meet.
Attach mounting back socket to back panel using (3) #6 x
5/8” screws.
Installation at Desired Height
Place slide assembly with mounting back socket dowel at
desired height using end panel holes provided. Attach
mounting back socket to back panel using (3) #6 x 5/8”
screws.
Repeat step for opposite cabinet member.
STEP 2
STEP 3Place a level on the slide, once the slide is level
make a mark using the top hole on the slide. Pre-
drill a 1” deep by 7/64” diameter hole. Attach slide
to frame using 1” provided screws. Repeat step
on opposite side of face frame opening.

Installation of Roll Tray Bumper Protector Kit
Place the bumper directly on top of the roll tray guide and
along the edge of the roll tray front. Fasten the bumper to
the roll tray with the #6 x ½” screw provided.
Slide the roll tray into the cabinet members located on
the slide rail assemblies. Reattach the cabinet doors.
Utility Cabinet Installation
If installing roll trays into a utility cabinet, please
reference Steps 1-3 above.
