About the product
The Touch & Grill Air is the ideal companion for your next
barbecue. Connect the two temperature sensors to the device
to monitor the temperature of your meat or grill; and control
your lights, blinds and music with the integrated Loxone
Standard T5 touch points.

Installation
The device will enter learn-in mode by default when first set up,
but this device can be used as a standalone device too.
• If you want to connect the device to the Miniserver after
standalone use, first connect it the power supply. Once de-
vice has powered on, hold the lower middle touch point (T7)
for at least 5 seconds (this should be done within 10 seconds
of powering on the device). The upper LED indicator will
signal that the device is now in learn-in mode. You can now
do a search for the device and add it to the Miniserver.
• A short press of the upper middle touch point (T6) allows
you to switch between the temperature sensors, the timer
and the time. The colour of the LED indicates which sensor
is currently selected.

• A short press of T7 will start the timer. Press and hold T7
for 3 seconds to deactivate a timer or set a new timer. The
display will flash if the new timer function is activate. Use
the left and right corner touch points to adjust the hours
and minutes. Tap the T7 touch point once again to confirm.
•To turn on the device, press and hold T6 for 3 seconds, or
plug in the Micro USB (when the device is off).
• To turn it off, press and hold T6 for 3 seconds.

• Use only manufacturer-approved chargers, accessories and
power supplies.
• Prevent the jacks from coming into contact with conductive

• If any part of the device is cracked or broken, stop using the
device immediately and get in contact with Loxone.
• To prevent damage avoid direct sunlight.
• Before storing the product make sure that the battery is fully
charged.
• Allow for a complete charge cycle of the Li-Ion battery
every 6 months.

• Keep out of reach of children and animals.
• Take note of the ambient and storage temperatures. Using
or storing the device outside the recommended temperature
ranges may damage the device or reduce the battery’s
lifespan.
• Do not use the device itself in a hot environment or near
fire.
• The temperature sensors will get hot during use.
• Only use the temperature sensors to measure the tempera-
ture of meat or the interior temperature of a barbecue.
• Prevent any electrical conduction to the temperature
sensors.
