1. Removeallprotectivepackaging.
2. Undothestainlesssteelhoistingringandremovethestainless
steelguard.
3. Connecttomainspower.
4. Setthetimerforthedesiredsterilisationtime(Seepage2).
Thedefaulttimeis30minutes.
5. Replacethestainlesssteelguardandreplaceandtightenthe
stainlesssteelhoistingring.
6. Placethesteriliserinthecentreoftherequiredsterilisationspace
andlockthecasterwheelsinplace.
7. Ensure that the infrared sensor faces the  entrance of the
sterilisationspace.
8. Whentheindicatorlightisonthesteriliserisoperational.
9. CAUTION!Leavethesterilisationareawithin30secondsto
avoidUVexposure.
NEVER expose your eyes or skin to direct ulraviolet light!
10. Theunitwillturnoffautomaticallyafterthepresetsterilisation
timeiscompleted.
11. Theareamustbeventilatedfor30minutes(orassuggestedin
thefollowingsection)afterdisinfection.
12. If someone enters the room during disinfection, the unit will
turn off automatically. To continue sterilisation, turn off the
powerswitchandturnonagainafter30seconds.Leavethe
areaimmediately.
13. For the most effective sterilisation ensure that the regular
lightingintheareatobedisinfectedisswitchedoffwhilstthe
disinfectionisunderway.
14. After the sterilisation unit has switched off it is important to
ventilate the area before allowing normal occupancy of the
particularworkarea.

• Generalhealthstandardssuggestthatpeopleshouldnotbeinindoorareaswithanozonecontentof0.04ppm(partspermillion).
• Itis important toproperlyventilatethe areapost sterilisation toreducetheozone content. Seethe DISINFECTION TIMEAND
RELATIVEAREAtablebelowforguidelines.
• Theozonecontentintheairisinuencedbyambienttemperature,humidityandatmosphericpressure.SeetheOZONECONTENT
TESTbelowwhichwascompiledinarelativespaceandenvironment,andthedataisforreferenceonly.
• Anozonecontentof1ppmintheairequals2.144mg/m3.
• During sterilisation with the ozone version of the UV sterilisation unit, the ozone level will increase as long as the unit is operational.
Forgreatersterilisationofagivenarea,theunitmaybeusedforlongerthan30minutes,aslongasproperventilationisdoneafterwards.
TheINLED™UVsteriliserunitwiththeoptionalozonewavelengthlampprovidesadditionalsterilisationthroughthesterilisingaction
ofozone(O3).

sterilisationtheunitwillturnoffautomaticallyastheinfraredsensordetectsmovement.Inordertocontinuesterilisation,turnoffthe
powerswitchandturnonagainafter30seconds.Sterilisationtimesettingoptions:10seconds,1minute,5minutes,10minutes,30
minutes.Defaulttimeis30minutes.

1. ALL PEOPLE MUST VACATE THE AREA IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE UV-C LIGHT IS SWITCHED ON OR BECOMES OPERATIONAL.
LIKEWISE ANIMALS AND BIRDS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AREA BEFORE STERILISATION BEGINS.
2. PLANTS AND/OR ARTWORK MUST EITHER BE REMOVED OR BE PROPERLY PROTECTED SO AS TO AVOID DIRECT IRRADIATION.
3. NEVER EXPOSE ANYBODY’S SKIN OR EYES TO DIRECT ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION.
4. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE UV-C LIGHT UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
5. THE UV-C STERILISATION UNIT MUST ONLY BE OPERATED BY TRAINED PERSONNEL.
6. DO NOT USE UV-C LIGHT AS A CONVENTIONAL LIGHT.
7. THE UV-C LIGHT MUST NOT BE USED FOR LONGER THAN IS RECOMMENDED IN THE MANUAL.
8. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UV-C LIGHT UNIT IN WATER AND/OR DO NOT WASH WITH WATER. TO AVOID DAMAGING THE UNIT,
KEEP IT DRY AT ALL TIMES.
