ACCESSING TEST MODE
TEST
1) Machine off, door open.
2) Press and hold the ENTER and START buttons
simultaneously and turn on the machine with the
green ON/OFF button.
3) Once the machine is on, release the ENTER and
START buttons simultaneously.
4) If the procedure has been performed correctly, the
230V actuators and the low voltage inputs will be
shown on the 1st and 2nd rows of the display
respectively.

Press the INVIO/ENTER button to activate the vacuum pump and the air
outlet solenoid valve. On the BABY S model, only the air outlet solenoid
valve is activated.

Press the INVIO/ENTER button to activate the chamber heater element.
Check that the element heats up.

LOW VOLTAGE INPUT TESTS WITH DOOR OPEN

1= Minimum tank level.
1= Maximum tank level.
3= Door microswitch
4= Pressure switch activated and correctly connected.
The numbers on the second row are displayed if the level signals are absent
or if the door is open.
The numbers on the second row are not displayed (with the exception of
number 4) if the signals are activated.
Take particular care with number 3, as there are two separate
microswitches. The first is a 230V switch which activates the NA solenoid
valve, the second is a low voltage switch. The only means to check if this
latter switch has been activated is to observe the second row of the display
while closing the door.

SETTING THE ELECTRONIC BOARD
With the machine off and the door open, press
the main ON/OFF power switch.
Press the SELECT + button to select cycle 7.
At first the software release version is
displayed, followed by the parameters
illustrated.

CHAMBER TEMPERATURE STERILISING TEMPERATURE
Turn off the main ON/OFF switch and connect
the connector (code…….)
Turn on the main ON/OFF switch with the
connector (code…….) attached to the printer
socket (not the printer).
Press the INVIO/ENTER button. The script
shown in the figure is displayed.
The first row displays the parameter name,
while the adjustable value is displayed on the
second row.

Press the + and –buttons to adjust the value
(default value Ø). This adjusts the autoclave
operating temperature. Set negative values (-1,
-2 etc.) to increase the operating temperature,
set positive values (+1, +2 etc.) to decrease the
operating temperature.
After setting the desired value, press the
INVIO/ENTER button to access the next
parameter.
ADJUSTING TEMPERATURE
The script shown here is displayed. Press the +
and –buttons to adjust the vacuum time in
seconds (default value 180). For models with
no vacuum pump, the default value is
approximately 2. This procedure must only be
performed with models equipped with a
vacuum pump.
After setting the desired value, press the
INVIO/ENTER button to access the next
parameter.
ADJUSTING VACUUM PRESET
The script shown here is displayed. Press the +
and –buttons to adjust the time, in seconds,
during which the diaphragm pump fills the
chamber with water. The optimum value is
usually 35 for the 16 litre chamber and 20 for
the 7 litre chamber (BABY S).
After setting the desired value, press the
INVIO/ENTER button to access the next
parameter.
ADJUSTING CHAMBER FILL TIME
The script shown here is displayed. Press
buttons + and –to adjust the instrument drying
temperature, regulating the heating element
routed around the chamber, the vacuum pump
and the solenoid valve connected to the pump.
After setting the desired value, press the
INVIO/ENTER button to access the next
parameter. Parameters may vary for other
models.
ADJUSTING DRYING TEMPERATURE
After making the required settings, remove the connector and turn off the machine with the ON/OFF
switch.

SIGNIFICANCE OF FLASHING DOTS DISPLAYED DURING
STERILISATION CYCLE WITH DOOR CLOSED
ATTENTION: PRESSURE SWITCH CALIBRATION
PROCEDURE
The following conditions are necessary:
New door seal.
Door correctly adjusted.
Chamber clean.
Solenoid valves hermetically sealed.
The dot must be displayed between 112° and 117°,
with relative printout (pressure switch activation
point).

RESETTING MODIFICATIONS MADE
1) Machine off, door open.
2) Press and hold the INVIO/ENTER, SELECT+ and
SELECT- buttons simultaneously and turn on the
machine with the green ON/OFF button.
3) This procedure cancels all parameter modifications
made and restores the default values.
