SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following basic precautions must always be taken before using the 12 in 1 Steam Cleaner
(hereinafter referred to as ‘appliance’):
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Read the instructions for use carefully and store them safely.
• Only use this appliance in accordance with instructions in this user manual.
• Prior to use, check that the mains voltage is the same as the mains voltage stated on the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an earthed socket.
• The guarantee will expire immediately if damage has been caused by failing to comply with this user
manual. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by non-compliance with the user manual,
negligent use or use which does not comply with conditions in this user manual.
• Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, but only if they are supervised, have been
instructed to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand the hazards involved.
• Keep the appliance and power cord out of the reach of children below the age of 8 years.
• This appliance is not a toy and should be kept under strict supervision to prevent children from using the
appliance as a toy.
• Do not allow children to clean or maintain this appliance unsupervised.
• Always remove the power plug from the socket:
o before you move the appliance;
o before you store the appliance;
 obeforeyoutorremoveaccessories;
o before you clean or maintain the appliance;
o after you have used the appliance.

ELECTRICITY AND HEAT
• Check the power cord regularly for damage.
• Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug shows signs of damage. If the power cord or plug is
damaged,haveitreplacedbyaqualiedservicecentre.
• Do not use the appliance if it has become faulty, fallen or been damaged in any way. Deliver the appliance
tothemanufacturerortheclosestqualiedservicecentreforinspectionorrepair.
• When removing the power plug from the socket, pull on the power plug itself, not the cord.
• Prevent the power cord from touching water, hot surfaces or steam.
• Do not operate the appliance using an external time switch or a separate remote control system.
• Use a 10 amp cable if an extension cable is required. Cables with lower amperage may burn out. When
plugging in the cable, make sure people cannot accidentally pull it out or trip over it.
• Prevent overload by not connecting too many appliances in a group.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid, to avoid the risk of electric shocks. Do not touch
the appliance if it has fallen into water. Remove the power plug from the socket, switch the appliance OFF
and do not use it again.

WARNING !
- Parts of this appliance can become hot. Do not touch these parts to avoid burning yourself.

- Risk of injury! Never hold your hand in front of the steam nozzle.
- Only use the appliance once parts have been properly installed.

OPERATION
How to assemble and use as floor mop:
1) Attach the mop head to the main body as follows: Insert the
swivel joint into the designated hole in the main body until it locks into
place with the lock button (you will hear a click).
2) Insert the handle into the main body until it locks into place with
the handle lock button on the main body (you will hear a click).
USE
• This appliance is intended for domestic or similar use.
• The use of accessories not recommended by the appliance manufacturer could lead to injury.
• Only use the appliance indoors, in dry areas and not in the vicinity of water.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. This can cause a fatal electric shock!
• Remove the power plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use or is being cleaned.
•Donotallowthepowercordtohangoversharpedgesandkeepitawayfromhotobjectsandnakedames.
• Never use the appliance if the power cord shows signs of damage, if the appliance has fallen on the ground
or shows any other signs of damage. In such cases, take the appliance to an expert for inspection and have
it repaired if necessary.
• Never allow children to use domestic appliances as toys or without supervision. Children are unable to judge
the hazards associated with incorrectly using electric appliances.
• Children in the vicinity of the appliance must always be supervised by an adult.
• Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it is in use.
• Never direct steam towards people, animals, plants, wall sockets, electric wiring or appliances containing
electric components, such as the interior of an oven.
•Donotusetheappliancewithoutthemicro-berclothpadinplace.
•Neverusetheappliancewithoutwater;llthewatertankbeforeuse.The appliance will heat up with an
empty water tank and this will damage the appliance. Top up the water tank during use, before running
out of water to prevent damage to the appliance.
• Be extra cautious when using the appliance on stairs.
• Keep your work area well illuminated.
• Never put cleaning detergents or deodorants into the water tank; this will make operation unsafe and
damagetheappliance.Alwaysusecleandrinkingwatertolltheappliance’swatertank.Inareasfeaturing
hard water, distilled water should be used for better performance.
• Never block the steam openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, where steam openings may
be blocked. Keep steam openings free of lint, hair, etc.
• The appliance must not be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking
water.
• Always switch OFF the appliance before changing accessories.
•DonotswitchONtheapplianceuntilaccessorieshavebeenttedproperly.
• Always allow accessories to cool down before changing to another accessory.
• Only use the appliance in upright position.
• Never direct the steam at one point for too long.
• Do not use the appliance to clean materials that are not suitable for steam cleaning, such as leather,
synthetics,upholstery,orwaxedoors.Ifindoubt,testthesteamcleaneronasmallsectionofthematerial
which is out of sight.
• Once the appliance has been used and switched OFF, it will continue to emit steam for about 10 seconds.
This is normal because the appliance still contains steam until it has cooled down.
• Make sure your hands are dry before touching the appliance, power cord or plug.
• Never use the appliance in damp conditions or humid rooms.
• Never insert objects in any of the appliance’s openings.
•Onceyouhavenishedusingtheappliance,emptyanyremainingwaterfromthewatertank.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly after use.

3)Placethemicro-berclothpadontothemopheadandfastenthemicro-berclothpadbypulling
the cord while pressing the toggle.
4)Whenusingtheapplianceoncarpets,placethemophead-featuringthemicro-bercloth-ontothe
carpet glider .
NOTE: Do not operate the appliance with the carpet glider without the micro-ber cloth in place.
5) To add water to the water tank , hold the appliance at a 45° angle, open the water tank cover and
addwaterintothewatertank.Closethewatertankcoveroncethetankhasbeenlledtothe
maximum level.
6)Oncetheapplianceisfullyassembledandthewatertankhasbeenlledwithwater,unwindthepowercord
completely and plug it into a grounded socket.
7) The power switch will be in OFF position when “O” is pressed, and in ON position when “I” is pressed.
To switch ON the appliance, place the power switch into “I” position; the power switch LED will then
turn red. After approximately 20-35 seconds, the appliance will start emitting steam. Note: It is normal for a
little bit of water to be ejected from the nozzle before steam starts to appear.
8)Slowlypassovertheintendedsurface.Itisrecommendedtosweeporvacuumtheoorpriortousingthe
appliance.
9) To stop emitting steam and to turn OFF the appliance, push the power switch to the OFF position;
the power switch LED indicator will then switch off.
10)Oncenishedcleaning,unplugthepowercordfromthesocket,emptythewatertank,windthepower
cord around the cord wraps and carefully remove the cloth pad from the mop head .
CAUTION: the cloth pad may be very hot! Store the appliance upright in a dry area.

CAUTION: Tosanitizeanareaofyouroor,leavethesteammopheadovertheareaforaminimumof8
seconds, but no longer than 50 seconds. Leaving the steam mop head in a stationary position for longer
than the recommended period could cause build-up of a pale residue or damage the area. This residue can
be removed by using a decalcifying product or with a few drops of vinegar. Only use the appliance on sealed
hardoorslikemarble,ceramic,stone,linoleum,sealedhardwoodoorsandparquet.Ifsurfaceshavebeen
treated with wax, the wax may be removed by the heat and steam action. Do not use on unsealed wooden
oorsorallowtheappliancetoemitsteamonanywoodoorforanextendedperiodoftime.Thiscould
cause the wood grain to rise. Be extra cautious when using on vinyl, linoleum or any other heat sensitive
surface.Toomuchheatcouldmelttheglueintheooring.Itisthusrecommendedtorsttrycleaninga
smallisolatedareaoftheoor.Itisalsorecommendedtochecktheuseandcareinstructionsoftheoor’s
manufacturer to ensure suitability to steam cleaning.
How to assemble and use as hand-held steamer:
• Press the handle lock button and remove the handle from the main body .
• Press the lock button on the main body and remove the mop head from the main body .
• Insert the accessory adaptor tube into the main body , until it locks into place with the lock button
(you will hear a click).
• Choose the appropriate accessories (check accessories list); align and attach to the accessory adaptor ,
then turn it clockwise until it locks into place.
• Press the lock button on the main body to remove the accessory adaptor from the main body .

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning
Before cleaning the appliance, always switch it OFF by pushing the power switch (“O” button),
disconnect it from the mains electricity supply and allow it to fully cool down.
Cleaning
• Drain the remaining water from the water tank and clean the tank after use.
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials or sharp objects like hard brushes or knives.
• Clean the exterior of the casing, the accessories and the power cord with a damp cloth.
• Then dry the exterior with a dry cloth.
How to decalcify in inside of the water tank:
• To clean calcium deposits that build up inside the water tank , add one or two tablespoons of white
vinegar to a full water tank and close the water tank cap . Now shake the contents. DO NOT SWITCH
ON THE APPLIANCE.
• Let the appliance sit for a few hours. Then empty the water tank , rell it with clean water and empty
again until it is rinsed clean. Repeat these steps if there are severe calcium deposit.
Cleaning procedure for removing lime scale (descaling)
You may need to remove lime scale if your appliance starts to produce steam more slowly than usual, or
produces less steam or no steam at all. Lime scale can develop over time on metal components and greatly
affect steam performance. It is necessary to remove lime scale on a regular basis, namely every 25-50 times
that the appliance is used, particularly in areas with hard water. The frequency of lime scale removal depends
on the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the appliance.
How to remove lime scale:
• Prepare a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 tap water and add to the water tank .
• Secure and positon the appliance so steam is released away from the oor or surrounding objects and
surfaces.
• Plug the appliance power plug into the socket and turn the appliance ON by pressing the power switch
(“I” button), and allow the unit to produce steam until the vinegar/water solution has been used up.
• When the water tank is empty, immediately switch OFF the appliance by pressing the power switch
(“O” button).
• Repeat the procedures above as many times as necessary until a normal steam ow rate is achieved.
• Fill the water tank with fresh water and rinse and repeat 2-3 times. Then ll the water tank with fresh water,
turn ON the appliance and let it release steam until the water tank is empty.
• The appliance is now ready to be used.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
This product has a 24 month guarantee. Your guarantee is valid if the product is used in accordance with the
instructions in this user manual and for the purpose for which it is intended. The original purchase receipt
(invoice, till receipt or bill) showing the date of purchase, name of the seller/retailer and item number of the
product must also be submitted. The guarantee only applies to manufacturing errors and/or material defects
and is subject to the following conditions. Repairs carried out under guarantee do not extend the guarantee
period.
1) Labour or material costs will be free of charge within the stated guarantee period, provided the fault is due
to a manufacturing and/or material defect.
2) In case of exchange, defective parts or defective appliances automatically become the property of the
manufacturer.
3) Guarantee claims must be made by the store from which the appliance was purchased.
4) The guarantee only applies to the initial purchase and is non-transferable.
5) The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:
a. accidents, incorrect use, wear and tear and/or neglect;
b. incorrect installation and/or use which is contrary to current statutory, technical or safety standards;
c. connection to a power supply which is different to that stated on the name plate of the appliance;
d. unauthorised adaptation;
e. repairs carried out by third parties;
f. careless transport without suitable packaging and/or protection.
6) Claims cannot be made against these guarantee provisions in case of:
a. losses occurred during transport;
b. removal or alteration of the appliance's serial number.
7) The guarantee excludes cables, lights, glass and parts subject to wear and tear.
8) The guarantee does not entitle any form of reimbursement for damage other than the repair or
replacement of defective components. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any consequential
damage or any other consequences caused by or in relation to the equipment it has supplied.
9) Never return anything for guarantee or service. The package may be refused and you will be liable for any
costs. Instead, contact your retailer or Service Department and they will tell you how to package and send
the appliance.

(hierna 'het apparaat' te noemen).
Algemene informatie
• Lees de gebruikshandleiding goed door en bewaar deze zorgvuldig.
• Gebruik het apparaat alleen zoals beschreven in deze handleiding.
• Controleer vóór gebruik of het voltage van het stopcontact overeenkomt met het voltage zoals vermeld op
het apparaat.
• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een geaard stopcontact.
• De garantie vervalt direct als er schade ontstaat door het niet opvolgen van de instructies in deze
gebruikshandleiding. De fabrikant accepteert geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade veroorzaakt door
het niet opvolgen van de instructies in deze gebruikshandleiding, onachtzaam gebruik of gebruik dat niet
voldoet aan de voorwaarden in deze gebruikshandleiding.

• Zorg ervoor dat reparaties alleen worden uitgevoerd in een gekwaliceerd servicecentrum. Gekwaliceerd
servicecentrum: de aftersalesafdeling van de fabrikant of wederverkoper die gekwaliceerd en geautoriseerd
is reparaties uit te voeren teneinde potentieel gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen. Als u problemen met het
apparaat ondervindt, breng het dan terug naar de aftersalesafdeling of wederverkoper.
Elektriciteit en warmte
• Controleer het stroomsnoer regelmatig op beschadigingen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het snoer of de stekker beschadigingen vertoont. Als het stroomsnoer of de
stekker beschadigd is, schakel dan een gekwaliceerd servicecentrum in.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het niet goed werkt, gevallen is of op enige manier beschadigd is geraakt.
Lever het apparaat dan in bij de fabrikant of het dichtstbijzijnde servicecentrum voor inspectie of reparatie.
• Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact haalt, trek dan aan de stekker zelf, niet aan het snoer.
• Voorkom dat het stroomsnoer in contact komt met water, warme oppervlakken of stoom.
• Het apparaat mag niet in werking worden gesteld door middel van een externe tijdschakelaar of een
afzonderlijk systeem met afstandsbediening.
• Gebruik een 10-ampèresnoer als er een verlengsnoer nodig is. Snoeren met een lager amperage kunnen
doorbranden. Als u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, zorg er dan voor dat anderen het snoer niet per
ongeluk kunnen lostrekken of erover kunnen struikelen.
• Voorkom overbelasting door niet te veel apparaten in een enkele groep aan te sluiten.
- Delen van dit apparaat kunnen heet worden. Raak deze niet aan om te voorkomen dat u zich verbrandt.
- Gevaar op brandwonden door hete stoom.
- Houd handen en andere lichaamsdelen uit de buurt van de hete stoom om brandwonden te voorkomen.
- Richt het apparaat nooit op mensen, planten of dieren (kans op brandwonden).
- Kans op letsel! Houd nooit uw hand voor het mondstuk.
- Gebruik het apparaat pas als alle onderdelen goed zijn bevestigd.

• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof. Dit om de kans op schokken te
voorkomen. Raak het apparaat niet aan wanneer het in het water is gevallen. Trek in dat geval de stekker
uit het stopcontact, schakel het apparaat uit en gebruik het niet opnieuw.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de buurt van ontvlambare materialen of hittebronnen zoals open vuur
of kookplaten.
Gebruik
• Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor huishoudelijk of vergelijkbaar gebruik.
• Het gebruiken van hulpstukken op een wijze die niet door de fabrikant van het apparaat wordt
voorgeschreven, kan tot verwondingen leiden.
• Gebruik het apparaat alleen binnenshuis, in droge ruimtes en niet in de buurt van water.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof. Dit kan een dodelijke schok veroorzaken!
• Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer u het apparaat niet gebruikt of wilt reinigen.
• Laat het stroomsnoer niet over scherpe randen hangen en houdt het uit de buurt van warme objecten en
open vuur.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het snoer of de stekker beschadigingen vertoont of als het apparaat op de
grond is gevallen of andere sporen van schade vertoont. Laat het apparaat in zulke gevallen onderzoeken
en eventueel repareren door een expert.
• Zorg ervoor dat kinderen nooit gaan spelen met huishoudelijke apparatuur; houd altijd toezicht. Kinderen
kunnen de gevaren van het op verkeerde wijze gebruiken van elektrische apparaten niet goed inschatten.
• Kinderen in de buurt van het apparaat moeten altijd onder toezicht van een volwassene staan.
• Blijf altijd bij het apparaat als het in gebruik is.
• Richt het apparaat nooit op mensen, dieren, planten, stopcontacten, elektrische bedrading of apparaten
met elektrische componenten, zoals de binnenkant van een oven.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet zonder microvezelhoes.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit zonder water; vul vóór gebruik het waterreservoir. Dit apparaat wordt snel te
warm als het reservoir leeg is, wat het apparaat kan beschadigen. Vul het reservoir bij voor gebruik en
voordat het reservoir leeg raakt om schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen.
• Wees extra voorzichtig als u het apparaat op trappen gebruikt.
• Houd de werkplek goed verlicht.
• Vul het reservoir nooit met schoonmaakmiddelen of reukverdrijvers; dit is onveilig en kan het apparaat
beschadigen. Gebruik altijd schoon drinkwater voor het vullen van het reservoir. Gebruik in gebieden met
hard water gedestilleerd water voor betere prestaties.
• Blokkeer nooit de stoomopeningen van het apparaat en zet het apparaat niet neer op een zacht oppervlak
om blokkade van de stoomopeningen te voorkomen. Houd de stoomopeningen vrij van pluis, haren
enzovoort.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet bij zichtbare sporen van schade of lekkage of als u het hebt laten vallen.
• Zet het apparaat altijd uit voordat u hulpstukken verwisselt.
• Schakel het apparaat pas in als alle hulpstukken goed zijn bevestigd.
• Laat hulpstukken altijd afkoelen voordat u ze verwisselt.
• Gebruik het apparaat alleen in rechtopstaande positie.
• Richt de stoom nooit te lang op één punt.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet voor het reinigen van materialen die niet geschikt zijn voor stoombehandeling,
zoals leer, synthetische stoffen, stoelbekleding of in de was gezette vloeren. Mocht u twijfels hebben,
gebruik de stoomreiniger dan eerst op een klein stukje vloer dat uit het zicht is.
• Als u het apparaat hebt gebruikt en uitgeschakeld, zal er nog een tiental seconden lang stoom uitkomen.
Dat is normaal, aangezien het apparaat stoom produceert totdat het volledig is afgekoeld.
• Zorg ervoor dat uw handen droog zijn als u het apparaat, het stroomsnoer of de stekker gaat reinigen.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in vochtige ruimten of omstandigheden.
• Steek nooit voorwerpen in de openingen van het apparaat.
• Nadat u het apparaat hebt gebruikt, leeg dan het reservoir, mocht dat nog water bevatten.
• Reinig het apparaat grondig na gebruik.
Waarschuwing
• Kans op letsel! Houd nooit uw hand voor het mondstuk.
• Gebruik het apparaat pas als alle onderdelen goed zijn bevestigd.

BEDIENING
Het apparaat gebruiken als vloerdweil:
1) Bevestig het dweilhulpstuk als volgt aan de body : steek het
zwenkgewricht in de opening onder aan de body totdat het met de
vergrendelknop kan worden vastgeklikt.
2) Steek de handgreep in de opening boven op de body totdat
het met de vergrendelknop kan worden vastgeklikt.
3) Leg de microvezelhoes onder het dweilhulpstuk en bevestig de hoes door aan het koordje te trekken
en tegelijkertijd het sluitertje in te duwen.
4) Als u het apparaat gebruikt voor tapijt, bevestig dan het dweilhulpstuk inclusief microvezelhoes aan het
tapijthulpstuk .
LET OP: Gebruik het apparaat niet met het tapijthulpstuk als er geen microvezelhoes is aangebracht.
5) Om het reservoir te vullen houdt u het apparaat in een hoek van 45°, opent u de reservoirklep en vult
u het reservoir bij . Sluit de reservoirklep zodra het reservoir geheel is gevuld.
6) Zodra alle hulpstukken zijn bevestigd en het reservoir gevuld is met water, kunt u het stroomsnoer
geheel afwikkelen en de stekker in een geaard stopcontact steken.

PAS OP: Om een bepaalde plek op de vloer extra grondig te reinigen moet u het dweilhulpstuk minimaal 8
seconden laten staan, maar niet langer dan 50 seconden. Als u het dweilhulpstuk langer dan de aanbevolen
duur op één plek laat staan, kan dat leiden tot schade of lichte aanslag op de betreffende plek. Deze aanslag
kan worden verwijderd met een ontkalkingsmiddel of enkele druppels schoonmaakazijn. Gebruik het apparaat
alleen op harde vloeren, zoals marmer, tegels, steen, linoleum, geïmpregneerd hardhout of parket. Als de
vloer behandeld is met was, kunnen de hitte en de stoom de waslaag verwijderen. Gebruik het apparaat niet
op niet-geïmpregneerde houten vloeren en laat het apparaat niet langdurig op de vloer staan als het nog
stoom produceert. Hierdoor kan de houtnerf opzwellen of kunnen er vlekken ontstaan. Wees extra voorzichtig
met vinyl, linoleum of andere materialen die kwetsbaar zijn voor hitte. Te veel hitte kan de lijm in het materiaal
oplossen. Aangeraden wordt om eerst een klein stukje van de vloer dat niet in het zicht is te reinigen. Ook
wordt aangeraden de instructies van de leverancier van de vloer door te nemen, om te controleren of de vloer
geschikt is voor stoomreiniging.
Het apparaat gebruiken als handstomer:
• Druk op de vergrendelingsknop van het handvat en trek het handvat uit de body .
• Druk op de vergrendelingsknop en trek het dweilhulpstuk uit de body .
• Steek de adapter voor hulpstukken in de body totdat hij vastklikt met de vergrendelingsknop .
• Kies het gewenste hulpstuk (raadpleeg de lijst met hulpstukken), steek het hulpstuk op de juiste manier in de
adapter en draai het hulpstuk met de klok mee om het te vergrendelen.
• Druk op de vergrendelingsknop en trek de adapter uit de body .
7) De aan-uitknop wordt uitgezet wanneer u op 'O' drukt en aangezet als u op 'I' drukt. Om het apparaat
in te schakelen zet u de aan-uitknop in de 'I'-positie; het ledlampje van de aan-uitknop licht rood op.
Na ongeveer 20–35 seconden begint het apparaat stoom te produceren. Opmerking: Het is normaal dat er
een beetje water uit de stoommond komt voordat er stoom wordt geproduceerd.
8) Haal het apparaat rustig over het te reinigen oppervlak. Aanbevolen wordt om de vloer te vegen of te
stofzuigen voordat u het apparaat gebruikt.
9) Om de productie van stoom te stoppen en het apparaat uit te schakelen zet u de aan-uitknop in de
uitpositie ; het ledlampje dooft.
10) Zodra u klaar bent met schoonmaken trekt u de stekker uit het stopcontact, leegt u het waterreservoir ,
windt u het stroomsnoer om de haspels en verwijdert u voorzichtig de microvezelhoes van het
dweilhulpstuk . PAS OP: De microvezelhoes kan zeer warm zijn! Berg het apparaat in rechtopstaande
stand op in een droge kast of ruimte.

Waarschuwing
Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter tijdens het ontkalken.
Gebruik geen chemische ontkalkingsmiddelen.
De microvezelhoezen reinigen:
• Was met de hand of machinaal op 60 °C.
• Laat de hoezen na het wassen aan de lucht drogen.
• Geen bleekmiddel gebruiken.
• Geen wasverzachter gebruiken.
• Niet strijken.
Opslag
• Berg het apparaat en de hulpstukken op op een droge plaats.
• Open de klep van het waterreservoir als u het apparaat gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing
Voordat u het apparaat reinigt, moet u het uitschakelen door op de aan-uitknop te drukken (zodat deze in
de 'O'-positie staat), de stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken en het apparaat volledig te laten afkoelen.
Schoonmaken
• Verwijder het overgebleven water uit het reservoir en maak het reservoir schoon.
• Gebruik hierbij nooit agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen of scherpe objecten zoals
borstels of messen.
• Reinig de buitenkant van het apparaat, de hulpstukken en het stroomsnoer met een vochtige doek.
• Droog de buitenkant af met een droge doek.
Het waterreservoir ontkalken:
• Voor het verwijderen van kalkresten die zich in het waterreservoir kunnen ophopen, voegt u een scheutje
schoonmaakazijn toe aan het reservoir en sluit u de klep . Schud het apparaat voorzichtig heen en
weer. SCHAKEL HET APPARAAT NIET IN.
• Laat de schoonmaakazijn een paar uur inwerken. Leeg het waterreservoir , vul het met schoon water en
leeg het opnieuw totdat het volledig is schoongespoeld. Herhaal deze stappen in het geval van ernstige
kalkaanslag.
Schoonmaakprocedure voor het verwijderen van kalkaanslag in het apparaat zelf
Als het apparaat langzamer stoom produceert dan gewoonlijk of minder of geen stoom produceert, kan
er sprake zijn van kalkaanslag in het apparaat zelf. Kalk kan zich met verloop van tijd afzetten op metalen
componenten en heeft een nadelige invloed op de werking van het apparaat. Kalkaanslag moet regelmatig
worden verwijderd: na 25–50 keer gebruik, vooral in gebieden met hard water. De exacte frequentie hangt af
van de hardheid van het kraanwater en hoe vaak u het apparaat gebruikt.
Kalkaanslag verwijderen:
• Meng 1 deel schoonmaakazijn met 2 delen kraanwater en schenk dit in het waterreservoir .
• Leg het apparaat zo neer dat de stoom niet op de vloer of andere voorwerpen of oppervlakken is gericht.
• Steek de stekker van het apparaat in het stopcontact en schakel het apparaat in door de aan-uitknop
in te drukken (zodat deze in de 'I'-positie staat). Laat het apparaat stoom produceren totdat het
water-azijnmengsel helemaal is opgebruikt.
• Zodra het waterreservoir leeg is, schakelt u het apparaat uit door op de aan-uitknop te drukken
(zodat deze in de 'O'-positie staat).
• Herhaal deze stappen zo vaak als nodig is om weer een gewone stoomproductie te krijgen.
• Vul het waterreservoir met schoon water en spoel het 2–3 keer goed uit. Vul het waterreservoir opnieuw met
schoon water, schakel het apparaat in en laat het stoom produceren totdat het reservoir leeg is.
• Het apparaat kan nu weer op de normale manier worden gebruikt.

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Dit product komt met een garantie van 24 maanden. Uw garantie is geldig wanneer het product is gebruikt
in overeenstemming met deze gebruikshandleiding en voor het doel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Tevens dient
de originele aankoopbon (factuur, kassabon of kwitantie) overlegd te worden met daarop de aankoopdatum,
denaamvandeverkooprma/winkelierenhetartikelnummervanhetproduct.Degarantiegeldtalleen
voor gebreken die het resultaat zijn van productie- en/of materiaalfouten, en alleen als aan het volgende is
voldaan. Onder garantie uitgevoerde reparaties verlengen de garantietermijn niet.
1) Binnen de vermelde garantieperiode zullen er geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht voor arbeid en
materiaal, mits het gebrek het resultaat is van productie- en/of materiaalfouten.
2) Defecte onderdelen of defecte producten worden in het geval van een productruil automatisch het
eigendom van de fabrikant.
3) Aanspraken op garantie moeten worden gedaan bij de winkel waar het apparaat is gekocht.
4) De garantie geldt uitsluitend voor de eerste aanschaf en kan niet worden overgedragen.
5) De garantie is niet geldig voor schade die is ontstaan door:
a. ongevallen, verkeerd gebruik, slijtage en/of verwaarlozing;
b. foutieve installatie en/of foutief gebruik op een manier die in strijd is met de geldende wettelijke,
technische of veiligheidsnormen;
c. verbinding met een stroomtoevoer die afwijkt van de op het typeplaatje vermelde stroomtoevoer;
d. ongeoorloofde aanpassingen;
e. reparaties uitgevoerd door derden;
f. een onzorgvuldige transportwijze zonder geschikte verpakking respectievelijk bescherming.
6) Er kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt op garantie in het geval van:
a. verliezen tijdens transport;
b. het verwijderen of wijzigen van het serienummer van het apparaat.
7) De garantie heeft geen betrekking op snoeren, lampjes, glas en slijtageonderdelen.
8) De garantie geeft geen recht op schadeloosstelling voor enige schade, anders dan voor de kosten van de
reparatie of vervanging van defecte onderdelen. De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor
indirecte schade of andere schade veroorzaakt door of in relatie tot het geleverde product.
9) Stuur nooit zomaar iets op voor garantie of service. Het pakket kan namelijk geweigerd worden en
eventuele kosten zijn dan voor uw rekening. Neem contact op met de winkelier of serviceafdeling; zij zullen
u vertellen hoe u het apparaat moet verpakken en verzenden.

Les précautions suivantes doivent toujours être observées avant l’utilisation du 12 en 1 Balai Vapeur
(appelé par la suite ‘appareil’) :
Informations générales
• Lire attentivement le mode d’emploi et bien le conserver.
• Utiliser cet appareil conformément aux instructions de ce mode d’emploi.
• Avant l’utilisation, contrôler si la tension du réseau est la même que celle indiquée sur l’appareil.
• Branchez l’appareil uniquement dans une prise de courant mise à la terre.
• La garantie sera immédiatement annulée si les dommages sont causés par le non-respect du mode d’emploi.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages causés par le non-respect du mode d’emploi,
une utilisation négligente ou une utilisation qui ne respecte pas les conditions du mode d’emploi.
• Tenir l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants de 8 ans et plus et des personnes présentant des capacités
physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites, ou un manque d’expérience et de connaissances, si
elles bénécient d’une surveillance et d’instructions concernant la bonne utilisation de cet appareil et

Électricité et chaleur
• Contrôler régulièrement le cordon d’alimentation pour voir s’il est endommagé.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si le cordon d’alimentation ou la che sont endommagés. Si le cordon d’alimentation
ou la che sont endommagés, les faire remplacer par un centre de service qualié.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est défectueux, s’il est tombé ou a été endommagé de façon quelconque.
Remettre l’appareil au fabricant ou centre de service qualié le plis proche pour inspection ou réparation.
• Pour retirer la che de la prise de courant, tirer sur la che elle-même, pas sur le cordon.
• Éviter le contact du cordon d’alimentation avec l’eau, les surfaces chaudes ou la vapeur.
• Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil en utilisant un interrupteur horaire externe ou un système
à télécommande séparé.
• Au besoin, utiliser une rallonge avec un câble de 10 ampères. Les câbles avec un ampérage inférieur
peuvent prendre feu. En branchant le câble, faire attention que personne ne puisse le tirer accidentellement
ou trébucher.
• Prévenir la surcharge en ne branchant pas trop d’appareils sur le même groupe.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide, pour éviter le risque de chocs électriques.
Ne pas toucher l’appareil s’il est tombé à l’eau. Retirer la che de la prise de courant, éteindre l’appareil
et ne plus l’employer.
- Certaines parties de l’appareil peuvent être très chaudes. Ne pas les toucher pour éviter de vous brûler.
- Risque de brûlure par la vapeur.
- Tenir les mains et autres parties du corps loin de la vapeur chaude pour éviter de vous brûler.
- Ne jamais diriger la vapeur sur des personnes, plantes ou animaux (risque de brûlure).
- Risque de blessures ! Ne jamais tenir la main devant la buse de vapeur.
- Utiliser l’appareil uniquement après avoir bien xé les accessoires.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à proximité de sources de chaleur telles que des ammes nues (comme des
cuisinières).
Utilisation
• Cet appareil est prévu pour un usage domestique ou similaire.
• L’utilisation d’accessoires qui ne sont pas recommandés par le fabricant peut mener à des blessures.
• Utiliser l’appareil uniquement à l’intérieur, dans un endroit sec et non pas à proximité d’eau.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide. Cela peut provoquer un choc électrique fatal !
• Retirer la che de la prise de courant lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé ou s’il est nettoyé.
• Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon d’alimentation sur des bords tranchants, et le garder éloigné d’objets
chauds et de ammes nues.
• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, si l’appareil est tombé parterre ou s’il
présente d’autres dommages. En ce cas, présenter l’appareil à un expert pour inspection et le faire réparer si
nécessaire.
• Ne jamais permettre à des enfants d’utiliser des appareils en guise de jouet sans surveillance. Les enfants ne
peuvent pas estimer les risques liés à une utilisation incorrecte d’appareils électriques.
• Les enfants se trouvant à proximité de l’appareil doivent toujours être surveillés par un adulte.
• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil sans surveillance lorsqu’il est en cours d’utilisation.
• Ne jamais diriger la vapeur vers des personnes, animaux, plantes, prises murales, câbles électriques ou
appareils contenant des composants électriques tel que l’intérieur d’un four.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil sans la lingette en microbre.
• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil sans eau, remplir le réservoir d’eau avant l’utilisation. L’appareil deviendra très
chaud si le réservoir d’eau est vide, ce qui endommagera l’appareil. Remplir entièrement le réservoir
pendant l’utilisation, avant qu’il ne soit vide, pour éviter d’endommager l’appareil.
• Faire attention lorsque l’appareil est utilisé sur l’escalier.
• Garder la zone de travail bien éclairée.
• Ne jamais mettre de détergents ou déodorants dans le réservoir d’eau, cela rendra l’opération dangereuse
et endommagera l’appareil. Toujours utiliser de l’eau fraîche du robinet pour remplir le réservoir d’eau. Dans
des régions à eau dure, utiliser de l’eau distillée pour une meilleure performance.
• Ne jamais obstruer les ouvertures à vapeur de l’appareil, ni le placer sur une surface molle où les ouvertures
pourraient être bloquées. Tenir les ouvertures à vapeur exemptes de peluches, cheveux, etc.
• L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé s’il est tombé, s’il présente des signes visibles de dommage ou s’il y a une
fuite d’eau.
• Toujours éteindre l’appareil avant de changer les accessoires.
• Ne pas mettre en marche l’appareil avant que les accessoires aient été correctement xés.
• Toujours laisser les accessoires refroidir avant de passer à un autre accessoire.
• Toujours utiliser l’appareil debout.
• Ne jamais diriger la vapeur trop longtemps sur le même point.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil pour nettoyer des matériaux qui ne supportent pas le nettoyage à la vapeur, comme
le cuir, matières synthétiques, tapisseries ou sols cirés. En cas de doute, essayer le balai vapeur à un endroit
peu en vue.
• Après l’utilisation, et une fois éteint, l’appareil continuera à émettre de la vapeur pendant environ 10
secondes. Ceci est normal parce que l’appareil contient toujours de la vapeur jusqu’à son refroidissement
complet.
• S’assurer d’avoir les mains sèches avant de toucher à l’appareil, le cordon d’alimentation ou la che.
• Ne jamais utilisez l’appareil dans des conditions ou des pièces humides.
• Ne jamais insérer d’objets dans aucune des ouvertures de l’appareil.
• Après l’utilisation de l’appareil, vider l’eau restante du réservoir d’eau.
• Nettoyer soigneusement l’appareil après l’utilisation.
Avertissement
• Risque de blessures ! Ne jamais tenir la main devant la buse de vapeur.
• Utiliser l’appareil uniquement après avoir bien xé les accessoires.
