WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your
Graham-Field distributor immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts.
Use only Lumex replacement parts. Non-Lumex replacement parts
could cause personal injury and damage to the Bath Seat.

INTENDED USE
The Bath Seat is intended for use by individuals who require seating support while
bathing or showering. It is designed to be placed fully inside the bathtub or shower.
Contraindications
WARNING: This product has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lb,
EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.
WARNING: DO NOT use this product as a transfer bench or climbing
device.
WARNING: Use this product only with tub oors wider than 18 3/4″.
ASSEMBLY
Remove the Bath Seat from the box and place it on a at, dry surface.

Attaching the Legs

1. Locate the seat frame (see g. 1); place it upside down on a at, dry surface.
2. Locate the legs (see g. 2).
3. Attach the legs to the seat frame (see g. 3). Depress the locking button at the top of
each leg and slide it into the seat frame until the button protrudes from the hole.
4. Repeat step 3 for each leg.
WARNING: Ensure legs are securely installed and all hardware is tight
before proceeding.
Attaching the Backrest: (Model 7921R and 7921KD Series Only)

1. Locate the backrest (see g. 4).
2. Attach the backrest to the seat frame (see g. 5). Depress the locking buttons and
slide the backrest onto the seat frame until the buttons protrude from the holes.
WARNING: Ensure backrest is securely installed and all hardware is
tight before proceeding.
All Models
WARNING: Ensure the Bath Seat is assembled as described. If the
Bath Seat is not properly assembled and installed, personal injury and
damage to the Bath Seat could result.

Adjusting Leg Height
Push in the adjustment button and move
to the desired height position until it clicks
into place. Ensure legs are locked at the
same height and all leg adjustment buttons
protrude fully through adjustment holes.
WARNING: Ensure all Bath Seat
components are secure before
each use.
Center of Balance During Use
The point where the Bath Seat will tip
forward, rearward or sideward is determined
by its center of balance and stability, and the
center of balance and stability is affected
by the user’s body position and weight
distribution. If you fail to heed the following warnings, falling or tipping may occur and
could cause severe personal injury.
WARNING: To avoid falling or tipping:
Have someone help you until you know the balance points of your Bath
Seat and how to avoid tipping.
Do not put downward weight on one side or corner of the Bath Seat.
Do not put downward weight on the backrest.
Do not reach or lean if you must shift your weight to do so. Ask for help
or use a device to extend your reach.
Never try to reach an object if you must move forward in your seat and
your buttocks do not stay in full contact with the seat.
Never lean backward to reach an object.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Check the Bath Seat weekly for signs of damage or
cracking. If damage or cracking of any component of the Bath Seat
is found, DO NOT use the Bath Seat. Contact your Graham-Field
distributor.
Inspect the Bath Seat weekly and ensure all components are secure.
To clean the Bath Seat, wash it with soap and water or a mild detergent, then rinse.
Ensure the Bath Seat is rinsed well before use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
The following warranty information is a SUMMARY of the complete Product Warranty
provided by GF Health Products, Inc. For the complete warranty, please visit our website
at www.grahameld.com.
GF Health Products, Inc. (“GF”) warrants to the original retail purchaser or lessee
(either is the “Customer”) only, that it will replace or repair components, at GF’s sole
discretion, that are defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service.
The warranty is for parts only and does not include labor or costs of shipping. All
warranties are conditioned upon the proper use of the product strictly in accordance
with applicable GF instructions. Product provided to users as rentals must be serviced
by the provider and inspected prior to delivery. Each user must be properly trained on
the operation and safety of this product prior to use. Within the guidelines set forth in
this document, the frame is warranted for three (3) years; seat/back, extension legs,
and arms are warranted for six (6) months; and the normal wear components such as
tips, wheels/casters, and handgrips are warranted for three (3) months. The applicable
warranty period shall commence from date of shipment to the Customer, unless there
is an expiration date on the component in which case the warranty shall expire on the
earlier of the warranty period or the expiration date.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
This limited warranty shall only apply to defects that are reported to the Dealer from
whom the Customer purchased the product within the applicable warranty period. If
there is not a Dealer, you must contact GF directly by calling 678-291-3207, sending a
fax request to 770-368-2386 or by e-mailing a request to cs@grahameld.com. Specic
directions will be provided by the Customer Service Representative.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover and GF shall not be liable for the following: 1) Defects,
damage, or other conditions caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident,
freight damage, tampering or failure to seek and obtain repair or replacement in a
timely manner; 2) Products not properly installed, used, or cleaned and maintained; and
3) Labor or shipping charges. Other exclusions apply.

1. Localice el marco del asiento (véase la g. 1); colóquelo boca abajo sobre una
supercie plana y seca.
2. Localice las patas (véase la g. 2).
3. Instale las patas en el marco del asiento (véase la g. 3). Presione el botón de
cerradura en la parte superior de cada pata e introdúzcala en el marco del asiento
hasta que el botón sobresale por el hueco.
4. Repita el paso 3 para cada pata.
Sujetando el respaldo: (7921R y 7921KD-1 solamente)

1. Localice el respaldo (véase la g. 4).
2. Instale el respaldo en el marco del asiento (véase la g. 5). Presione los botones
de cerradura y deslice el respaldo en el marco del asiento hasta que los botones
sobresalen de los huecos.
ADVERTENCIA: Asegúrese de que el respaldo esté bien instalado y
todo la ferretería esté apretado antes de continuar.

Ajustando la Altura de las Patas
Presione el botón de ajuste y pase la pata a la posición
deseada hasta que enganche en su lugar. Asegúrese de que las
patas están cerradas a la misma altura y todos los botones de
ajuste sobresalen completamente de los huecos de ajuste.
ADVERTENCIA: Asegúrese de que todos los

Centro de Gravedad Durante Uso
El punto en que la Silla de Bañera se incline hacia delante,
hacia atrás o hacia un lado está determinada por su centro de
equilibrio y estabilidad, y el centro de equilibrio y estabilidad
se ve afectada por la posición del cuerpo del usuario
y la distribución del peso. Si no obedece las siguientes
advertencias, caerse o volcarse pueden ocurrir y pueden
causar herida personal grave.
ADVERTENCIA: Para evitar caerse o volcarse:
Pídale a alguien que le ayude hasta que conozca los puntos de
equilibrio de su Silla de Bañera y la forma de evitar volcarse.
No ponga peso hacia abajo en un lado o en la esquina de la Silla de
Bañera.
No ponga peso hacia abajo en el respaldo.
No se estire o incline si debe cambiar su peso para hacerlo. Pida
ayuda o utilizar un dispositivo para ampliar su alcance.
Nunca trate de alcanzar un objeto si tiene que seguir adelante en su
silla y los glúteos no se quedan en pleno contacto con la silla.
Nunca se incline hacia atrás para llegar a un objeto.
MANTENIMIENTO
ADVERTENCIA: Revise la Silla de Bañera cada semana para detectar
signos de daños o grietas. Si se encuentra el daño o rotura de
cualquiera de los componentes de la Silla de Bañera, NO use la Silla
de Bañera. Comuníquese con su proveedor de Graham-Field.
Inspeccione la Silla de Bañera semanalmente y asegúrese de que todos los componentes
estén bien instalados.
Para limpiar la Silla de Bañera, lávela con agua y jabón o un detergente suave, luego

EXCLUSIONES
La garantía no cubre ni GF será responsable por lo siguiente: 1) Defectos, daño o
otras condiciones causadas por mal uso, abuso, negligencia, alteración, accidente,
daño de transporte o falta de buscar y obtener reparo o repuesto en manera puntual;
2) Productos no instalados, utilizados or mantenidos correctamente; y 3) Cargos de
