Congratulations on taking the rst step toward awlessly beautiful and
younger-looking skin by acquiring the LUXAMAX ORA 3-in-1Smart
Hydrogen-Rich Cleansing & Massaging Device. Before you begin
to enjoy all the benets of sophisticated skincare technology in the
comfort of your home, please take a few moments to carefully read
the instructions in this manual.
Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE and utilize this product
only for its intended use as described in this manual.
The USB-enabled charger allows the device to be rechargeable using
either a traditional wall mount DC adapter or USB port on a computer.
•Before using for the rst time, fully charge the LUXAMAX ORA.
•Always ensure that your hands, your ORA device, and the charging
base are dry before charging.
•

HOW TO USE LUXAMAX ORA
CHARGE YOUR LUXAMAX ORA
plug the DC adapter into an outlet. You may also plug the cord directly
into a USB port on a computer. Place your LUXAMAX ORA into the
charging base so that the pin on the charging base can lock securely
with the corresponding pin on the device. When your LUXAMAX ORA
starts charging, the orange LED indicator turns on.
•
When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn steady green. Now you
can unplug the charging base and your LUXAMAX ORA is ready to use.
Note: Use a standard USB adapter conforming to LUXAMAX ORA
charging output in case you need a wall mount DC adapter to charge
your device.

Device is available in 2 dierent modes, each one with a proprietary
technology: H2Gen Mode providing Breakthrough Hydrogen-Rich
Water Generator, and Spa Mode oering Face & Body Cleansing &
Rejuvenating System, featuring Advanced Magnetic-Massage Therapy.
H2Gen Mode
Note: If you take the device out of the water before nishing the period
of 8 minutes, the hydrogen making process stops automatically.
Note: Most of the hydrogen produced by LUXAMAX ORA is dissolved
immediately in water and you may use the high-quality H2-rich water
for a while. However, the hydrogen gas will dissipate back to the air
and escapes over time.
Spa Mode
Step 1:
Remove the LUXAMAX ORA from its charging base and press the
power button once to turn on the Spa Mode.
Step 1:
Fill the basin with water so that covers the LUXAMAX
ORA device.
Place the LUXAMAX ORA in water. It automatically detects
water and starts generating hydrogen.
Step 2:
The process of hydrogen generation takes about
8 minutes. Meanwhile, your LUXAMAX ORA glows
alternately in orange, blue, and green.
Step 3:
After 8 minutes, LUXAMAX ORA stops producing
hydrogen and goes back to the standby mode.
Now you can remove your device from the basin and
use the hydrogen-enriched water for skincare purposes.

CLEANING YOUR LUXAMAX ORA
•
Always clean the LUXAMAX ORA thoroughly after use. It is
recommended to apply water and soap to wash the silicone bristles.
However, you should only use water in order to wash the other side
of the device. Rinse the whole device with warm water, then pat dry
with a lint-free cloth or towel.
•
To extend the life of your LUXAMAX ORA and to prevent the formation
of an unpleasant odor after long-term use, clean the appliance regularly
with citric acid (substitute: lemon juice or white distilled vinegar) as
instructed below:
.1 Make sure that your device is turned o and unplug the charging
base from the LUXAMAX ORA and the power outlet.
.2 Dissolve 1 teaspoon of citric acid crystals in ½ cup warm water in
a non-metal pot.
.3 Then ll the basin and pour the citric acid solution into the basin.
.4 Place your LUXAMAX ORA device inside the basin and let it soak
in water for 20-30 minutes.

Now remove your device from the basin and then rinse it with
warm water.

Press the power button to adjust the treatment level. Three dierent
intensities—for sensitive, normal, and oily skin types—are available to
suit every user’s comfort and eicacy requirements. To switch between
dierent treatment levels, successively press the power button.

Your LUXAMAX ORA defaults to the lowest level every time you
turn it on.
Step 3:
Now place the silicone bristles against your skin and glide it slowly from
side-to-side. Cover the entire parts of your face and body.
Step4:
When the treatment of the intended area is complete, press the power
button to turn o the device.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
LUXAMAX ORA is an electric device. When using it, especially when
children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including but not limited to the following:
• The LUXAMAX ORA is safe to use in the shower or wet environment.
However, the charging base should not be exposed to water.
• Do not place or store the ORA charging base or cord where it can fall
or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not reach for an ORA charger component that has fallen into the
water. Unplug immediately.
• Do not handle the charging base with wet hands.
•
Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers, exfoliators,
or scrubs, as they may damage the ORA’s soft silicone bristles.
•
To avoid the risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be
connected to an electrical supply system with protective earth.
•
Any attempt to disassemble, repair, or make any modications to the
navigation device, risks injury to yourself and damage to the device.
So discontinue use if this product appears damaged in any way. This
product contains no serviceable parts.
•
Only use the charging base and cord supplied by LUXAMAX with
the device.
•
Each AC/DC power adapter is specically designed to accept a certain
AC input. Use a proper adapter with a rated output voltage of DC5V/1A
in order to avoid any risk of damage or injury.
•
Avoid leaving your LUXAMAX ORA in direct sunlight and never expose
it to extreme heat, extreme cold, or boiling water.
• You may place your LUXAMAX ORA in spring water, puried water,
or drinking soft water.
• The water temperature you place your LUXAMAX ORA in should be
lower than 122° F, else your device might be damaged.
• If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition or if you think
you may have a skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before
use.
•
Do not use the LUXAMAX ORA on raised moles or compromised skin.
•
Using LUXAMAX ORA should be comfortable. If you experience
discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
•
For reasons of hygiene, we do not recommend sharing your LUXAMAX
ORA with anyone else.
• LUXAMAX ORA can be used by children aged 8 years old and above.
•
Close supervision is necessary when this device is used by, on, or near
children, as well as those with reduced physical and mental abilities.
•
LUXAMAX ORA is not a toy and children should not play with it. Keep
out of reach of children.
•
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children.
•
Exercise particular care when cleansing the under-eye regions and do
not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves.
•
LUXAMAX ORA is designed only for use at home. Do not use this
device for any purpose other than those described in this manual.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGISTER WARRANTY
To activate your 2-Year Limited Warranty register the serial number
provided on the device at www.luxamax.com Warranty and Returns
section under Customer Care.
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LUXAMAX warrants this device for a period of TWO (2) YEARS after the
original date of purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship
or materials. If you discover a defect and notify LUXAMAX during the
warranty period, LUXAMAX will, at its discretion, replace the device free
of charge. The warranty covers working parts that aect the device’s
function. It does NOT cover purely cosmetic deterioration caused by
fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories)
will void the warranty. For any warranty claim, reasonable evidence
must be provided that the date of the claim is within the warranty
period. For this reason, please keep your original purchase receipt
for the duration of the warranty period. To claim your warranty, you
must rst register and log in to your account on www.luxamax.com,
then select the option to make a warranty claim. You will be sent a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which should be
returned with the LUXAMAX product to your nearest LUXAMAX oice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition
to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not aect those
rights in any way.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
If you do not plan on using your LUXAMAX ORA for a long period:
•
Make sure that your device is turned o and unplug the charging
base from the LUXAMAX ORA and the power outlet.
•
Clean your LUXAMAX ORA as instructed in the user manual and then
store it carefully in its original packaging.
•
Avoid leaving your LUXAMAX ORA in humid environments and never
expose it to direct sunlight, extreme heat, extreme cold, or boiling water.
• The storage temperature range for the device is between 14° F and
122° F.
•
We recommend that you recharge the device every 3months to
maintain the life of the battery.
