The T8 LED tube intended to retrofit surface mount listed fluorescent luminaires that use maximum two straight tubular lamps without a
diffuser with 9 cm minimum lamp to lamp spacing. The product is intended to be used in dry and damp locations only.

before installation.
WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring
and components.

drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
WARNING - To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not exposte wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an
enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
RETROFIT FLUORESCENT LUMINAIRE WITH BALLAST:
STEP 1. SHUT OFF POWER BEFORE WORK.
STEP 2. Remove existing fluorescent tube(s), open the ballast cover
STEP 3. Disconnect luminaire supply wirings L and N to branch circuit shown in Figure 1.
STEP 4. Original circuit as shown in Figure 2, cut lampholder leads “1” and “2” as shown in Figure 3.
NOTE: Ballast must be retained in place.
