Backrest Support Bar
Note: This part [D] also has part [K]
attached to it.
Knob
Note: This knob is attached to Part [C]
Seat
MUD2016

Place base D face down and push
castors E in rmly. Insert cylinders
B through base cap into chair base.
Twist and press rmly.
Attach foot bar I to base plate A
using [4] 1 1/4” Bolts L and [4] nuts
K . Line up holes in footbar to holes
in seat plate. Tighten Securely.
Attach Backrest Support Bar C to
seat plate A by sliding the bar into the
raised area of the seat plate (see arrow
for location).
Thread Knob J into the hole in seat
plate, making sureknob threads through
seat plate.
With seat cushion lying plastic side
up, line up [4] holes in seat plate A
with [4] holes in Seat Cushion G .
Attach with [4] 5/8” black bolts M .
Tighten securely. Please note: Foot
bar should face front of seat cushion
(Front of cushion has label attached.)
Take the complete seat assembly and
insert the seat plate of the cylinder B
by inserting the cylinder into the hole
on the bottom of the seat plate A .
Attach backrest plate O to backrest
support bar C by inserting back-
rest support bar H into longated
slot in backrest plate O . Continue
with Step 7

If properly assembled, the backrest plate O and backrest
support bar C should look like the above photograph. Once
this is achieved move on to the next step.
Continue by taking the Backrest Cover H and placing it into
position onto the backside of the Backrest Plate O . NOTE:
The metal backrest plate shoul lay at against the backrest
cover H .
Attach Backrest Support assembly (Parts C H and O )
to upholstered back using the [2] 1” Black Bolts N provided
making sure the screw holes in the Backrest Cover H line up
with the screw holes in the upholstered back. Tighten Screws
securely.
