•The recommended usage time of this product is 20 minutes.
•Please do not use the product if the seat cover or leather is broken or damaged.

•Please do not drop anything into this product.
•Always start with the massage function on a lower strength setting before increasing it, in
order to avoid injury.
2. Environment for usage
•Keep this product out of high temperature environments. Keep away from fire and long term
exposure to the sun.
•Please do not use it in a dusty or caustic environment.
•Please do not use it where there is limited space or poor ventilation.
3. People who are not suitable to use this product
•People who are suffering from osteoporosis are not recommended to use this product.
•People who are suffering from heart disease or carrying electronic medical equipment such as
a pacemaker are not recommended to use this product.
•Pregnant women or menstruating women are not recommended to use this product.
•People who have injuries or skin disease are not recommended to use this product.
•Children under the age of 14 or people with mental health issues or disabilities are not
recommended to use this machine without supervision.
•People diagnosed with medical conditions are not recommended to use this product.
•People who have come in contact with water or those who are wet are forbidden to use this
product.
4. Safety
•Check that the voltage is suitable to the specification of this product.
•Do not pull the plug with wet hands.
Safety and Maintenance
•Do not get this product wet or let it come into contact with water. This will avoid electric
shock and damage to the product.
•Do not use wet cloth or any wet material to clean the electric parts of this product such as the
switch and plug.
•Stay away from this product during power interruptions to avoid any injury if the power is
suddenly restored.
•If this product stops working correctly, please stop using it immediately. Contact the retailer.
•If you feel unwell, stop using the product and consult a doctor immediately.
•This product is not intended for use by individuals, including children with reduced physical,
sensory and mental capabilities. This product is also not intended for individuals who lack the
knowledge or experience to use it, unless there is proper supervision or they have been
thoroughly instructed on how to use it.
•Children should be supervised around and while using the product.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
5. Maintenance
•Product maintenance should only be done by approved service agents. Refrain from
disassembling the product yourself.
•Always unplug the power cord after product use.
•Do not use this product if the socket is loose.
•If this product is not often used, fold the wires properly and store in a cool, dry and dustless
place.
•Keep this product out of high temperature environments. Keep away from fire and long term
exposure to the sun.
•If the detachable cord/supply cord is damaged, only use replacements from the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified individuals to avoid hazards.
•Use dry cloth to clean this product. Do not use flammable liquids such as thinner, benzene, or
alcohol to clean this product.
•The mechanical components of this product are specially designed and made, it is not
necessary to have it regularly serviced.
•To move this product on an uneven surface, it should be lifted. Do not pull or roll it.
•Please use this product intermittently; do not use it continuously for long periods of time.
6. Solutions to ordinary malfunctions
•It is normal to hear the sound of the motor when the massage chair is in use.
•If the controller does not work normally, please check if the plug and socket are connected
properly and make sure that the switch is turned on.
•If the set massage time is over, this product will automatically shut down. If this product is
continuously used for a long period of time, the temperature protector will automatically shut
down the power. When this happens, this product should be used only after 30 minutes of
rest.

Functions
•This product is designed with a set of four-wheel driven intelligent 4D mechanical hands with
a muted design, which can move up and down, and stretch back and forth.
•The shoulder area is designed with an automatic detection and micro adjustment function.
The body curve and massage points automatic detection function can automatically adjust
the distance of the massage hands' back and forth movement to make the massage more
scientific and feel more human-like.
•Comfort, ease, ache relief, fast experience, relax, music sync, waist stretch, full air pressure
and other specific massage functions.
•Set with two memory massage functions M1 and M2.
•Manually select the upper body massage; three massage position options of overall, partial
and fixed position; six massage methods of shoulder grasping, kneading, tapping, shiatsu,
kneading & tapping and 3D; five massage speed levels available; under tapping and shiatsu
massage status, the width of the massage hands can be adjusted in five levels.

Standard functions
1. Negative oxygen ion function (button on left upper arm)
•The negative oxygen ioniser has an innovative design which continuously emits negative
oxygen ions from the head area to purify the air at a microscopic level.
•The negative oxygen ioniser reduces the amount of fine particles in the air, less than 2.5
micrometres in diameter (PM2.5), by clumping them together so they fall to the ground and
can be vacuumed. This cleanses optimises the air to reduce health risks such as pollution and
allergic reactions.
2. Magnetic therapy function
•Eight natural energy magnets in calf air bags.
•The surface of the magnetic intensity is 73mT, in line with the optimal range of “40-110mT”.
3. 3D Digital Audio
•With 3D digital audio equipment on each side of the upper armrest, connect and play music
through mobile phones to enjoy the perfect fusion of music and massage when relaxing.

Method of Usage

To Start a Massage
1) Press the red power button to start the massage, the massage chair will automatically recline.
2) Press auto massage button, and the massage hands proceed to auto detect your body and
shoulder position and initiate the calf rest roller. The chair will automatically switch off if you
make no selection within 20 minutes.
3) Upon completion of scan, a beeping sound will emit from the controller and the massage
heads will gently roll on your shoulder region to demonstrate where the chair has sensed the
position of your shoulders. During this period, if you would like to further adjust the detected
shoulder region, you can do so by pressing the up or down shoulder position buttons seen
below. It has 11 grades.
4) If you have not made any adjustments to the shoulder position or selected a manual massage
mode during the time after scanning, the chair will automatically start the “Fine” massage
program for you

•Adjusting backrest and calf rest
Buttons Description
Auto Lay Down Mode: Total of 3 automatic reclined positions. In startup
mode, the chair will automatically recline to a comfortable seated position.
Pressing the button once will further recline the chair. To achieve the zero
gravity position, press the button again.
Calf Rest Lifting Button: Press this button, calf rest lifts slowly then stops when
released.
Calf Rest Decline Button: Press this button, calf rest declines slowly and stops
when released.
Backrest Lifting Button: Press this button, back rest lifts slowly and stops
when released.
Backrest Decline Button: Press this button, back rest declines slowly and stops
when released.
Shut off Power and finish massage
•Press power button during massage to stop all massage functions immediately. But when the
set massage program finishes, the backrest and footrest won't return to original position. The
remote controller will display “SA” & “Memory”.
A. Press M1 or M2 button within 10 seconds to store the massage mode.
B. Or press the power button Within 10 seconds, the massage hands, backrest and footrest
will return to original position automatically.
C. Or wait for 10 seconds, and the massage hands automatically return to original position.

Preparation before operation
1. Installation program download and install
•Installation program supplied by agent or download from the network provided by
agent.
•Use USB connection to connect the tablet and computer, install the program in the
tablet through software tools (such as Peasecod or 360 mobile phone assistant). After
installing successfully, the program icon will be shown in the tablet application program.
For any questions, please consult the tablet supplier when installing the program.

2. Bluetooth link
•Turn on power switch.
•Open application menu from the tablet computer main screen, choose setting to open
the setting interface.
•Operate Bluetooth function choose Bluetooth setting click and check attachment
equipment. When finding the “Fihonest” icon, click it to match the tablet computer
Bluetooth module with the massage chair Bluetooth module.
•When matched successfully, click the “Fihonest” icon again to connect the tablet
computer Bluetooth module with the massage chair Bluetooth module. When
connected successfully, the ROBOT MASSAGE application can be used to operate
massage.
3. Bluetooth Module Possible Problems and Solutions
•After the Bluetooth synchronisation is done, but it cannot connect well with the
Bluetooth module of the massage chair, please try to cancel the Bluetooth pairing, and
turn off the power of the massage chair, and restart it, then try again.
•If the Bluetooth shows a successful connection, but in the ROBOT MASSAGE APP cannot
control the massage chair as normal, the information tips show that the Bluetooth
connection failed or they show an abnormality in the Bluetooth module, you should exit
from the APP and connect the Bluetooth module again, or turn off the power of the
massage chair, restart it and then try again.
Power on the Machine
•First, to make sure that the massage chair power switch is off, connect the power line to the
massage chair, then plug it in a good ground connection socket, and turn on the power switch
on the massage chair into the startup state.

1. To start a massage
•In the pad screen, unfold the APP listing, click “ ” to start up the massage chair
control program.
•First, the startup interface will open after you start up the program, then after 5 seconds
you will be directed to the massage information interface.
•Click “power on / off” on the display interface to start massage function, massage chair
lay down automatically

2. Shoulder position adjustment
•The machine automatically detects the shoulder position and massage points, please
wait until detection is finished.
•A notification beep “di-di-di......” sounds after the detection is finished. The screen will
go to the shoulder position adjust interface. Now, you can adjust the shoulder position
by pressing the up or down button. It has 11 grades available. It will run in automatic
massage mode if there is no adjustment on shoulder position within 10 seconds.

3. Massage function running and pausing
•In the massage information interface, when the massage chair is in running state, press
“running / pausing” button to stop all massage functions. When in the paused state,
press “running / pausing” button to continue the massage. All the massage functions
turn off automatically if paused longer than 10 minutes.

•Click “ ”, in auto function selecting interface, click auto icon and choose auto
massage mode. In auto massage state, the speed and width are not adjustable.

6. Manual Massage
•Click “ ” in manual massage function selection interface, select manual massage
methods, back stretch mode, speed and width functions. In flapping, 3D, shiatsu and
stop states, the width of massage hands is adjustable. The speed is adjustable in all
massage modes except the stop state.

For example: Currently required download App auto program “irestAuto1.bin” in A2 mode.
•Confirm that the intelligent terminal (smart phone or tablet) is connected to Bluetooth as the
chair is in standby mode.
•Open application program “ ” click “service ” and enter connection with the chair’s
Bluetooth.
•Click “on / off ” in auto program download number choice, click “ ” choose an auto-
massage program number (remote controller screen display “A2” and “App”), and click
“confirm ” again.
•Click “connect test ” to test the connection between the intelligent terminal and
Bluetooth. A prompt window will display the message “test successful” when the connection
is successful, and if not, will display “test error”.
•After a successful connection is established, choose firmware path document, and click “scan
” to choose irestAuto1.bin
•The last step is click “firmware update ” in the auto massage program update. The prompt
window will display “download successful” (remote controller screen display “OH”) if update
finished, otherwise it will display “download error” to show that the updated failed.
Wireless Bluetooth music player operation
•Audio devices with Bluetooth capabilities will be able to connect to the chair. The music will
be played through the chair speakers.
•For matching audio devices to the massage chair’s Bluetooth, please refer to instructions
above.
End massage, power off
•When the massage function is starting up, clicking “massage on / off” will turn off all massage
functions.
•Turn off power.

Arm assembly installation
1. Find out if the plug responds to the arm rest on the bottom of the seat frame, and throughout
from the square hole which is on the fixed steel board. (Figure 1)
2. When the plug comes out from the square hole on the steel board, it should respond to the
connecting plug. (Figure 2)

3. Draw out the plug on the bottom of the seat frame and connect it to the arm rest joint. Make
sure the air pipe corresponds to the right place. (Figure 3)
4. After connecting the corresponding connector, insert it gently through the square hole on the
bottom of the seat frame. Be careful to avoid folding the air pipe. (Figure 4)

5. As shown in the figure, the pin on the arm rest responds to the box on the fix board, and the
steel board responds to the groove of the arm rest. (Figure 5)
6. Hold the arm rest with your hands, making sure the pin on the box corresponds to the front
of the steel board, and corresponds to the box behind the armrest, (check whether the
connecting wire is inserted into the bottom of the armrest frame, avoid getting it stuck), the
whole arm rest covers the fixed steel board. (Figure 6)

7. Mount the arm rest to chair frame. The mounts for the arm should slide into their respective
locations on the frame of the chair without applying force. Press down slightly on the arm to
lock into place, then press the armrest and pull on the pin with your hand to make sure the
pin is fixed well in the steel board. (Figure 7)
8. Locate the installation hole on the front of the fixed steel board, then insert the screws with a
hex wrench. (Figure 8)
9. Locate the installation hole on the back of the fixed steel board, then insert the screws with a
hex wrench to finish the installation. Repeat the process for the second armrest. (Figure 9)
Disassembly and use of pillow pad and back cushion
•Using the optional head cushion can reduce knead massage strength for the neck and
shoulders. The head cushion and backrest are connected through a zipper. (Figure 1) Put
the AB flannelette inside the back of the head cushion and insert the belt above the
backrest. (Figure 2) Flip the head cushion back over to lay on the headrest. It can be
adjusted to a suitable position based on the height of the user. (Figure 3)
Floor Protection
•Placing the massage chair on wooden floors may cause damage, so please place carpet
or other material beneath the chair to avoid damaging your floor.
NOTE
Do not wheel the chair on wooden floors, rough surfaces or in a narrow space.
Two people are required to lift the chair, carrying from the front calf place and
back cover. Do not lift from the armrests.
Moving the chair
•Make sure all the wires are off the floor. When moving the chair, focus on the groove of
the back cover and lift up to an angle where the centre of gravity falls on the front
castors. When the weight is centred on the castors, you can move the chair forward,
then restore the chair to the floor.
