▲Specific exclusion Fault Analysis
I. First, the external power supply and power switch box problem
Troubleshooting:
1. As shown Figure 2, please check if the power filter outlet loose? Is there AC220V power output from the flapper home?
Check and excluded.
2. Filter, is power switch itself good? I did plug the power cord plugged in correctly? Check and excluded.
II. Second, the fuse burned Troubleshooting:
1. As shown in Figure 2, a power switch with a 4A fuse or in Figure 4 the power board with 6A fuse if it fails to boot after being burned,
So burn this two fuses There are several possible:
⑴shown in Figure 7, "471" varistors short-circuit breakdown, removal or replacement can be solved this problem.
⑵power switching power supply circuit board DC5V short-circuit breakdown some components, such as "4007" diode, "4.7UF / 400V"
capacitor "274" integration, exclusion or replacement can be;

2. A power switch or fuse box in Figure 4A power supply board 6A fuse burned together in Figure 4, it will be a high pressure discharge
line in Figure 5 CON16 power test plug pulled out again, if still burning fuse, indicating "A38- 220V-24V "toroidal transformer has been
burned, so you can replace the transformer. Otherwise, continue to the next Troubleshooting Power board, driver board and motor failure.
III. Power supply board Troubleshooting
1. The relationship of DC5V switching power supply and does not work problem
As Figure 5 Power board prior AC220V power input to a power strip CON1 →
good will "+ 5VA" and "GND" pin output by two CON22 plug DC5V to drive plate
→driver board microcontroller and hand control have DC5V Operating voltage →
by hand control start →start signal was DC5V power pull →
then CON16 obtained at AC220V power →
toroidal transformer to obtain AC220V A38-220V-24V input power
by the power board CON22 of "JDQ" 105LM control relay coil,
then it has AC22V , AC19V and other output power →
drive plate to get all the necessary working power,
massage chair to boot normally work, solid no DC5VA power is not switched on.
In summary, there is no output DC5V The power board can be judged
bad power supply board fault. Apart from the available multimeter to test the
power supply board "GND" and "5VA" to determine whether the two pin-point
DC5VA, but also by observing the power indicator to determine the power
supply board, namely 7 + 5VA LEDs as the power indicator light, when the power switch is turned on after the massage chair + 5VA
indicator light indicates that the power board is normal, otherwise explain bad power supply board, then you can repair or replace the
power board.

2. Switching power supply board DC5VA part of the circuit maintenance: Figure 8 Schematic, usually due to "431" regulator "817"
optocoupler "1905" transformer caused no adverse 5V output, in addition to burning phenomenon if the insurance burn plates, usually
due to excessive flow resulting in "4007" diode, "4.7UP / 400V" capacitor "274" integration breakdown is bad, replace the bad component
or power supply board can be.

IV. Driver board bad Troubleshooting: normal driving board "8M" crystal as shown in Figure 10, "STM32F103" SCM will
cause poor does not boot, you can repair or replace driver board.
V. Remote controller troubleshooting
1. As shown in Figure 2. Air plug is not inserted securely
bad, or the socket Signal line and needle seat sealing off,
you can exclude.
2. As shown in Figure 9 hand control panel "11.0592M"
bad crystal will Lead to boot, you can repair or replace
the hand control.
3. The hand control procedures and poor hand control will
lead to boot, replace Hand control can be.

IV. Troubleshoot 2--- Kneading/Tapping motor not work

1. Motor failure Analysis and elimination
Because of motor coil open circuit led to even the driver Board under a DC24V power supply , the motor still not functioning ,Can use
form 1 as reference, measure the motor resistance if between 30~80Ω,if not between 30~80Ω , need change motor.

☆Replacement method
If now Tapping works, but kneading not work,cuz Kneading/Tapping motor driver circuit schematic diagram and the voltage both
are DC24V。As pic 12 shows,First judge the motor is good or not by Replacement method , means connect the Kneading motor
connector to Tapping motor ,then start Tapping function ,If kneading motor works, means kneading motor is ok ,then the
problem will be main board and the Wire harness ;
If kneading motor not work ,means motor broken ,change a motor can fix it.

1. Wire harness not connect well , Analysis and elimination :
The wires from main board connect to the motors loose connection or open circuit,cause the main board DC24V can’t transfer to
the motor 。As Pic 13 and check if the CON48 Kneading motor Plugin on the main board connect Kneading motor plug wire well and
turnon . If not , just make it connect ;If connect well , need to check the main board .
2. Main board failure , Analysis and elimination:
As Pic 11 or Pic 13,Measure Kneading ,Tapping Paster field effect tube IRFS3607、Driver PMD2001D,Quick resumption tube SF56
to see if broken obvious。Find main board Driver output signal exist or not ,Exist signal means Driver and Back driver circuit fault ,
if no signal means front chip program or test-circuit fault,Fix or change main board is ok 。
Driver transfer signals during the Kneading and Tapping circuit 。As pic14 show:
Chip decide sending out Kneading signal→Signal send to audion S8050 ,
Then audion S8050 control Optocoupler get the signal or not→Driver 250’s
②③ pin get DC0.6~1.1V input signal first ,Then output DC8~3.5V’s
Signal voltage to control Paster field effect tube IRF3607connect ,
diode SF56 get the signal and output the DC24V drive power 。

IV. Troubleshooting 3──back traveling motor does not work
▲Analysis
1. The motor fault
2. Wire fault connected
3. The circuit fault
4. The drive board fault
▲The Failure analysis method
1. Motor fault check:
Used the Multimeter to check the resistance of motor ,the correct
Value is 30~80Ω. (reference to sheet 1).If between this range ,
the motor is fault, pls change the motor
2. Wire fault connected:
The wire plug bad connected will cause the motor can catch the DC24V voltage
from the drive board . Pic:15.16. find the CON19 plug in the drive board and
the wire pug of the travel motor , check whether they are good connected . if they are good connect , the fault is not from the wire .

3. The circuit fault
Reference to picture 2 , the microswitch for limited the up and down travel distance is not fault to give signal to drive board to give
travel instruction . The method for checking the fault is two step .
1) Reference to picture 2 , check the wire which is for connect the CON22 plug in drive board with the microswith , whether the wire
plug is good connected .
2) Check whether the microswitch with fault.

The microswitch is often used in the circuit detection, such as the back massage hand go back and forth extend limited, travel motor
go up and down limited, cylinder inside travel limited, safety switch detection . The inside construction and work principle are the
same. See picture 17 ,
①: Dynamic contact、②:COM public side③“NO” Normally open contacts、
④“NC” normally closed contactsen contacts。Pls use the multimeter Buzzer file to check it. normally closed NO:④②in normal
situation it is closed to conduction,①working, the④②will opening.
Normally open contacts NC:③②in normal situation it is open without conduction,①working,
③②will conducting.

4. Drive board fault
Picture 16 or 18 , measure the travel motor patch switch 4148, patch resistance R77,R44, Drive axle LP205D, Electrolytic capacitor
whether they are fault. Check drive axle with signal, with the signal input the fault is from the Drive axle and the drive board circuit, if
without signal input, the fault is from the chip program or the circuit, repair or exchange the drive board.
IV. Troubleshooting 4 —— actuator reclining and inclining fault
▲Actuator fault with the following performance
1.Reclining Angle memory function loss , but the calfrest &backrest cylinder normally working when in manual mode.
2. Both actuators working on single direction
3. One actuator working on signal direction
4. Backrest actuator will keep reclining no matter press reclining button or
inclining button
5. One actuator fault with reclining and inclining.
▲The Failure analysis method
1. Reclining Angle memory function loss, but the calf rest & backrest cylinder
normally working when in manual mode. See picture 22, the detection board
inside the cylinder fault that cause the signlechip in the drive board cannot catch
the signal of the screw rotation laps, in other words, the memory function loss.
2. Both actuator working on single direction
During the cylinder reclining &inclining, The relay is for exchange the power
supply polarity that is inside the motor of cylinder to make the motor change its moving direction. The DC24V power is asked by the
relay to keep its normal work. If the relay cannot change the direction, the motor will keep working to the same direction, No matter press
reclining or inclining button. The fault is from the drive board “LM2571-12” regulator. Repair or exchange it

3. One actuator working on signal direction
Reference to picture 20 and 21, The “942H-2C-12DS”relay or “8050” SMD triode in Q20/Q17 fault, repair or exchange drive board
4. Backrest actuator recline whenever press reclining or inclining button
1) see picture 2, the safety switch pressed by object that cause the reset
Protect function start. To solve the fault is to remove the object from the
Safety switch cover.
2) The safety switch fault cause the mistake of the reset protect function
start. To check or exchange it .
5. One actuator fault with reclining and inclining
Use the normal working cylinder to exchange the trouble one to make sure
the fault from cylinder or drive board ( exchange the plug of both cylinder ),
If it working after exchange them, The fault is from the driver board.
If not working as before , the fault is from trouble cylinder .
exchange the fault one .
