The connection of the DC5V power switch and can not start massage problem:
As Pic5 power board get AC220V power input to CON1→Then the good power board will through CON306 + 5VA & GND output DC5V
to main board→then main board MCU& Controller have DC5V voltage→By controller start it →Starting signal through power board
CON306’s JDQ control relay & 105LM coil to make DC5V power Close→Then CNON102 get AC220V→Ringlike Transformer 9660-A33 get
AC220V input power,So it has AC110V、AC28V、AC14V etc ..output power→Main board get all voltage it needs,then the massage works
as noraml,with out DC5V can not start massage chair .

Troubleshooting Analysis 2──motors on massage hand don’t work
☆optocoupler 250 input and output signal influences the operation of motor:
As shown in figure 11 (2) (3) for the signal light coupling in the input, while there is no output drive signal, there is DC0V low
voltage in two feet, when there is drive signal, the voltage from 0.5 V to 0.8 V; Between output 6 today when no input signal at the input
end of DC13V high voltage, when the input (2) (3) with a high voltage driving signal, then 6 today should DC8V ~ 5 v low voltage. Thus, we
can according to the variation of the input and output signals to discriminant caused by light coupling fault or is it the back of the circuit
fault motor doesn't work
As above, we can judge the problem was caused by the optocoupler or single chip through the input and output from optocoupler
and we have to take care, the optocoupler needs a DC 13V power to reach to drive signal, orelse, it cannot transport to drive tube
(field-effect transistor 13N50C)。

☆testing moving limit switch:
Moving switch is widely used in testing circuit, such as the forward and backward limit on stretch motor of
massage hand, traveling limit on moving motor, inner traveling limit on cylinder, safty switch testing and son
on, the working principle are the same。① is moving contact, ②is COM, ③is NO, ④is NC. Figure 15 can
test by multimeter,test the buzzer gear。
Normal close NO:④② often close,contact ①. ④②will open.
Normal open NC:③②often open,contact ①, ③②will breakover.

☆The driving relationship between width testing , signal pin board, taping, stretching motor
Figure 4 width testing board,one hand, connect the testing signal between massage hand and PC board, the most important is testing the width. The
stretch and tapping motor’s working principle is after the single chip receiving the width signal, any one of wide, mid, narrow signal,then it can work, or else the
stretch and tapping motor don’t work. Or another situation, when you press tapping function, it changed to kneading, but when you press kneading and tapping
function, it works as normal. But press stretch, it will not work. You would thought that the stretch motor, stretch testing circuit, PC board has problem. So you
need to know that testing first, driving later.
综上所述,伸缩/拍打开不起,还有可能是揉捏电机不良或宽度检测不到造成,因为宽度检测是靠揉捏电机来完成的。

Troubleshooting analysis 3──cylinder’s lifting problem
Figure 22 circles number testing in

board cannot receiving signal on PC
board then cannot enter to next step.
Change the hall tube on cylinder testing
board or change the whole cylinder
Power on, the backrest lay down, calf
rest cylinder rise up and stop testing,
don’t enter to auto massage
program. But the manual program is
ok, without auto stretch function
