WARNING Read and
understand all instructions before using
this product. Failure to follow all
instructions listed below may result in
electric shock, re, and/or serious
personal injury. When using an electrical
appliance, basic precautions should
always be followed, including the
following:
To avoid serious injury, risk of fire, explosion
and danger of electric shock or electrocution:
• If the battery pack case is cracked or
damaged, DO NOT insert into the charger.
Replace with a new battery pack.
• Charge the battery pack only with the
recommended charger.
• DO NOT try to short circuit any terminals
of battery pack.
WARNING If the battery fluid
gets in your eyes, fush immediately with clean
water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate
medical attention. Do not charge the battery
pack in rain or in wet conditions. Do not
immerse the tool, battery pack, or charger in
water or other liquid.
• Do not allow the battery pack or charger
to overheat. If they are warm, allow them
to cool down. Recharge only at room
temperature.
• Do not place the battery pack in the sun
or in a warm environment. Keep at normal
room temperature.
• Keep in shady, cool and dry condition, if
the battery is not charged for a long time;
charge the battery for 2 hours every 2
months.
• The battery pack cells may develop a small
leak under extreme usage or temperature
conditions. If the outer seal is broken and
the leakage gets on your skin:
• - Use soap and water to wash immediately.
• - Neutralize with lemon juice, vinegar, or
other mild acid.
• If leakage gets in your eyes, follow
instructions above and seek medical
attention.
• Please check prior use, if output voltage
and current of the battery charger is
suitable for the charging battery pack.
• During transporting, the battery pack
needs protective packaging.
• Handle with care.
• Keep away from humidity and re.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE
BATTERY DISPOSAL
WARNING If the battery pack
cracks or breaks, with or without leaks, do not
recharge it and do not use. Dispose of the
battery and replace with a new battery pack.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR IT! To avoid
injury and risk of fire, explosion, or electric
shock, and to avoid damage to the environment:
• Cover the battery’s terminals with heavy-
duty adhesive tape.
• DO NOT attempt to remove or destroy any
of the battery pack components.
• DO NOT attempt to open the battery pack.
• If a leak develops, the released electrolytes
are corrosive and toxic. DO NOT get the
solution in the eyes or on skin, and do not
swallow it.
• DO NOT place these batteries in your
regular household trash.
• DO NOT incinerate.
• DO NOT place them where they will
become part of any waste landfill or
municipal solid waste stream.
• Take them to a certified recycling or
disposal centre.
PROPOSITION 65
This product contains a chemical known to
the state of California to cause cancer, birth
defects or other reproductive harm. Some dust
created by power sanding, sawing, grinding,

drilling, and other construction activities
contains chemicals known to cause cancer,
birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some
examples of these chemicals are:
• Lead from lead-based paints;
• Crystalline silica from bricks and cement
and other masonry products;
• Arsenic and chromium from chemically
treated lumber.
Your risk of exposure to these chemicals
varies depending on how often you do this
type of work. To reduce your exposure to these
chemicals, work in a well-ventilated area, and
work with approved safety equipment, such as
dust masks that are specially designed to lter
out microscopic particles.

OPERATION
CHECK BATTERY CAPACITY
Press the battery capacity indicator (BCI)
button. The lights will illuminate according to the
batteries capacity level. See chart below:
1. Connect the plug of charger (2) to an AC
power outlet.
2. Put the battery pack (1) into the charger (2).

3Green Lights The battery is more than
75% capacity.

35% and 75% capacity.

charging immediately.

This lithium-ion battery packs are designed
with features that protect the lithium-ion cells
and maximize battery life.
If the tool stops during use, release the tri
ger to reset and resume operation. If the tool
still does not work, the battery needs to be
recharged.
COLD WEATHER OPERATION
The lithium-ion battery pack can be used in
temperatures down to -14°C (6.8°F). Put the
battery pack on a tool and use the tool in a
light duty application. After about a minute,
the pack will warm up and begin operating
normally.

This MASTERFORCE™ brand power tool carries our famous No Hassle 4-Year Limited
Warranty to the original purchaser. If, during normal use, this MASTERFORCE™ power
tool breaks or fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within four (4) years from
the date of original purchase, simply bring the tool with the original sales receipt back
to your nearest MENARDS®retail store. At its discretion, MASTERFORCE™ agrees
to have the tool or any defective part(s) repaired or replaced with the same or similar
MASTERFORCE™ product or part free of charge, within the stated warranty period,
when returned by the original purchaser with original sales receipt. Not withstanding the
foregoing, this limited warranty does not cover any damage that has resulted from abuse
or misuse of the Merchandise. This warranty: (1) excludes expendable parts including
but not limited to blades, brushes, belts, bits, light bulbs, and/or batteries; (2) shall be
void if this tool is used for commercial and/or rental purposes; and (3) does not cover any
losses, injuries to persons/property or costs. This warranty does give you specific legal
rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Be careful, tools
are dangerous if improperly used or maintained. Seller’s employees are not qualified
to advise you on the use of this merchandise. Any oral representation(s) made will not
be binding on seller or its employees. The rights under this limited warranty are to the
original purchaser of the merchandise and may not be transferred to any subsequent
owner. This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied including
warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller shall not be
liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. The sole exclusive remedy
against the seller will be for the replacement of any defects as provided herein, as long
