GOAL:
To obey andcorrectly perform theONE final
HandSign Sequence commandwithin the
given time.
RULES:
•Chunin(easy level) - Longer time frame anda
shorter handsign sequence to complete. These
are randomly selected from8handsignsin 20
seconds to 10handsignsin 30 seconds.
In theChunin level you get two chances…
Ifyou makeamistake, you will be punished.
Once punishmentiscomplete, thegame will
repeat thesame commandthat was not
correctly executed. Ifyou makeaseconderror,
ortime runsout, you will be kicked outofthe
game. Atthat time thegame will announce,
“Challenge has ended. Game over!” You will be
taken to End of Game UNSUCCESSFUL! (See
ENDOF GAME UNSUCCESSFUL! on p. 18.)
•Jonin(hard level) - Shorter time frame anda
longer handsign sequence to complete. These
are randomly selected from15handsignsin 20
seconds to 25 handsignsin 30 seconds.
In Jonin level you will only get ONE chance.
Ifyou makeany error, ortime runsout, you
will be kicked outofthegame. Atthat time the
game will announce, “Challenge has ended.
Game Over!” You will be taken to End of Game
UNSUCCESSFUL! (See ENDOF GAME
UNSUCCESSFUL!” on p. 18.)
TO PLAY:
Thegame will announce thenumber ofhand
signsandthetime frame. You will hear for
example, “15 Hand Signs, 20 Seconds…
Ready… Begin!” You must begin within two
seconds. Use any handsignsorhandsign
sequences to complete thecommand.
Ifyou wantto hear thehand
sign sequence instruction
again,press button 3[ ] on
yourwrist keypad, before you
hear theword, “Begin!”
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In theFinal Round, no projectiles will be
launched until you havecompleted theentire
commandsequence.
SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION: Thegame will
congratulate you with verbal praise and
announce, “Ultimate Shinobi, You have
Mastered (game title)”. All remaining
projectiles will be launched away fromyou.

The Chakra Speed Test
GOAL:
To launch 20 projectiles before thetime alloted
runsout.
RULES:
•Chunin(easy level) - Longer time frame,
randomly selected, fromoneminute, thirty
seconds (90seconds) to three minutes.
•Jonin(hard level) - Shorter time frame,
randomly selected, from30 seconds to one
minute, thirty seconds (90seconds).
• Successfully launch 20 projectiles within the
time frame andyou are sentto theFINAL
ROUND (see FINAL ROUND,p. 17).
• Only fivepunishments are allowed (see
PUNISHMENTSbelow) before you are kicked
outofthegame andhear,“Challenge has ended
– Game over!” (see ENDOF GAME
UNSUCCESSFUL!,p. 18).
TO PLAY:
Thegame will announce thetime frame, for
example:“2 minutes”. You will hear “Ready…
Begin!” Use any handsignsorhandsign
sequences to launch theprojectiles.
Ifyou makeamistake, you will be punished.
Once punishmentiscomplete, you will hear,
“Continue”. Resume playing.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Even ifyou do notlaunch 20 projectiles within
thealloted time, you will still proceed to the
FINAL ROUND (see FINAL ROUND,p. 17),but
yourscore will notbe as high.
Punishments resultwhen you do notcomplete
agame, do notcorrectly obey acommand, or
perform any ofthefollowing:
•Sliding Hand Sign - Thisoccurs when you try
to press andrelease multiplesensors, while
holdingdown another sensor.
Example: Press andholdsensor‘A’,then,while
holdingsensor‘A’,press andrelease sensor
‘D’. Then whilestill holdingsensor‘A’,press
sensor‘C’. Formore information see section
HANDSIGNSstartingon page 6.
•Time Violation - Thisoccurs when you press
andholdany sensorlonger than fiveseconds.
Does notapply to some Secret Hand Signs
(see BONUS FEATURES, p. 19).
•Four Identical Single-Sensor Hand Signs -
Thegame only allowsyou to repeat identical
singlesensorhandsignsTHREE times.
Example: ‘A,A,A,A’. Press sensor‘A’,then
press sensor‘A’ again. Repeat. Repeat.
Press thesame sensor4 times in arow and
you will be punished.
•Six Different Single-Sensor Hand Signs -
Thegame will only allow you to use 5
DIFFERENT single-sensorhandsignsin arow.
Example: ‘A,B,C,D, A,B’
Press andrelease sensor‘A’,
Then press andrelease sensor‘B’.
Then press andrelease sensor‘C’,
Then press andrelease sensor‘D’.
Then press andrelease sensor‘A’.
Then press andrelease sensor‘B’.
Atthesixth sensorpressed, you will be
punished.
•Four Identical Multi-Sensor Hand Signs
inaSequence - Thegame will only allow you
to repeat amulti-sensorhandsign THREE
times in arow.
Example: ‘AB’,‘AB’,‘AB’,‘AB’
Press andholdsensor‘A’ andthen sensor‘B’.
Release. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
Thefourth time you will be punished.
•TwoIdentical Hand Sign Sequences - The
game will notallow you to repeat ahandsign
sequence two times in arow.
Example: Perform thehandsign sequence ‘AB,
A, C, D, A’,andwaittwo seconds. Repeat this
same sequence andyou will be punished.
Punishments are delivered in two ways:
•Verbal Admonishments - Thegame randomly
selects anegativeverbal phrase.
•Physical Consequence - Thebase unitwill
spin aroundandfire between oneandthree
projectiles at you.
Duringpunishment, yourhandsign abilities are
temporarily disabled. After thepunishmentis
complete you will hear, “Continue”,at which
time thegame will resume.
