MCMElectronicsPty Ltd.,theManufacturerwarrants itsmanufacturedequipmenttobefree
fromdefects inmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodof sixty (60)monthsfromthedate
of manufactureasindicatedbythedatestamp and/orserialnumberontheproduct.
Defective units returnedbythebuyerathisownexpenseduringthisperiodwill berepaired
(orreplacedattheoptionoftheManufacturer)withanequivalentpiece of re-manufactured
andtestedequipment.
Therepairedorreplacedequipmentisthenwarrantedforthebalance oftheinitialwarranty
periodorforthirty (30)days, whicheverislonger.
Therepairorreplacementwillbewithout chargeprovidedthattheequipmenthasnotbeen
subjectedto electricalorphysicalmisuseortounauthorisedrepairormodification.
Theforegoing warranty isinlieuof all otherwarranties, express orimplied,including,but
