Theswitchactuators(here:AKI1216.01)containofonestatusLEDperchannel.ThisLEDindicates
thestateofthedependingoutput.Furthermoreeveryoutputcanbeswitchedmanual,independent
ofthecurrentparameterization.ThelinesAKSandAKIhavebuttonsforeverychannel.Incontrast
thelineoftheAKKhasonlyfourbuttons,independenttothenumberofchannels.Twobuttonsare
forchoosingthechannel,wherebythechosenchannelisindicatedbyaflashingstatusLED.The
buttonsupanddownareforswitchingthechannelonandoff.Theprogrammingbuttonactivates
theprogrammingfunction.AnactivatedprogramingfunctionisindicatedbyalitprogrammingLED.

Allofthechannelshaveidenticalfunctions(havealookatthefunctionaloverview).Thenumbersof
channelsdependstothehardwaredesign,whichcanhave2,4,8,12or16channels.The
identificationisstandardlyinconsecutivealphabeticorder.
Thereare3differentstatesforeverychannelpossible:
notactive
Thechannelhasnofunction.Sotherearenocommunicationobjectsforthischannelshown.
Switch
Ifthechannelischosenasswitch,therewillbedifferentparameterizationoptionsfor
configuringtheswitchingprocess.
Staircase
Now,thechannelcanbecomeastaircaselightfunction.Thisfunctioncausesanautomatic
switchoffofthechannelafteranadjustedtime.

3.1Communicationobjectsperchannel
Thecommunicationobjectsperchannelaredisplayed,whentheyareactivatedtroughthe
parameterization.Thereare8numbersreservedforeverychannel,evenifnotallofthemareneed.
Sothefirstchannelhasthenumbersfrom0to7,thesecondfrom8to15andsoon.The
communicationobjectsareneedfortheconnectiontothegroupaddressesandtoprogramyour
project.
