•Do not exposure the massage gun to sun or fire. Please keep it at room temperature.
• Do not immerse into water and liquids. Keep it away from heat and keep the product vent free of
dust and debris.
• Do not use any massage heads other than the ones provided by Mebak and only as instructed by
Mebak.

Thank you for purchasing Mebak Percussive Massage Gun. This instruction manual contains important
information about safety, usage and warranty. Use the product as described and keep this manual for
future reference.
• For adult use only. Children shall not use and play with the appliance. Do not use it if injured.
Consult your doctor before using this product.
• Do not use the Mebak massage device on your head, mouth, heart or near your genitals. Do not
use the Mebak massage device above your Adam’s Apple or C4 vertebrae. Do not use the Mebak
massage device to hammer directly bones and spine.
• Do not use the Mebak massage device on the same body part over 20 minutes, which may cause
a bruise.
• Do not disassemble the device in any way. The battery could not be detached from the device.
• Be sure to charge the product with the original battery charger.

• Do not place your fingers, hair, or other parts of the body near the trigger of the massage gun
while massaging, as they may cause pinched.
• Do not use the Mebak 5 continuously for more than 1 hour. Please ensure the device rest for 30
minutes before re-using.

CHARGING
•Fully charge the device before first use.
•To charge, connect the DC end of the supplied adapter to the battery’s charging port and plug
AC side cable into the wall outlet.
•When charging, the battery level percentage is displayed on the screen with a green number, in the
meantime, the speed level is constantly jumping on the left side of the screen. When number 10 is
shown on the right side of the screen, then it is fully charged. It is not recommended to fully deplete
the battery before charging.
•The average run-time is 6-8 hours depending on speed level and pressure applied during use. And
the average charging time is about 2 hours.
•Please do not use this product while charging.
Speed Power
•Pressthe for1secondtoturnthedeviceonenterlevel1, the LED Screen will light up. Then
touch the again to adjust the speed to speed 02- speed 03- speed 04- speed 05 - speed 00-
speed 01-speed-02, that is to enter a loop of 01-02-03-04-05-00-01-02.The battery level percentage
is indicated by the number on the right side of the screen.
Note:
When Mebak 5 is in the speed status, the device will enter standby mode and automatically
turn off after 30 minutes of no operation.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

According to your needs to choose a suitable massage head, rotate the massage head firmly into the
massage gun.

In any gear, press the Speed Setting Button for 1 second will turn the device off.
•Six different interchangeable massage heads for different areas to meet your massage needs,
bring a more comprehensive massage experience.
•Adjust the frequencies according to the purpose, for warming up, soreness relief, injured muscles,
muscle pain and activation, tightness relief; increase to higher speeds for larger and stronger
muscle groups, giving your muscles a deep massage.
•Glide the Mebak along the muscle. Move slowly—about an inch a second or slower. If you hit a
knot or an area of tension, let the Mebak rest on that spot—without adding additional pressure
- for a few moments before moving on.
•With unit off, fully insert the massage head by pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.

DANGER: TO REDUCE RISKS OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, FIRE, AND PERSONAL INJURY, THIS PRODUCT
MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
•Use only on a dry clean surface of the body over clothing by lightly pressing and moving across
the body for approximately 60 seconds per region.
•Do not exposure the massage gun to sun or fire. Please keep it at room temperature.
•Use only the applicators that provide the best desired effect.
•Keep fingers, hair or any other body part away from the shaft and backside of theapplicator as
pinching may occur.
•Bruising can occur regardless of the control setting or pressure applied. Check treated areas
frequently and immediately stop at first the sign of pain or discomfort.
•Never leave the Mebak operating or charging unattended.
•Do not drop or misuse the Mebak. Do not tamper or alter the Mebak in any way.
•Be sure to charge the product with the original battery charger.
•Do not place any objects into the ventilation holes of the Mebak.
•Donotimmerseinwaterorallowwatertoentertheventilationholes.
•Carefully examine device before each use.
•Do not touch or press the massage gun while operating.

These contraindications do not mean that you are not able to use a vibration or exercise device but
we advise you to consult a doctor first.
Ongoing research is being done to the effects of vibration exercise for specific medical disorders. This
will likely result in the shortening of the list of Contraindications as shown above. Practical experience
has shown that integration of vibration exercise into a treatment plan is advisory in a number of cases.
This must be done on the advice of and in accompaniment with a doctor, specialist or physiotherapist.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MEBAK, OR ANY VIBRATION DEVICE WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING
APPROVAL FROM YOUR DOCTOR IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pace-makers,
recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis,
recent joint replacements or IUD’s, metal pins or plates or any concerns about your physical health.
Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any vibration device.
•The fascia gun is generally suitable for muscle soft tissue. If the impact is directly on the joint, it is
almost the same as directly knocking the joint on the stone, which is easy to cause joint damage.
•Do not use on head or any hard or bony area of the body.
•Do not impact the joints.

WARRANTY
IF WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, THIS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO A DEFECT IN
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, MEBAK WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT, OR NECESSARY
COMPONENTS, FREE OF CHARGE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
(b) Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
(c) Units not used in accordance with Mebak instructions;
(d) Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding
conditions on the client’s premises, and
(f) Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
Some states and countries do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation may
not apply to you.
This warranty guarantees specific legal rights, and other rights may vary from country to country and
from state to state. This warranty service is available through the operating policies and procedures
of Mebak and all Mebak international distributors. If you are a client, please contact the appropriate
Mebak business entity, dealer or retailer, from whom you directly purchased the product for warranty
and return authorization procedures. This warranty is initiated and executed by Mebak.

Can this Mebak 5 massage gun be
used while charging?
No, we don’t recommend it, it will damage the
battery life of the device.
Why the massage gun make rattles
sound while working?
Please make sure that you have fully inserted the

What are the massage attachments
