MONTERING
1. Passa in skruven (4) i hjulhålet (2) och sedan i hålet som finns i liggbr da (1).
2. Placera bussningen (7) runt skruven (4).
3. F st hjulet med hj lp av brickan (6) och muttren (5).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
-Do not place the creeper under automobile tires to move or reposition the vehicle.
-Do not use as a toy or skateboard.
-Do not stand on the creeper or use as a stepping device.
-Do not use if one or more wheels are inoperative – repair before re-use.
-Do not use if any part of the support structure is broken, split or cracked.
-When not in use, the creeper should be stored in a secure place.
-Always store the creeper in an upright position.
-Keep out of the reach of children.

ASSEMBLY
1. Insert the screw (4) through the hole on the castor wheel (2), then through the hole in the plastic body (1).
2. Insert the sleeve (7) around the screw (4).
3. Attach the wheel with washer (6) and nut (5).
