ควรติดตั้งเครื่องกรองน้ำกอนน้ำไหลเขาเครื่องจะชวยกรองสิ่งสกปรกและตะกรันที่จะจับขดลวดทองแดง
เมื่อตะกรันสะสมมากขึ้นจะทำใหน้ำไหลไมสะดวก และทำใหอายุการใชงานของเครื่องทำน้ำรอนสั้นลง
The filter unit should be installed before water flow into the shower unit. So it can filter the
dirt or calces which will be accumulated at the copper bulb inside the heater. Consequently
the water will flow improperly and shorten its usage life.

1. การถอดฝาครอบพลาสติก ใหใชไขควงขันสกรูดานลางของ
ตัวเครื่องออกกอน
Take off the plastic cover by unscrew the fixing of
the bottom.
2. ใชมือดึงฝาครอบพลาสติกออกโดยการดึงจากดานลางขึ้นบน

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE COVER
1. กอนครอบฝาพลาสติก ตองใหปุมปรับอุณหภูมิที่ฐานเครื่อง
อยูในตำแหนงปด (OFF) เสมอ เพราะไมเชนนั้น ปุมปรับ
อุณหภูมิที่ติดตั้งอยูบนฝาครอบ นั้นจะไมสามารถสวมเขากับ
อุปกรณปรับอุณหภูมิได ดังแสดงในรูป
Before closing the plastic cover. You must always
adjust the temperature knob to off position show
as picture.
2. ครอบฝาพลาสติกอยางระมัดระวัง โดยการสวมจากดานบนให
เขาล็อคกันพอดีโดยสังเกตุปุมปรับอุณหภูมิและตัวปรับระดับ
ความรอนนั้นตรงกันพอดี จากนั้นขันสกรูใหแนน
Put the cover carefully by putting on from top.
Make sure it fits to place. Then tighten the screw.
การติดตั้งเครื่องทำน้ำรอนจะตองกระทำโดยชางผูชำนาญงาน เครื่องทำน้ำรอนจะตองตอสายดินเขากับเครื่อง หากมีขอสงสัยให
ติดตอรานคาหรือผูแทนจำหนาย Installation task must be done by the specialized mechanic. Make sure to ground
the ground wire. If you have any question or doubt, please contact or consult to dealer directly.

แลวขันเขาดวยมือ ไมควรใชประแจ
Water hose and shower hose connection Using
the proper equipments to install the machine.
Do not use any tape at the water inlet and the
shower hose and do not forget to put in the
rubber gasket on them. After that tighten the
plastic nut by hand, shall not use wrench.

How to use double pipe system (Mixing valve)
ขั้นตอนการใชงาน How to use
1. เริ่มตนจากการปดวาลวทางน้ำเขาและทางน้ำออกทั้งหมด
Start with close any valve.
2. ทำการเปดวาลวทางน้ำเขา X กอน
Open valve (X) first.
3. บิดสวิตชการทำงานจากตำแหนง OFF ไปยังระดับความ
รอนที่ตองการ
Turn temp control knob from off position.
4. หมุนปุมปรับระดับความรอนมาที่ตำแหนง LOW
Turn temp control knob to “Low” position.
5. จุดที่ใชน้ำแบบวาลวผสม กอนอื่นใหเปดวาลวน้ำเย็น
ประมาณ ½ กอนแลวจึงเปดวาลวน้ำรอนใหสุด รอสักครู
เพื่อใหน้ำรอน รอนจนถึงจุดสูงสุด จากนั้นจึงปรับวาลว
น้ำรอนหรือวาลวน้ำเย็น เพื่อใหน้ำมีอุณหภูมิตามที่
ตองการ ถาหากพบวาน้ำเย็นเกินไปสามารถปรับมาที่
ตำแหนง (MEDIUM), (HIGH) ตามลำดับ
Adjust the mixing valve by open cold water
about ½, Next open hot water valve to
maximum. After that adjust cold water valve.
If mixing water is not hot enough. We can
adjust heater at level (MED)/(HIGH)
6. เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นจากการใชน้ำ ใหปดวาลวน้ำรอนกอนแลวจึง
ปดวาลวน้ำเย็น เครื่องจะหยุดทำงานเอง เมื่อตองการใช
น้ำรอนอีกครั้งสามารถเปดวาลวไดทันทีเครื่องจะทำงาน
เอง
After finish. Close hot water valve first. After
that close cold water valve. The heater will
off and can work again by open the valve.
การติดตั้งระบบทอน้ำคู (แบบวาลวผสม)
Double pipe installation (with mixing valve)
1. การติดตั้งทอทางน้ำเขา (สายน้ำเย็น) มีวิธีการดังนี้
ทอทางน้ำเขา (สายน้ำเย็น) กอนที่จะเขาเครื่องทำน้ำรอน
จะตองติดตั้งวาลวน้ำเขา (ตำแหนง X ในรูป) จากนั้นจึง
ตอทอแยกไปยังทอน้ำเย็นของวาลวผสม ในจุดการใชงาน
ตางๆ และเขาเครื่องทำน้ำรอนตัวอยาง เชน ในรูปแสดง
การตอทอไปยัง
- 1.1 เครื่องทำน้ำรอนในตำแหนง W
- 1.2 อางลางมือในตำแหนง Y
- 1.3 อางอาบน้ำในตำแหนง Z

2. การติดตั้งทอน้ำออก (สายน้ำรอน) มีวิธีการดังนี้การติด
ตั้งทอน้ำจากเครื่องทำน้ำรอน (ตำแหนง V ในรูป) ไปยัง
ทอน้ำรอนของวาลวผสมในจุดใชงานตางๆ ตัวอยางเชน
ในรูปตอทอไปยังอางลางมือแบบวาลวผสม Y และอาง
อาบน้ำแบบวาลวผสม Z

3. เมื่อไดประกอบทอทางน้ำออกหมดแลวควรตรวจสอบการ
ซึม, รั่ว ของน้ำ โดยการปดวาลวทางน้ำออกทั้งหมด
ตัวอยางเชน ในรูป ปดวาลว Y และ Z และปดวาลวทาง
น้ำเขา X ถาพบรอยรั่วของน้ำ ตองทำการแกไขเสียกอน
After connect all pipe. Should check water leakage
by close outlet valve. Example in picture. Close
outlet valve (Y) and (Z) and close inlet valve (X) ,

กรณีที่น้ำเขาที่จุดติดตั้งมีแรงดันน้ำสูง หรือน้ำไหลผานเขาเครื่องมากเกินไป จะทำใหอุณหภูมิของน้ำลดต่ำลงถาตองการความรอน
เพิ่ม ควรปรับลดแรงดันน้ำที่วาลวปรับแรงดันน้ำเขา
In case water pressure is too high or water flow is too much that effect with temperature will too low.
Should decrease water flow by adjust the volume.
4. กรณีที่มีการผสมน้ำเย็น ผูใชควรทำการเปดวาลวน้ำรอนใหสุดกอนและทำการปรับปริมาณน้ำเย็นเขาผสม หากการเปดวาลว
น้ำเย็นมากเกินไป จะทำใหเครื่องตัดการทำงาน ตองปรับลดปริมาณน้ำเย็นลง แตหากอุณหภูมิของน้ำผสมรอนเกินไป ให
ปรับลดระดับความรอนของเครื่องทำน้ำรอนใหลดลงกวาเดิมที่ตั้งไว

cold water valve. If cold water is too much, the heater will off. Should be adjust cold water decreasing.
5.ทดสอบกดปุม ELCB วาทำงานปกติหรือไม Push the ELCB test push.
ถาทำงานปกติใหดันแกน ELCB ขึ้นเพื่อให ELCB พรอมทำงานตอไป If the water heater work normally. Push the
ELCB lever up so the ELCB will be ready to operate.

1. กรณีติดตั้งวาลวผสม เมื่อเปดวาลวน้ำรอน ควรระวังการสัมผัสน้ำรอนที่ออกมาโดยตรง
โดยที่ยังไมไดผสมน้ำเย็นน้ำจะรอนมากและอาจเปนอันตรายตอการสัมผัสได
In care of mixing valve. Should be careful hot water while do not mix
with cold water.
1. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของสวิตชตัดไฟอัตโนมัติ ELCB เดือนละครั้งโดย
- กดปุมทดสอบ ELCB TEST ในขณะที่เครื่องทำน้ำรอนมีการจายกระแสไฟฟาเขา
เครื่อง ถาปกติแกนของ ELCB จะเลื่อนลงมา (ถาแกนไมเลื่อนลงใหแจงชางจาก
รานจำหนายมาซอม)
- ดันแกน ELCB TEST ใหกลับขึ้นไปตามปกติ เพื่อตั้งการทำงานของ ELCB TEST
ใหทำงานปกติ
Check the operation of earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) once a month
by push the ELCB reset switch while the power supply is still inside the
machine if it’s normal, the ELCB lever will be drop down. (If it not, please
inform the dealer to repair the machine) Push up the ELCB reset lever to
the default position the reset the operation of ELCB.
2. การทำความสะอาดตัวเครื่อง ควรปดสวิตชตัดกระแสไฟกอนทุกครั้ง
- ทำความสะอาดดวยผาชุบน้ำสบูบิดแหง อยาใชน้ำมันเบนซิน ทินเนอร ฯลฯ
ในการทำความสะอาด
To clean the water heater body, Please make sure to switch off the power
current first. Clean the body of shower heater by wiping with a cloth
dampened in mild soap water. Don’t use solvent.
3. การทำความสะอาดวาลวควบคุมน้ำ และตะแกรงสิ่งสกปรก
- ถอดทำความสะอาดตะแกรงกรองสิ่งสกปรกเปนประจำทุกเดือน

3.การตอสายไฟ Wire connection
ควรติดตั้งเบรกเกอรหรือสวิตชตัดไฟกอนเขาเครื่อง ขนาด 32 แอมป สายไฟกอน
เขาเครื่องตองใชสายไฟ (THW) ขนาด 4.0 ตารางมิลลิเมตร สำหรับรุน CUBE 6000R
และสวิตชตัดไฟกอนเขาเครื่อง ขนาด 40 แอมป สายไฟกอนเขาเครื่องตองใช
สายไฟ (THW) ขนาด 6.0 ตารางมิลลิเมตร สำหรับรุน CUBE 8000R
The circuit breaker (32 Amp) must be installed. Use 4.0 mm2
THW wire for wiring for CUBE 6000R and circuit breaker (40 Amp)
must be installed. Use 6.0 mm2for CUBE 8000R
4. การติดตั้งสายดิน Ground wiring
ตองตอสายดินเขากับเครื่องเสมอ โดยสายดินจะตองมีขนาด 2.5 ตารางมิลลิเมตร
และสายดินจะตองมีความยาวสายเหลือมากกวาสายไฟทั้ง 2 เสน โดยสายดิน
จะตองตอกับแทงสายดิน ที่ทำดวยทองแดงหรือแทงเหล็กอาบโลหะชนิดกัน
ผุกรอน ซึ่งแทงสายดินจะตองฝงลงดินอยางนอย 70 เซนติเมตร และจะตอง
แนใจวาความตานทานของดินจะตองนอยกวา 100 โอหม ถาความตานทาน
ของดินเกินกวา 100 โอหม ใชแทงสายดินที่มีความยาวไมนอยกวา 2.40 เมตร
Grounding connection The shower heater must always be
grounded by using 4 mm2. Ground wire and the ground wire length
have to be longer than the other wires. It has to be connected to
the copper ground rod. The ground rod must be placed under the
ground at least 70 cm. away from the surface. Make sure that the resistance of the ground must not
exceed 100 ohms. However, if it exceeds 100 ohms, it may be necessary to use the ground rod longer
than 2.40 m.

1. เปดวาลวน้ำเขาสูเครื่อง Open the valve.
2. ในสภาวะปกติ เมื่อการจายกระแสไฟฟาเขาสูเครื่อง หลอดไฟสีเขียวจะสวางเพื่อแสดงสภาวะของเครื่องพรอมทำงาน

3. ปรับปุม Temp Control จากตำแหนง OFF สัญญาณไฟจะติดเพื่อแสดงวา อุปกรณใหความรอนเริ่มทำงาน (Heater) โดย
การปรับปริมาณการใหความรอนของเครื่องทำน้ำรอนรุน CUBE 6000R, CUBE 8000R นั้นจะมี 3 ระดับคือ
- 1.LOW (ระดับต่ำ) เหลือง เครื่องทำน้ำรอนจะปรับอุณหภูมิใหความรอนประมาณ 40˚C
- 2.Medium (ระดับกลาง) สม เครื่องทำน้ำรอนจะปรับอุณหภูมิใหความรอนประมาณ 45˚C
- 3.High (ระดับสูง) แดง เครื่องทำน้ำรอนจะปรับอุณหภูมิใหความรอนประมาณ 53˚C
To turn temp control knob from off position. The operate lamp will on and heater will on.
1. Low (Low level : yellow) Heater will adjust the water temperature about 40˚C
2. Medium (Medium level : Orange) Heater will adjust the water temperature about 45˚C
3. High (High level : Red) Heater will adjust the water temperature about 53˚C
หากทำการปรับระดับความรอนจากระดับสูงสุด (HIGH) ไปตามเข็มนาิกาก็จะถึงตำแหนง OFF จะเปนการปดเครื่องโดย
ที่หลอดไฟสีเขียวยังคงสวางอยูโดยไมสามารถหมุนตอได แตหลอดไฟสีแดงจะดับเพื่อแสดงวาอุปกรณใหความรอนหยุดการ
ทำงาน (ไมมีน้ำเขาเครื่อง) และถาตองการใชงานเครื่องอีกใหหมุนทวนเข็มนาิกาไปยังตำแหนงที่ตองการดังแสดงในรูป

Do not install the water heater under the counter or inside the wooden furniture
which can be damaged from water leakage, e.g. MDF or wood materials. If
installation in those area is necessary, water tray with drainage system must be
installed under the water heater to prevent water leakage.
