GENERAL：
This type of refrigerator-freezer is widely used in places such as hotels ,offices,
student dormitories and houses. It is mostly suitable for refrigerating and preserving
foods such as fruits and beverage. It enjoys the advantages of small size, Lightweight,
Low electric consumption and easy use.

The beer machine uses AC power supply of 110~120V/60 Hz. If the voltage
fluctuation exceed the range of 110~120V±10%, it can cause faults or even
damage of beer machine. Or it may result in indoor circuit overheat to cause fire.
Then it should be equipped with automatic voltage regulator of over 750W for use.
When gas or other combustible gas is revealed, you should turn off the gas valve,
and then open the door. At this time do not pull out the plug of beer machine and
other electric appliance, so as not to cause fire by the spark.

Do not pull the power cord when pull the power plug of the beer machine. Grasp the
plug firmly and pull out the plug directly. Don't pull the plug with wet hands.
Please use the standard special three-hole power socket more than 10A,which
should not be shared by other appliances.
To avoid danger, if the power cord is frayed or damaged, they must be replaced
by professionals from the maintenance department of the manufacturer or the
related department.
The power cord should be fixed at the back of the box instead of being exposed
outsides and dangling to prevent accidents. Never damage the power cord.
Avoid using them when the power cord is damaged or the plug becomes frayed.
The power cord plug and power socket should be fixed firmly, otherwise they
may cause fire. Please see to it that the grounding pole of the socket should
have reliable grounding wire.
Usually, we suggest that you should not use extension cord, and the power of
the rated voltage is 115 V, the current more than 10 A. The Fuse (circuit breaker)
should be 15 A.
Do not attempt to repair or replace any part unless your equipment is
recommended by the manual model. The other services shall be kept by the
qualified technical personnel.
Don't use water to spray or flush the beer machine. Besides, don't put beer
machine in damp place which is accessible to water. do not affect the electrical
insulation performance of beer machine .
Since folding cardboard and plastic film may cause choking danger, don't give
the packing or other parts to children for fun ! Do not let children enter or climb
beer machine to keep the children from the danger.
Please pull out the plug in the case of power off and cleaning.
Please don't put weight in the top of beer machine. It is easy to cause the
dropping of items and accidental injury.
Don't make the beer machine for pedal or support.
Related matters of abandoning
Beer machine contains combustible materials of refrigerant R134a. It should be isolated from the fire
when abandoned. It can't be burnt, but should be processed by the professional recycling company,
so that it can avoid harming the environment or causing other dangers.
Once beer machine fall into disuse, it should be placed on the shelf or somewhere beyond the reach
of children to prevent children from being hurt.
Correct manipulation of the beer machine

Put the beer machine in smooth, flat and
strong place indoors.
Remove all packing

Avoid the direct sunlight,

The hot air from the side wall of beer machine
must be able to exclude unrestrictedly.
Otherwise, the compressor must improve
power to increase the power consumption.
Therefore, the distance between the beer
machine, wall and the surrounding furniture
cannot be less than 10cm.
Starting
For the first starting, please leave the beer machine alone about 2~3 hours to plug in.
Clean the chamber of the beer machine before the first operation (see the
maintenance of beer machine ).
Please let the beer machine work 2-3 hours before putting the barrel beer into
the beer machine.

Setting temperature
Adjust the button of temperature drop or rise on the control panel so that the display module will display
the appropriate temperature.
The display module displays the set temperature, and the temperature controlled range varies from 0 to
10 ℃ (32-50 ℉).
The display module shows 5 ℃ at the initial power. When pressing the button of temperature
rise or drop, the temperature will increase or decrease by 1 ℃ (℉).
The optimal temperature of the storage and distribution of draft beer is 34 ~ 38 ℉(1.1 to 3.3 ℃).
Switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature
The press of the "Fahrenheit / Celsius switch" key can realize the Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature switch.
The corresponding Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature value is displayed in the display module.
When the “Celsiustemperature ”is selected, the lamp of“℉”
When the “Fahrenheit temperature” is selected, the lamp of “ ℃ ”on the display module will be lightened
and the displayed value is Fahrenheit.
Quick cooling function
Press the “rapid cooling”key to enter the“quick cool” state. Lighten the “rapid cooling” icon on the
display module, and the temperature display"“00 ”. Repress the “rapid cooling” key to exit the state of
“rapid cooling” and the icon goes off. The temperature shows entering into the setting state of pre-rapid
cooling.

When the following table prompts appear in the display module, it implies the failure of beer machine.
Although part of the fault condition occurs, the beer machine can still work. You should contact the
maintenance as soon as possible to achieve the optimization run of beer machine.

Automatic defrosting
The beer machine doesn't need manual defrost. The frosting on the inner wall will automatically melt and
flow through the drainage holes to be automatically evaporated.
When two or more senso rs fail simultaneously, all fault codes wil l display on the display module alternately.
If the ambient tempe rature sensor and refrige ration defrosting senso r fail, any key can be pressed. The temperatur e is
adjustable. The fault display wil l be restored after15 secon ds later.
Rapid refrigerat ion function will be used only for the first barre l of beer in the box, desiring to u se as
soon as possible whe n drinking. The n ormal use should no t use this function to avoid ic e beer.
After entering into “rapid cooling” state, the machine works 24Hcontinuously, and exits after 24H. At the
same time, rapid cooling icon is off. The temperature displays entering into the setting state of pre-rapid
cooling.

Transportation
If the machine is out of service more than three weeks, you should unplug the power and clean it
thoroughly. The beer machine should keep drying.
Fix the loose items in the beer machine with tape firmly; use the tape to fix the door of the machine to
avoid opening the door in transportation.
In transportation, loosen the trundles of the two foot brake, and the go on.
Do not use a hard brush, clean steel ball, wire brushes, abrasives, such as
toothpaste, organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, bananas, water, etc.),
Water, the pH of the items to clean the beer machine.
Do not rinse with clean water so as not to affect the electrical insulation properties.
The interior of beer machine should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, use a soft towel or sponge which is
dipped in water or non-corrosive neutral detergent. At end, wipe it with clean water and dry it with cloth. Open
the door to dry naturally before the power is turned on.
The dust of the back of beer machine and the ground needs cleaning up in time in order to improve the
cooling effect and help save energy at the same time.
Warm prompt
Beer machine is mainly used for storage of bottled beer and other items. Please increase the set temperature
(greater than or equal to 5 ℃) to avoid the inside temperature too low.；
If there is sound of air or hum when the machine is in use, the noise is caused by the refrigerant flowing in the
cooling pipe and running in the compressor, which is normal phenomenon.；
The beer machine has no heating function. When the set temperature is higher than the ambient temperature,
the machine will not run.
The use of specifications of beer kegs
Keg sizes that can be used in your beer dispenser.
1/2 barrel 59 Liters 15.5 gals. 1984 oz. 164 / 12-oz. Glass
1/4 barrel 30 Liters 7.8 gals. 992 oz. 82 / 12-oz. Glass

Our Beer dispenser accepts almost all Brand Name1/2 kegs.
However Coors' kegs do not fit in our unit.

CLOUDY BEER
When beer in glass appears hazy, and not clear.
FLAT BEER
Foamy head disappears quickly: beer lacks usual zestful brewery fresh flavor.
Causes Corrections
1)
Over chilling beverage cooler and/or
beverage lines.
1)
Excessive low temperatures may cause hazy, cloudy
beer, particularly when beer lies in cold coil for long
periods of time. Make certain that lines are thoroughly
cleaned, and then raise temperature slightly.
2)
Cracking, or when partially opening beer
faucet.
2)
Open faucet quickly and completely.
Replace worn washers and parts in faucet when
necessary to permit full opening of faucet.
3)
Contaminated air source. If possible
change to CO2 gas as a pressure source.
Defective Thomas or tongue vents.
3)

Always draw fresh air from an outside source to
compressor. Attach hair felt filter to the outside intake,
in addition to filter in line.
Bacteria growth may result from beer backing up through
defective vents in air line, air pressure will then carry this
into beer barrel.
Check and replace defective vents frequently, and th
oroughly clean air line.
4)
General conditions causing cloudy beer.

See wild beer corrections #2, #5, #6, and #7, and flat beer
corrections #5, #7, and #8.
5)
Unrefrigerated food placed on barrel on
cold beer.
5)
When unrefrigerated products, such as meats vegetables,
fish, or fruits, are placed on barrel of cold beer, the beer
becomes warm long before these products chill down to
the cold temperature. This change in temperature will cause
Cloudy Beer.
1)
Greasy glass
1)
Do not wash beer glasses together with glasses
that have contained milk or any other fatty
substance. Lipstick is a fatty substance.. Make
sure it is removed from glass.
Excess amount of germicides build up and leave a
fatty film on glass, which may cause flat beer.
It is preferable to steam and sterilize glasses where
health laws permit.
Wash glasses thoroughly with a good detergent.
Do not use soap.
Do not dry-wipe glasses. Permit glasses to air-dry
by placing them on wire or corrugated metal.
Rinse in fresh cold water just before serving beer. It
is best to serve beer in a wet glass.
2)
Improper drawing of beer into glass.
2)
Open faucet quickly and completely.
Check and find the correct distance to hold glass
from faucet when drawing. Proper foam should be a
tight creamy head, and the collar on the average
glass should be“3/4” to “1 ”high.
Beer drawn without head has appearance of being
flat.
3)
Not enough pressure.
3)
Increase pressure if beer runs too slowly.

Defective Thomas and Tongue Vents.
Pressure is shut off.

Check all washers frequently, particularly the air
vents. A clogged vent will obstruct the flow of air or
CO .

Check source of pressure. Check power source when
air compressor is used. Air compressor should never
be connected to light switch. Make certain to have a
separate electric plug outlet for the compressor.
Check CO tank, if empty, replace (See inside cover
2
for proper procedure).
When barrel is tapped, and proper pressure applied,
pressure must always remain on until barrel is empty.
If beer is started without first applying pressure beer
will be wild at the start, and flat towards the end.
5)
Pre-color, or beer system, too cold.
5)
With an accurate thermometer, check temperature
in pre-cooler or box.
Temperature at the faucet should always be colder
by at least two degrees than at the precooler or box.
6)
Sluggish pressure regulators.
6)
A regular seat, or the regulator diaphragm, may
require replacing.
Also, check the same as you would for Corrections
3 & 4.
7)
Contaminated air source.
Oil or grease fumes.
7)
Filter all air after it leaves compressor.
Oil fume from compressor, of kitchen grease fumes,
pumped into beer, will cause Flat Beer.
If possible CO gas should be used as a pressure source.

Moisture in Air system.
8)
With the use of an air compressor, it is imperative to
have a moisture trap installed in the Pre-cooler, and
drained daily. This is in addition to an activated
charcoal filter, necessary to purify the air just before
it enters the barrel.
With tank type compressors, drain the tank weekly.
Moisture traps should be drained daily.
9)
Rapid movement of air.
9)
An air fan, or exhaust blower drawing air, or blowing
air, across the bar where beer is drawn, may cause
the dead of foam to fall quickly. Fans or blowers
should be located so that air movement is not directly
across from where beer is drawn.
LOOSE FOAM
Causes Corrections
Large soap-like bubbles (sometimes called
fish eyes). Foam settles quickly.
This is generally a Flat Beer condition: the Causes and
corrections for Flat Beer should be followed.

OFF-TASTE BEER
Often bitter and bitey, sometimes completely odor, carrying an unpleasant taste.
Beer lines should be flushed after each barrel is empty. Maintain fresh, Clean, sanitary
conditions at bar. Smoke, kitchen odors, fly sprays, and disinfectants will harm the tast
and flavor of beer, making it unpalatable. These conditions, as described, may come
from an air source, or from actual contact with the glass at bar.
Causes Corrections
1)
Improper, or no cleaning of coils, hose,
leads, and direct draw system.
1)
Coils should be thoroughly cleaned at least once a
week.
Brush and clean faucet. (see Wild Beer, Correction #2)
Taps, rods, and tap-Seal fitting should all be scoured,
using a detergent, then rinsed clean.
Direct draw Systems must be cleaned the same as coil
systems: 4 feet of direct draw line accumulates as much
per foot as any other system.
2)
Contaminated Air Line. Defective Thomas
or Tongue Bents.
2)
Air hoses, air lines and vents, should be examined,
and if contaminated, replaced.
Dirty air lines should be washed with a good cleaning
compound, normally used for cleaning coils, and
then rinsed clean.
3)
Rubber hose will absorb and retain odors.
3)
Rubber hose will absorb and retain odors. An
approved Vinyl tubing is best for air since it does
not absorb moisture, and is not affected by oily
substances.
A fresh, outdoor, air line is imperative when air is
the source of pressure.
4)
Unfiltered air, Air is moisture ridden or oily.

SOUR BEER
May taste and smell extremely yeasty, or moldy.
Causes Corrections
1)
Contaminated Air Line.

Improper transportation of barrels of beer,
Beer delivered on open truck, during high
summer temperatures, may be the cause
for starting secondary fermentation.
2)
If at all possible, deliver beer barrels in closed body,
refrigerated truck. If open staked body truck is used,
cover barrels with a tarpaulin for protection against
summer heat, and circulating warm air.
Truck should never be loaded the night before
morning delivery, unless beer is refrigerated in truck.
3)
No refrigeration, and improper rotation.
3)
The rule is first barrel in, first tapped.
Refrigeration must be left on winter or summer.
Sour beer is generated as a result of secondary
fermentation, above 45 degrees. Retail outlets that
do not have refrigeration should ice up barrels, or at
least cover barrels with tarpaulin or burlap bags.
Best temperature for barrels is 38°to 40°.
WILD BEER
Beer, when drawn, is all foam, or too much foam, and not enough liquid beer.
Causes Corrections
1)
Improper drawing beer into glass.
1)
Open faucet quickly and completely.
Check and find the correct distance to hold glass from
faucet when drawing. Proper foam should be a tight,
creamy head, and the collar on the average glass
should be“3/4”to “1” high.
2)
Yeast growth, or other obstructions in faucet.
Worn faucet parts and worn faucet washers.
2)
Clean faucet spout with a good brush daily. Scour
all internal faucet parts at least once a week.
Replace worn washers as required. If faucet does
not open wide, worn parts or entire faucet must be
replaced.
3)
Kinks, dents, or twists in coils, or direct draw
lines: obstructions in line, near, or behind
faucet.
3)
Check for, and replace kinked, dented, or twisted
line from barrel to faucet.
Examine for frayed coupling washer behind faucet
that may cause obstruction.
4)
Sag, or trap in line.
4)
Keep all metal beer lines straight from barrel to
faucet; never permit lines to sag, as this creates
traps that may cause wild beer.
5)
Beer too warm at faucet;
Beer too warm in Coil System.
Beer too warm in Air Shaft System.
5)
Temperature at faucet must always be at least 2
degrees colder than at barrel.
In sweet-water refrigerated, or ice-water system,
faucet shank must always be submerged.
In Cold Air System, the coldest air from the blower
must first be directed to the faucet, and then
circulated back to pre-cooler.
6)
Hot spots in line.
6)
Insulate all beer lines; a long beer run must be
constantly refrigerated. Insulation helps. But
insulation is not refrigeration.
Keep all beer lines away from hot water pipes, hot air
ducts, and steam lines. A cold steam pipe in the
summer is a hot steam pipe in the winter.
7)
Pre-Cooler, or Direct Draw Dispenser, too
warm.

It is always summer indoors and in the basement,
therefore, maintain pre-cooler, and direct draw
dispenser temperature at 40 all year round. If direct
draw temperature cannot be lowered, increase applied
pressure; however, balance the system by changing to
smaller diameter length of vinyl tubing or install a foam
control faucet.
Never shut off refrigeration day or night.
8)
No cold storage space for delivered beer;
beer becomes warm in barrel.
8)
Coil systems, and direct draw systems, must be properly
balanced in order to apply pressure required for warmest
temperature to which barrels of beer will be exposed.
A control beer faucet can be used in place of a restricted
coil to balance system.
9)
Too much air pressure.
9)
Check source of pressure. Adjust pressure to suit properly
balanced system. For correct beer flow, fill a 10 oz. Glass
in 4 seconds at proper temperature.
Check and replace a creeping regulator and gauge.

Excess CO .

Adjust pressure when using CO as low as possible,

however, remembering that the applied pressure
must be slightly higher than the internal pressure of
the beer (no more than 18 lbs. should be applied.)
The colder the beer and the higher the applied CO2
pressure, the more rapid the absorption of CO by
2
the beer. This over-carbonates the beer, causing
Wild Beer.
11)
Not enough pressure.
No pressure.

Check for defective air vents. (see Flat Beer,
Corrections #3 and 4.)
Always turn pressure on before drawing beer.
12)
Old Beer.

Rotate stock. The oldest beer should be tapped first;
if beer has been allowed to stand in warm temperature
beyond 45° for any excessive length of time, it may
begin secondary fermentation.
Store beer at 40° all year round.
TAIL END BEER
Beer draws well at the beginning of the barrel. Towards the end of the barrel the beer is flat. This is more
likely to occur when beer turnover is slow.
Causes Corrections
Where air is used as a pressure source,
air replaced the CO in beer causing flat

beer. Where beer is being drawn rapidly
this problem is not so evident.
Wherever possible CO Gas should be used as
2
pressure source.
In high pressure systems where CO gas cannot be
2
sued a banner air-gas Blender should be installed.
This introduces a small amount of CO back into the
2
beer, thus

is normal.
In the end of each loop, you will hear the gurgle of
refrigerant flow from the beer machine.
The contraction and expansion of the inner wall
may cause pops and crackles.
Whether the power supply and plug is well placed.
Whether the voltage is too low.
Whether the new circuit trips, or the fuse melts.
Frequently switch machine.
The indoor temperature is higher than usual.
Frequently open the door.
The door is not closed completely.
Temperature control is not set correctly.

Installation steps
1.Install universal wheels
The lock braking guidelines of universal wheels with foot brakes (see Figure 1):

Install two universal wheelwasher in front of the cabinet base, and then install two
universal wheel of without foot brake. Two universal wheel with foot brake are installed
directly behind the cabinet base. You can fix the cabinet by stepping on the universal
wheel foot brake (see Figure 2):

(1) Fix two CO tube card on the red CO soft tube: (see Figure 6).

(2) Relate the ends of red CO soft tube respectively to CO intake port of mixed ball valve and

round outlet ofCO regulator valve. Lock it t firmly with the fixed card of two CO channel on red

CO soft tube: (see Figure 7)

(3) TightentheCO regulator table valve with hex nut port with the gas outlet of CO tank by the

wrench.(see Figure 8)
(4) Place the CO tank and CO regulator valve component into the beer chassis and fix theCO

tank by CO tank bracket and fixed bolt (see Figure 9)

Put the bottled beer into the box and make the barrel's hole connected to the beer kegs
connection port of the mixed ball valve closely. (See Figure 10) (when placing the kegs:
hold the handle of the barrels to remove them to the front of beer machine, and then
highlight the lower part of the front of beer keg to put them in the box. Finally, lift the
bucket handle of the keg to push them into the box entirely.)

When replacing the beer, please turn off the safety switch of CO regulator valve and remove the mixed ball valve to remove the beer barrel.

When replacing CO gas cylinder, remember to turn off the main switch of the CO gas cylinder and safety switch of the CO regulator valve.

Afterwards, use a wrench to loosen the hexagonal nut port connecting theCO regulator valve with CO tank closely. Then remove the fixed

bolt of CO tank to remove CO tank finally by a wrench.

In the process of installation, ensure that all parts are connected tightly and no air leaks.

When the hose connects the connection port, you can dip it by warm water or lubricated oil once confronted with any troubles.

If the high-pressure compressed gas in theCO tank is not handled properly, it could be dangerous:

1. Please the testing date of D.O.T in the cylinder neck before installation. If it is more than 5 years, don't use the product any more, and
bring it back to the gas supplier.
2.CO gas cylinder should be kept away from heat sources. The unused cylinders should be placed upright in ventilated cool place (preferably

70 degrees Fahrenheit).

2.Install the beer tower assembly and the mixed ball valve:
(1) Plug the beer tower assembly into the beer top cover to fix:
A.3.0 inch: does not require tower buckle. Put beer tower directly at the surface
hole of the beer machine roof. Fix the beer tower assembly with screws directly on
the roof of the beer machine. (See Figure 3)
B.2.5 inch: need tower buckle. Put the beer tower at the surface hole of the beer
machine with 60 degrees inclined, and rotate 60 degrees clockwise along the card
slot. Make the wine faucet is against the front side of beer machine. Fix the beer
tower with washers in the box. (See Figure 4)
(2)Take out the accessories of the mixed ball valve. Fix the beer outlet of the mixed
ball valve with the transparent hose of the beer tower components. (See Figure 5)

6.Install the upper cover guardrail and water box:
Screw the wine handle clockwise with the wine faucet tightly. Then connect the wine
faucet with beer tower components, and tighten it by a wrench. (See Figure 9)
